This place is really neat! I love the fruit smoothies and the BLACKPEACHTEA! The workers are friendly and I would definitely come back here again^__^

Pistachio Frappé! I’m pretty sure they used real pistachio nuts because of the crunchiness. It’s kinda pricey though: Regular is $ 4.75 and large is $ 5.50. But hey it’s worth the price when it’s heavenly to your tastebuds. It’s creamy, crunchy, and so good. I thought this drink was just hype but boy I was wrong.

Small café offering tons of drink and dessert options. Their frappes are fantastic, if a bit expensive, but I would rather support local businesses any day. The quality is great which justifies the prices, service is nice, the café is small, but has enough seating and is cute and well kept. Tons of easy parking out front, great stop while in the area.

decent little coffee shop and dessert place. This place is best known for their Pistachio frappé. I’ll tell you it tastes like an Oreo cookie’s and cream frap. For me, it is way too sweet. I barely had half and threw it out.

Don’t know how this place got so many good reviews. In all honesty, this place was disappointing. Came in around 4pm and it was really empty. When walking up to the counter to order, the worker did not even acknowledge or bother to ask us what we wanted until about 5 mins of standing there. Already pretty annoyed, I ordered a plain milk tea and that was also very disappointing. I’m not usually picky on milk teas but this one was pretty bad. Seems like they don’t really like to clean this place either. Tables are sticky and unsanitary. Pastries also look like they have been sitting out for quite some time. Wouldn’t trust getting it. If you’re looking to kill some time, I guess it would be an okay place since they offer wi-fi. I’ll give them that.

I was visiting the area, and just needed a place to sit and kill some time. It was pretty quiet(around dinner time), and I liked the location(visible from the main roads)… I didn’t need the wifi, but the«no wifi past 6pm» is kinda meh… The best part was the Christian music playing =) Encouraging! Cold near the front windows… and the inside isn’t entirely huge… but there’s adequate seats for a small group of people to study or chat. Their bubble tea was good(got nothing to complain about with taste)!

I’m new to this area but having driven up and down my 3 mile radius I was shocked to find zero boba places in my vicinity! I mean, we’re in SoCal aka Asia. For the longest time I kept going to Starbucks but I’m not really a fan of their frappuccinos as much as I love coffee. Good old Unilocal.Thank you for bringing up Café Brown. I shop at the Korean market, Arirang ALL the time. I’ve even eaten at the Kim Loan Phở(despite its killer reviews, I would never think anything with the name KIM in it could be authentic Vietnamese), and of course the coveted Paris Baguette. So basically, I’ve frequented all of the asian joints in this center — except Café Brown. Café Brown is undetected from the outside. It is adjacent to another phở restaurant called iPho(have yet to try this, kind of boycotted it from the name — what are you trying to sell? Silicon noodles??) Anyways, I was pleasantly surprised to find Café Brown. Café Brown by the way is a name of a popular canned coffee drink manufactured in Asia. The exterior again goes undetected, but once you walk inside, they have quite a cute interior. There are rows of tables along a booth if you want to sit down and connect to WiFi. The two times I have visited its been generally quiet so it could be a good meeting spot. I have yet to try their pastries but I literally went to get their Pistachio Frappuccino 2 days in a row. For 4.75(including tax and boba AND real pistachios — you really cannot beat it. It tastes soooo good and in the end it leaves you wanting more. Frozen green crack. Seriously, I take all of my out of town friends over. Keep doing what you’re doing!

Came here for some dessert after lunch with some girlfriends. We were craving shaved ice/snow and this place was pretty close to us. There were four options for snow, but only two were available. There was only green tea or milk so we ordered the green tea, $ 9. There was red bean on the bottom and some mochi on top. Nothing special and for $ 9 I think it’s a rip off when you can go to other places and get unique flavors and toppings.

I know many people in café spend long time with Internet service at night time. But I don’t think this is good idea. «Our wifi will turn off at 6:00PM every night!»

I ordered the pistachio drink and it’s a bomb! It’s not too sweet and it tastes like real pistachio. You have to try it! The place is very cozy. It’s perfect for homework. And the staff is very friendly It’s very close to A.R. Market so if you want a little drink.

