Bryan helped us buy our first house in early March of 2016. Bryan was quick to respond to our e-​mails, texts, and phone calls, was always punctual, and well organized. You know your realtor is committed and in it for the long haul when he sticks with you after a year of looking at dud houses. His positivity and hopefulness helped us get through weekend after weekend of house viewings. Thank you Bryan for helping us find our first house!

Bryan was extremely helpful and diligent through out the whole process of selling my mom’s townhouse. Bryan was very diligent throughout the entire process when we are purchasing a newly-​constructed condo here in Pasadena. He never missed a deadline, and always followed up with the sellers. He made the closing process a breeze, coordinating everything from the docusgns to the notary service so we didn’t have to worry about in the midst of the end-​of-​the-​year holiday season craze.

It was a great pleasure to work with Bryan when purchasing my new home in LA. I had worked with a few other realtors in the past but none of them worked as hard and as thorough as Bryan did. He is energetic, extremely professional and always punctual. He is quick to arrange showings, he also helped me a great deal arranging inspections after my offer was accepted. It took us 5 months from searching, making offers (multiple) to closing escrow. That’s a long time in my opinion. However, Bryan remained patient and enthusiastic, he consistently provided the same level of service throughout. He takes the time to make all his clients feel important and a priority. He goes above and beyond when it comes to looking out for his client’s best interest. He is not the kind of realtor who only cares about getting a deal done for a quick commission. He actually cares about meeting his client’s needs. Bottom line, Bryan is trustworthy. That is an extremely important quality I look for when working with a realtor. He definitely raised the bar very high and he will be the only realtor I want to work with in the future.

Bryan is a hard-​working agent that consistently proved we made the smart choice using his services! From the very beginning he demonstrated hustle in helping us locate homes that matched our criteria, and being quick to arrange showings. After we found our dream home, Bryan saved us thousands of dollars by advising against over-​bidding the asking price in our initial offer. Not to mention he was prompt and quick which made us the first offer the seller received. With the proper strategy we were able to get our offer accepted! Bryan walked us through the entire escrow process, and was highly responsive to our questions and texts. Bryan successfully negotiated more money back from the seller during escrow, which saved us even more money! You will spend a lot of time during the home buying process with your Realtor, and we enjoyed all our interactions with Bryan. He is an excellent choice for all the reasons described above, and I would have no reservations encouraging others to use his services.

Bottom line – you absolutely need a realtor who is as detailed-​oriented, smart, and hard-​working as Bryan. No if’s, ands, or buts. Within 1 week of putting my mother-in-law’s house on the market, we received 17 strong offers (with many above list price). And within 40 days, escrow closed on the house for $ 30,000 above list price. Without a doubt, we can happily say that working with Bryan has been truly amazing, easy, fun, and a great experience.
Here is how it all went down:
Once we decided to downsize my mother-​in-​law to a smaller home since she was getting older and would be retiring soon, we contacted a couple realtors that had a good online presence and seemed very experienced. After meeting 3 realtors with ‘meh’ feelings, we had Bryan meet with my mother-​in-​law at her house. She immediately called me afterwards giving praise to his professionalism, knowledge, friendliness, and preparedness. Out of all the realtors, Bryan blew us away with his expertise and we knew that he was the right person for the job. And boy, were we right!
The house needed A LOT of work as it had not been well-​maintained over the last few years. To be honest, it was unattractive and uninspiring. But Bryan showed us what needed to be repaired, cleaned, and small tricks to bring out the beauty in the place and to best present the house for public viewing. His advice is gold! And his marketing too! The online description of the house was expertly written to showcase the extraordinary details of the house and told a story to entice interest. (If I didn’t know any better, I would have thought he was an English or Communications major in college!) The day we listed the house on the market, we had 5 private showings that same evening with 3 offers the next day. As we approached the Open House we had already many buyers check out the house and an increasing number of offers. And the Open House was more than successful as we had over 50 families walk through the house. Bryan told us that he even received an offer in-​person during the Open House!
Bryan puts in sweat, time, and many sleepless nights (we know because we see the time stamps on his emails from throughout the day and well into the early morning hours) to the benefit of his clients. However, you’d never sense from him or see any indication in his behavior that it is overwhelming. From my experience with past realtors, I know that they handle a lot of paperwork, coordination, and managing many moving pieces to make everything come together as smoothly as Bryan did for us. And what is especially telling is the fact that Bryan had at least 6 other active clients in the process of buying or selling a home. And yet, not once did we feel that we were anything less than top priority. He never forgot or mixed up any details with his other clients – he is on top of his game and very organized.
Bryan went above and beyond our expectations, and found solutions to get things done right. And that is just another reason why Bryan is who you need in your corner when buying or selling a home!
We are very satisfied working with Bryan, and will absolutely be using him again! And we highly recommend him to all of our friends and family.
