Baskin Robbins

I come here twice a year for cakes. The last two times I came in prices have gone up $ 2-​$ 5 a cake! The smallest cake is $ 30.00! I asked why? The owner said, minimum wage! I asked what minimum wage was? He said $ 8 a hour. Sadly if you work here you cannot afFord a ice cream cake! I will never return and that’s after thirty years!

I only come in here for the specials on Tuesdays. Kids scoop is $ 1.39 and small size is $ 1.59. The service has been fast and ok, can’t complain too much about it. I’ll only come on Tuesdays though, I think their ice cream is so over priced.

Came at 10:55 to buy a a cake for my niece and waited for them to open at 11. It’s 11:15 and they still haven’t opened. Such a waste of time.

do not come here i wasted 30 dolllars
so i ordered a cookies and cream cake for my boyfriend for his bday its his favorite and as i cut it it was a chocolate cake .i couldnt return it because we cut the cake at midnight so we had to eat some cake. chocolate cake was gross .the customer service was awful the guy was rude !!! never going here again save your time and go somewhere else

So I needed a birthday cake that was dinosaurs themed unfortunately when I went in they had nothing, but the guy told me to come back and talk to the cake decorator so I did but I also went to look for some Dino decorations for the cake and found some candles. When I came back I talked to the decorator and showed her what I had, right away she told me what she could do. I was so happy with it and my nephew loved it!!! I will definitely go back!

I never knew I liked baskin robins so much, but then again I haven’t been in awhile haha. When we came I was so overwhelmed by all the flavors. I didn’t know which one to pick. We came here on a Friday evening and it was not busy. Next time I need to try the chocolate peanut butter. I got the «brownie sundae”(I believe) in a cone and it was delicious !

I never come here so I decided to try it out and never again will I, their service is horrible, an employee would rather catch up with friends rather than do his job

Not to thrilled with this location. Only one of the workers seemed to know what he was doing. I got a 2 scoop sundae and was very unhappy with the serving portion he hardly gave me any ice cream! This is Baskin Robbins! This is why I came here! even with the whip cream on it, it hardly came to the top of the bowl. I won’t be returning to this location. Yougurtland next door is probably your best bet

I always go to this specific ice cream parlor for one main reason; their mint chocolate chip ice cream! Off tops, they have the best. Plus at this location, the staff are very friendly. I’m an ice cream fanatic, so take it from me when I say that they are the best :)

Let me say this first off. I’m giving stars for the ice cream. I want to give more but I don’t want people thinking that the service is great because it’s not.
We came here after church with our kids to introduce them to the world of amazing Ice cream. They were great at church and they deserved the treat.
We pulled into the parking lot and thought they were closed. It was empty and the lady was mopping.
I asked if they were open and the lady nodded. .
My daughters were excited, but the lady behind the counter clearly hated life, people, children and possibly breathing.. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt so I smiled and started to order.
She made no small talk (which is fine), but she had a cold hard look (like she was straight out of prison or someone shit in her protein shake). Ordered for myself and she was straight faced and seemed impatient. (If you had the runs, you could have excused yourself and we would’ve been patient)
Finally got to my 9 month pregnant wife’s order. A waffle cone with 2 scoops. The lady stayed straight faced with no acknowledgement life or of the smiles we were trying to give her. She came to the register which was a mere 2 steps away and my wife apologized heavily (even tho she didn’t need to because you were hired as a servant for our money so DAMN IT SERVE WITH A SMILE!), but the lady gave a straight face dead stare for making her walk 5 steps more than she expected. I thought the yoga pants she wore (which were NOT work apropriate) were meant for exercise?
I tried to smile thru it… but my wife nailed it. She’s a Bitch.
I wanted to try and give her the benefit of the doubt, but, as my wife pointed out. She only smiled and greeted at the White people that came in… yet she’s mexican … dafuq?!
P. s. The music in the speakers talk in about fuckin pussy isn’t exactly family friendly!

Horrible customer service! Do not go here! They make their own rules when it comes to coupons, and they will not honor them. The girl became extremely rude when my husband brought out his coupon, and she said she would not honor it because they are an «independent franchise.» The staff was so unbelievably rude and argumentative. Will not be going back.

Service sucks. Was standing for about 3 minutes waiting for someone to come out and help me. When she finally came out she said they had ran out of waffle cones and had no pistachio ice cream :’(
Get your inventory situated people

They charged $$ for writing my son’s name on his bd cake ;-(
He said decoration fees? OMG… Who would do that? Never come back here again.

B&R always seems dependable when you need an ice cream fix.
This is a good-​sized B&R, clean with plenty of seating. I got two scoops in a cup. As it is near the holidays I chose two seasonal flavors: egg nog and gingerbread. Very generous scoops. Good stuff.
The woman doing the scooping was cheerful and pleasant. When my total came out to a few cents over $ 5 and I had no change, she was kind enough to wave it off rather than give me a fistful of coins back. Very cool of her.

Hello Chocolate Almond!

This is the only local Baskin Robbins that serves black walnut ice cream. I am forced to come here consequently. There is no line or other system to organize patrons. It is mostly the honor system. So when it is busy, people with no honor cheat. The service is not that great. The servers just have way too much attitude and are a little stingy with the free samples.
I pray for the day that another BR starts serving black walnut, until then I am stuck.

Last time i came the fucker ripped me off, i used my card and he
said it was invalid.
Desperate for ice-​cream i payed him in cash, later discovering on my online– bank statements that my card was approved, and that he took my money.
But this was awhile back, so hopefully hes been fired, but i’ll never return.

When the heat reaches into the 90’s I usually think drink more beer. It was Africa hot this weekend and I thought back to the days when my mom would take me out for ice cream at Baskin Robbins & immediately laying on the couch lazily, searched for the closest one to me.
I walk in and I think I can stay here just for the air conditioning which felt way better than mine at home. Plus when I order my ice cream can put my belly on the glass.
Well the ice cream experts behind the counter lazily helped me get me a couple of scoops of bubble gum & berry strawberry. They seemed like it was a major effort to get those scoops for me & weren’t enthused at all. yes, I understand, it’s hot, but not in here & you have to serve ice cream to people for minimum wage. Be happy, you are the masters of the universe when you are in control of the ice cream when it is this hot. You own!
Anyway, I was a bit upset at myself because I missed a whole section full of flavors I was actually looking for. Anyway, it wasn’t like the past but I love ice cream and we all scream for it during this time.