Super short review: I really, really enjoy their pistachio frapp and think it’s probably the best out there. Their cake slice selections are great, but for a price of $ 6 a piece. there better be speckles of gold! It’s definitely not Cheesecake Factory quality, but worth a try. Their milk tea is also good~ reminds me of boba loca.

A friend and I wanted to check this place out cus we were nearby and it came up on Unilocal and looked like it was worth trying. He ordered the pistachio frappé which he said was really talked about on Unilocal and i got a taro purple. The drinks were both $ 4 or more which is a little pricey so I was expecting a really good drink but it was just ok, similar to any other generic taro slush. The pistachio frappé on the other hand had a very weird after taste, almost like chicken flavored cup noodles. it sounds weird but if you try it, youll understand what i mean! So I didn’t really enjoy that one but if it sounds appealing to you, try it! Definitely different from anything else I’ve tried. So all in all, just a pretty generic café, probably won’t be back

Café Brown can be a bit tricky to find but is well worth searching out. We had come here awhile back and had been wanting to come back again so when the opportunity arose over the weekend with a friend we jumped at the chance. Café Brown is a small little place but offers a large variety of desserts such as cheesecake, crème brûlée, shaved ice, bingsoo, honey bread and much much more as well as a plethora of ice tea and coffee varieties. They also have a small section of goods such as tea bags, tea infusers etc… which can also be purchased. The staff here is very friendly and is always making suggestions on what they recommend which is always nice to see. On our first visit I opted to go with the crème brûlée cheesecake and was quite delighted. The size of the piece was good, the price was reasonable and the taste was out of this world if you like this type of dessert. I am not sure if it was timing or what prevented us from coming back sooner but I am certainly glad we did. For our most recent visit I knew going in that it was the Honey Bread I was going to get. I remember seeing the pictures and reviews on this dating back to before our first visit and knew I had to try it. My wife wanted to fruit bingsoo but unfortunately they were out and she instead opted to try the green tea shaved ice with mochi. HOLYCOW, are the portions of these large. Either one of our options could have fed all three members of our party but here we were, each with our own individual desserts. The honey bread was absolutely delicious and consisted of the honey bread surrounded on the plate by swirls of caramel and topped with a layer of whipped cream and shaved almonds. The thing literally looked like a castle when it came out but was well worth the cost for sure. My wives shaved ice was no different in size as this thing was monstrous and easily could be devoured by 3 – 4 people. She seemed to like it although it was far too large for her to finish. I tried a bite and me not being a huge fan of green tea flavored stuff really didn’t care for it but that’s just my personal preference. Our friend who accompanied us on this visit had a small piece of tiramisu that looked delicious albeit a bit on the small side, but was surprised when one of the workers brought her a pistachio frappé(also large enough for multiple people) on the house to try as this was one of his recommended items. We have had nothing but good service here and a quality product. The prices are good for the large portions you are served and the place is quaint and charming inside. As I stated before, it can be a bit hard to find but is well worth the search if you are in the mood for something different. This may be the hidden gem you have been looking for.

Is this possible? How the hell did this place get good reviews & stars? i literally double checked that i was reviewing the right place. the same place i visited a couple days ago. Beware of the flies everywhere. They’re attracted to the front ceiling light. The worker even told me to move to another seat because of the flies! Are u serious? Also spotted dozens of small flies in their trays with teacups on display by the bar. I honestly wanted to throw up on that honey toast because I was afraid it wasn’t sanitary. My husband and i were hesitant to even drink the teas we ordered. This place needs a visit by a health inspector .lol

I am only giving this spot a 3 star. Why? A girl behind me suggested that I try PS Love You drink. After taking the first slurp, PS I Hate You! This drink is NOT for me. Next time, I am getting something else. That girl saw my face expression and laughed. She said, «My ex didn’t like it either.» Uh…and I would? Da Fuk?

Cute Korean café place. Gets very packed in the weekends. Their drinks are kind of overpriced, but tasty! I got the taro boba. Boba was chewy just the way I like it. People come here for the café’s dessert options, but I have to still try them.

