I have been coming here for over two years now to buy and sell my Apple products. I love the service and don’t feel like a number when I go in. German is always helpful and gives useful information if ur not super tech savvy. I have purchased 4 laptops from him plus other misc items and it all turned out great! I will never go anywhere else for my electronics buy, sell or repair. I don’t know what the other reviewer is talking about he was probably not being reasonable. Don’t hesitate to call them up and schedule an appt to see German.

I took my laptop in for a water-​damaged keyboard and was told it would be fixed in 3 or 4 days. I called a week later and they say they’re still waiting on the part. A few days later, the tech asks for my computers password to test out the new keyboard. I decline and go in to the store. The keyboard looks like a replacement but some keys don’t work. I give them the benefit of the doubt and say «must be a faulty keyboard», but I was pretty certain Miguel tried to give me a used keyboard after he said he would be ordering a new one. He also asked me to pay for the parts and labor before the job was done, which I found strange, but I obliged. He says he’ll have the new keyboard in 3 or 4 more days. I call back a week later and its still not repaired. I go pick up my computer because he’s already had it about 17 days and it still has the broken replacement keyboard in it. He refunds me my money. I take the keyboard out myself and it has the techs name and a different computer model number written on it in sharpie. Its obvious he blew me off for over two weeks and tried to give me a used broken part out of another machine. Horrible service, untrustworthy. Do not recommend. Sorry for the bad typing and grammar, sent from my phone cause my laptop still has no keyboard, and I felt this service was so bad it needed a review before anybody else went in there.
