Food was great! Service was awesome seating was prompt! However it seamed as if they put is in the back room to eat quietly, and forget about society! Lol They gave us the back room table witch it looked as if they were not cleaned in days! They get 3stars for service and food Only, since I don’t know who likes to eat over a dirty table! SMHCOCO’S

So i ordered a sandwich trio lunch. Sandwich, fries, and soup. The waitress brought it to me with the soup wetting some of the sandwich and fries. I asked for a new lunch and it came back, with only a new soup. Same plate, wet sandwich and ½ of the fries. Of course you could see it! She saw it that they just changed plates, i even heard the two waitresses talking that i probably wouldn’t notice. Ya right… i blame the waitress for not respecting her job, or more so her customers. Too bad she doesn’t know good from bad… Obvious she doesn’t care or have pride for her job and what she or how she would be though of… so sad, so bad, such a disappointment. … even if it is only Coco’s, come on! Tip? 1.00 …means? AWFULSERVICE. Pretty rare to find places like this…

I had take out after a long day of work. I ordered the Barramundi(a type of fish) with ancient grains and quinoa salad. I was very surprised at a fresh, flaky, and delicious my fish was. This same dish could have been served at a lot of nice restaurants. They had a very decent array of healthy choices on the menu. I will be back!

It’s quite gross. Bathroom mouldy. Soup cold. Salad very plain. Sandwich very greasy. Very substandard.

Over looked and under served. Our server, Lupe, came to our table very minimally. Every time she asked us a question, she was already walking away. Not a great customer service technique. Not only that but we could overhear her talking more politely and being more active towards other patrons. Hmm. I ordered the California omelette with hash browns and pancakes. The avocados were very fresh but the eggs in the omelette were spongy and overcooked. While the hash browns were undercooked, too squishy. The pancakes tasted like they were made on the same grill as a patty melt, gross. Overall, mediocre food and terrible service. Not coming back anytime soon!

We hit Coco’s for breakfast on the way to Knott’s. We needed some place with some good gluten-free options, and Coco’s had both GF pancakes and GF waffles.(Most of the other coffee shop chains seem to have eggs as their GF breakfast options — yeah, I’m taking about you, Denny’s — come on, get some batter!) Service was great, and the breakfasts were tasty — and having more GF options(she got banana pancakes) gets Coco’s a 5 star for breakfast.

I don’t understand why this Coco’s has bad reviews. It’s a great coffee shop/Diner. The staff is always friendly, the food is consistent. It’s not gourmet, but simple and good. Everyone in the group can find something here. Give it a try?

My mother and I were on our way back from the nearby hospital and decided to stop in for a quick lunchtime meal. We get a warm«Welcome to Coco’s!» and get seated right away. We receive our drinks and after a few minutes, we order the same thing, the coco’s original burger. It takes about 10 – 15 minutes to receive our food. My burger is alright, but my mother’s burger is pitch black burned. Also, there was what seemed to be water the size of a small puddle in the lettuce. If you order fries, they only give you 35 – 50 slices. The server service overall wasn’t that great either. I give this Coco’s two stars because they could certainly do better than other Coco’s restaurants overall. But perhaps you may have a different and hopefully better experience.

I walked in and the first I noticed was how dirty the tables were. There were crumbs on all of the«clean» tables and you could tell that there was no effort put into even trying to make the place look presentable. Although the service was friendly, the food was very mediocre and expensive for what it was. Additionally, my toast came out burnt. I could smell it before I even got it. AND I could even hear the server scraping off the burnt parts with a knife. When I pointed out the burnt toast, the server said it was«fine» instead of immediately asking if I wanted a new batch. Overall, I would say you steer clear. There are a bunch of other great places to eat in fullerton. Don’t make my mistake and stop here for the convenience of a familiar name.

Nice place to go for breakfast. We go here regularly. The muffins are good, have them warm it and give you some butter… The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because they actually serve us and other people burnt toast. We had learned to ask for lightly toasted vs. burnt toast. The rest of the other choices in food is excellent. The servers are generally nice and the food is served fast…

Very friendly and great customer service. Food was delivered quickly, tables were clean and the overall vibe was a modern restaurant with a 50’s motif. We’ve eaten here at least 3 or 4 times over the past few weeks and every experience has been great. The moment you enter they greet you and make you feel welcome. The menu also has calories listings which is a huge plus.

I’m not a resident here but have been here many times and am impressed with the frequent, creative menu changes and friendly, polite and efficient staff. I’ve never had a bad experience here with the menu or the staff. Everything that I’ve tried has been really good. Sandwich combos, main entrees, seafood, pasta, salads… you name it they probably have it unless the menu has changed. Leave some room for their delicious pies.

The pies are good. Breakfast menu is delicious but they keep changing it so my favorite has been taken out of the menu. The staffs are nice but they need more server for faster service

WOW !!! Great change and turn around. Props to Manager, Cooks and Employees for stepping up the game. We ate here about 6 months ago and it Sucked the Wet Noodle. Food Sucked and employees were unmotivated and weak. We thought for sure this location would be Closed in a couple months. Second time coming in in 2 weeks and Blown away by much better Service and quality of food. Actually brought Mom in to check it and got 2 thumbs up. Great Job Guys !!! Please keep up the great work.

My brother and I decided to grab a quick breakfast and lo and behold there was our favorite place, Coco’s. I had never been to this location so I didn’t know what to expect, it was fairly clean but as soon as we walked in I noticed a smell, it wasn’t strong but I could tell there was something in the air. They revamped their breakfast menu, and it seems like they have many more options than in the past. I got a simple 2 egg breakfast with over medium eggs, hash browns, sausage and toast. The hash browns came out as I requested and the eggs were perfectly done. My brother got a California omelet and he said it was also pretty good. As far as the food it was perfect and on point, also our waitress was attentive and checked on us periodically. Sadly, they only get three stars because the smell from earlier came back right before our food came out and was really strong! My brother and I agreed that it smelled liked trash, we didn’t know if it was coming from the vents or what but there was nothing pleasant about it and almost made me want to leave but luckily it went away.

Memories of having a great family meal at coco’s bakery café was what I expected. That wasn’t what I got though. It’s been awhile since I walked in this restaurant. I’m glad it’s been awhile. Walking in made me feel strange because the foyer area was all dark with no one there to greet me. The servers there were not very helpful and rarely seen. Food quality was terrible. I think if a restaurant has pictures on there menu that it should at least look close. Over cooked seafood, undercooked vegetables and cold food was my experience. Then the server was no where to be found to fix the problems and when she did get there she rolled her eyes like it was a hard task to take it back to the kitchen. The dessert was just as bad. I thought they were known for there pies. That will be the last time I go there.