A little BROWNCAFÉLOVE OK I think I died and went to DESSERT and FRAPPSWEETHEAVEN! When you hear the saying died and gone to heaven do you ever think… REALLYNOTHING can be that GOOD and the person is ALMOSTCERTAINLYOVEREXAGGERATING! But then you actually experience it for yourself and can’t wait to feel that way again. Sort of like a crack high but legal and minus the hallucinations! NOT that I would know I’m a good girl! So GOTEB and I came here after I set her up with apple pie and ice cream from Huf’s Hut(see review). I wanted something NEW and YUMMY! So like a good Little Unilocal’er I BOOKMARK places I want to try then look them up when I’m in the mood some something different! This place was fairly close, had pretty good reviews and the pics fellow Unilocal’ers were taking were AAWWWEEESOME! I also liked that it didn’t have too many reviews to try and jade my opinion! So I was in! GOTEB was happy as a clam and with her dessert and we were on our way! This place is NOT in the location as stated on GPS! I guess billions upon billions of tax payer dollars later and they(the government) still has NOT perfected the satellite to give accurate GPS directions. It is located in the strip mall with Little Caesars Pizza. This place is NOT big but they have some tables to sit at. There is a counter where you can go up to give your order and pay! They also have specials on drinks so I had the Pistachio Frapp which was SOOOOFRICKINDELICIOUS. I am certain my eyes rolled back in my head! Once I got home I opened my dessert which was the Pecan bar and dove in MOUTHFIRST! It was SUPERDUPERSWEET. Bit it hit the spot! The perfect amount of Ooey-Gooey, Pecan crunch YUMMYGOODNESS! I LOVEDIT! The mix of the NOT overly sweet Pistachio and the SUPERDUPERSWEET Pecan bar was the perfect mix! An EXPLOSION of YUM, YUM, YUMMYGOODNESS in my mouth! My taste buds CELEBRATED each bite and slurp until sadly it was all gone! I TOTALLYOVERDIDIT and I ENJOYEDEVERYFRICKINMINUTE! Thank GOODNESS I’m NOT a SWEETS person and don’t go overboard like that all the time else I’d be fighting the chubbs big time and definitely would have to move to chubbs-ville! I will TOTALLY be back! No doubt about it! They have a few more yummy treats I’d like to try and maybe next time I chill-ax a bit and eat my treat there. I do have to say I’m NOT the QUEEN of SWEETS but I do LOVE this place!

I had a chance to go here w. some friends. Upon reading the other Unilocal reviews I noticed that everyone was mentioning the Pistachio Frappé… So I thought why not? Even though I’m not a huge fan of pistachio, I wanted to see what the hype was all about… Long and behold… I am a fan! The Pistachio Frappé was so creamy and it wasn’t too sweet. You could definitely taste the pistachio… not the artificial crap but the real thing… I was so surprised at how good it was… Definitely check it out at least once if you get the chance. We also got their Brick Toast which was just ok. I think I’ve had better at other Taiwanese places like Tea Station or Guppy’s… The atmosphere is pretty much your typical Korean coffee shop/café. It’s pretty chill and the girl at the counter was really friendly. I want to go back to try their other drinks… and then maybe I can rate this place 5 stars @o@

Report Card: Food/Drinks: A Ambiance: A Food: I ordered the ps love ya and the crème brûlée cheesecake. The ps love ya was a slush drink. I have no idea what was in there but I am quessing it was a mixture of strawberries and peaches. The drink was not too sweet and overall I was satisfied. As for the the crème brûlée cheesecake at $ 5 a piece, I believe that it was well worth the money. It was not too rich and the crust did not taste like it was purely made out of sugar like the usual cheesecakes. As for service I do not have much comments except to comment on the fact that we got our orders in a considerable amount of time. Ambiance: I love to study at coffee shops, boba shops, and etc. and I think I might just add this place to my frequent visits list. It is pretty peaceful and quiet which provides me with a pretty good studying environment. The only time that loud sounds disrupt the peace is when they are making drinks but that’s okay because they are just doing their jobs. The only reason why this place is not a five star is because they do not have much outlets which makes it practically impossible for me to use my laptop during my visit since the battery drains so quickly. But other than that, I have absolutely no complaints and I left a satisfied customer.
