Connie Hwang – State Farm Insurance Agent

After I met her in person, I switched all my existing insurance over to stateFarm today. She is by far the best agent who i have ever met. I strongly recommend you work with her without wasting time with others. I am very pleased that i found the right one for me and my family!

Connie was very helpful in setting up my car insurance for my new 2015 civic. She was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly a few times until I understood everything. She even offered me a lower interest rate on my car loan than what the dealership was initially offering me.

Connie is very responsive to questions I have asked through Unilocal.She also gave me a quote over messaging. When we came in, she explained everything to us clearly and gave us alternatives that helped us save money. Overall I would recommend her to anyone.

I decided it was time to do some planning. I set an appointment with the agent and she helped me put a life insurance policy in place that fit my budget. She also helped me set up a Roth IRA to start saving for retirement. I learned that the earlier i start the better off I’ll be. Very nice people at the office. They know what they are doing.

I am pleased to finally find an Insurance Agency who is diligent, efficient, and responsive. Contacted this office for a quote in regards to Homeowners Insurance and had a good experience. Dealt with Jocelyne, who made the whole process as comfortable and quick as possible. Even though we did not end up going with State Farm, would recommend this office to anyone looking in the area and will keep them in mind for the future.

I am definitely glad that I needed to change my car insurance! After talking to Connie, I learned so much more about insurance than I thought. There really is a big difference between just signing up for a policy online and working with an agent to determine what is best for your situation. I feel much more confident that I am protected when it comes to my car as well as with my house and rental properties now. Having been Liberty Mutual for many years on my Homeowners insurance, I have gone through many situations where my policy was written incorrectly and I wasn’t even informed that there were options that individuals who are uneducated in the world of insurance would ever know about.

I live in mid city and somehow I ended up with Statefarm in the Fullerton branch (we aren’t close at all lol) ever since I started with this branch every single agent I have dealt with regarding anything I ever needed (mostly questions) has been super nice, funny and ever so helpful. Last night I got a quote because we are adding a second car to our policy, the agent I dealt with was Connie Hwang and it was late. She went above and beyond even texting me for some information she needed. We finalized the next day which she made a breeze from all the information given the night before. She even faxed over our binder to the dealership for us. Amazing customer service and great sense of humor (we won’t mention the other insurance I got a quote from Bahahaha). Don’t know how I ended up with his branch but I gotta say I’m extremely happy I did! Highly recommend this entire office! Everyone there (wish I had all their names) is awesome and amazing!!!

Samuel Chun was one of the most caring agent I’ve met for sure! Unlike other people, Sam always show up when I have trouble finding information about Insurance because it’s totally new for me. He always help me as much as he can until I understand deeply everything about Insurance and I appreciate it so much!
Besides as an insurance agent, he is one of the most hard-​working person I’ve known! He has passion in working and helping others people. Also, he is always a good listener which is one of the most respectful characteristics ever.

This is the first time I was shopping around for insurance, so
I was very confused. Thankfully Samuel Chun at State Farm was there to answer all of my questions and give a quote without all shady sales tactics. He really had my best interest at heart and was patient during the whole process. Being a student on a budget, I am happy with my auto insurance now, and my parents are even happier I found an affordable policy.

Basically, my parents were considering getting a new car for my little brother since he’s coming back from the military soon but discovered that the cost for insurance would sky-​rocket with the current provider we have. That’s when Unilocal and State Farm came in.
At first, I called to asks some questions and what kind of benefits I could get from changing over to State Farm but the representative insisted that I come by personally to discuss their policies. Initially I was annoyed, but that was thrown out the window when he was willing to work with me for the next hour to ensure that I get the best possible deal possible while saving alot of money. Not only did he show me how State Farm could save me hundreds of dollars on our families car insurance but he also was willing to reschedule so that my parents could come in to further discuss the benefits and payments.
So if you ever need a guy who’s flexible and willing to work with your schedule, ask for Sam Chun. He REALLY know’s his stuff and is willing to work with your needs. Plus he’s bilingual in Korean and English which is why my parents definitely want to have another meeting since they couldn’t believe how much money we’d save.

So I was looking up some places near my house to see where I could get insurance for a car that my parents gave me, and Boom right popped up Connie Hwang — State Farm Insurance Agent. I looked it up and went with a friend, who knew his stuff and came with me to make sure I wasn’t getting tricked or cheated by anybody. I looked around and was greeted by a tall guy named Sam Chun who seemed kind of intimidating at first.
Being new to insurance and all, I had a bunch of questions and though I felt some were elementary, Sam was very considerate and patient, answering all of my questions with thorough detail. His product knowledge was vast and knew all the answers to unique situational questions I played out in my head. Aside from that, my friend also commented afterwards how sharp he was.
I received a quote that I was super comfortable with paying and I felt like I was leaving with more than just a simple auto insurance policy, I was leaving with a new friend and trusted colleague as well.
