Nino and his guys here are the best! Always great service, quick, great prices, and honest! Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!

I would not take anything here. My friend took their Tahoe there to get work done and he said the PCM was bad. It would be $ 1175 for the repair. we took a PCM there and he refused to put it in and told them to pick up the car then he drove the car to their house so that tells you that the PCM is not bad if he drove it. You don’t drive a car with a bad PCM. So when you call his bluff they don’t want to work on it. How many other people are they taking advantage of.

WHAT A THEIF! With a guy by the name of Nemo I should have known something was fishy. I told my cute blonde wife to take our Tahoe in to see why the battery kept dying. Since I was out of town she took it to Nemo cause the shop was close to home. Nemo said he would do a diagnosis and let her know what was wrong. He later called her and said the main computer was bad and cost almost $ 1000 to fix. I have worked in the automotive business in the past and know that if the computer was bad the car would not run period! I then called him and he told me he could jump start it so she could drive it home until we could afford to repair it. Again if the computer was bad how could the car run? I told him I ordered a new computer and he refused to put it in and told my wife she needed to pick up the car right now!!! Nemo’s bluff had been called because he thought he was going to take advantage of my cute blonde wife!!! He charged $ 75 to diagnose the false problem and said he changed a $ 50 sensor and charger her $ 180 for everything. The final problem was a $ 100 Knox sensor that a friend repaired for us in an hour! Car runs great now but not because of Nemo. So if you are cute and don’t know anything about cars beware of this crook!

These guys deserve 20 stars. Neno and his team are thee absolute best for auto repairs. Being a single woman and not knowing about cars, I can take my car to them knowing I’m not going to be taken advantage of and get quality work done at the right price. Thank you Community Auto for all your hard work.

My husband and I were looking to possibly buy a mini school bus (converted to a camper) We took it to another repair shop and the guys were super rude about it and wanted it off their lot even though they told us they could look at it.
We had the seller of the bus with us and needed to get the bus checked out. I quickly looked up places nearby and came across Community Auto Repair Service. Nino answered and I explained the situation, he said they could take a look at it for a $ 65 diagnostic fee. Seemed reasonable to me! We drove straight there and dropped it off. I appreciate that he didn’t turn us away just because of the size or the look of the bus. He could have even charged us more since it is not really a car (it’s a bus!) but I thought the price he charged us was more than reasonable to know exactly what we were getting into. I also talked to Norman for a bit, he was awesome and super nice too!
Immediately upon arriving, I could tell this place was a good place. I like that it’s named «community» — all the guys were all really nice, Nino seemed to know some of his customers by name, and it really felt like a community kind of place :)
Took about 45 minutes and Nino had a full report for us. He reported the issues they found and I was so grateful that we had full knowledge of all the issues before buying it! The seller told us everything was fine but obviously after checking it out a few things really weren’t fine so we were able to negotiate the price to offset all the repairs. Nino spent a good amount of time talking with us (some of these guys don’t even give you the time of day) and only in the short time we talked, I could tell he is really an honest business owner that cares.
Even though we only did a diagnostic here, after this experience, I can honestly say we will be switching mechanics and making this our #1! Thank you to Nino, Norman, and everyone at Community Auto Repair Service!!! We’ll be back to fix our bus! ;)

This place is awesome between myself, boyfriend and kids we have probably taken 6 different cars there. The most important thing about the owner Nino is he is the most Honest mechanic around and an honest man! He tells you exactly what you need and never try’s to make fix something you don’t need. He helped my boyfriend fix something over the phone who would do that and not charge.

What a great experience! I was purchasing a used vehicle and they did a pre-​purchase inspection for $ 75. It gave me peace of mind. I just had a great feeling there… good people. I will definitely go back if my car needs work.

Great service. Accurate, honest, quick and fair prices. These guys did a great job. They are also able to do oil changes and smog checks. They will have my business in the future. Norman explained everything, and was very friendly.

I have been taking multiple cars to Nino for over 5 years now and he always services my car top notch! From oil changes, brakes, tires, and overall tune ups, I’ve never had a problem with him and he’s always trying to get me the best price possible. It’s also the small things I appreciate like calling me by name and even recognizing my voice when I call to come in for servicing. Most of his workers have been with him for quite some time so it’s nice to build trust with the whole shop. I would recommend this shop to anyone that wants great service and a true «community» feel.

Beyond happy to have been told about this shop by a family friend! I wish I would of known sooner, but it’s never too late. I want to take a moment to thank Nino for helping my husband and I with our current car issues. He was beyond informative and honest with us 100%. I have to give this place 5 stars. I have been to other mechanic shops and been taken advantage of but not here, Nino and all the mechanics are very friendly. Prices are inexpensive compared to other shops but they know what they’re doing and won’t steer you in the wrong direction!

Went in for an estimate to get new struts for my truck and the guy said that I would need a whole bunch of stuff to get the job done. He also said that my truck was too dangerous because my back tire was worn. Initial quote (struts, shocks) was $ 1700. He then knocked off a little over $ 1K for the work that I really need to get done. Went to another guy down the street and he said that he’ll service the struts for under $ 200 with a full inspection.
Few recommendations:
— Don’t quote from just eyeballing the vehicle and then start up selling.
–Don’t use scare tactics. They just don’t work.
I’m reading the great reviews, but I got a different vibe from this guy.

Nino is an honest and trustworthy mechanic with very reasonable pricing. Nino will take his time to explain the problem, give you options, and breakdown the price. It took my wife and I years to find an honest and affordable mechanic. Now that we did, we highly recommend him to our friends and family. My husband and I have both had our cars serviced here, and we were both very pleased with the great customer service, fair prices, and work that was done. As I don’t know a great deal about cars, I often feel that some auto shops over-​diagnose or pressure customers to fix more than is absolutely necessary; however, I felt comfortable here and did not feel at all pressured. They were also very nice & patient about explaining what work I needed done and giving me time to think it over. I am happy to have found a reliable auto shop so near my residence. I highly recommend them!

Nino is a great help at all times. I always bring my car here for Oil changes and whatever might need to be done. Just had my breaks done and all work was done the same day and a great price. Great place to get your car needs done. Will never hesitate to bring my car here for whatever prob I may need in the future.
