I just had to write a review for this wonderful place. I walked in, asking about a repair on my daughters ring. She had thought the stone was loose. He immediately took the ring checked it. Handed it back and said the stone was not loose. He also took the time to clean the ring. I was so happy. I will be be back and happy to tell others! Thanks for your honesty!

BEST JEWELRY REPAIR EVER! I’ve had to fix my past gold chains at many places and this place has been my favorite, and they finished so quickly!!! They called me the next day saying my chain was fixed and it looks amazing! I’m very happy with this place and going to continue to go to this place

Have patronized this wonderful little-​known store for quite a few years. After the new ownership changed to Joe, I noticed that the quality of the stones, jewelry, and work done improved immensely. Also, Joe and Heather are always friendly and helpful. I have brought numerous articles to have appraised, which was greatly appreciated, and they were always done in a timely manner by Joe. Recently, I had a ring sized. I was worried about it, but knew to trust a master craftsman at his work. The ring was so excellently finished, that you could barely tell that it ever had been a larger size or anything but the current new size. I had had a ring sized by another well-​known store in the Brea Mall (Kay), and they did not even do half as good a job as Joe did on my ring. I did not purchase the ring from them, either. I was so pleased with it, and of course, with them. Will always return, and hope that they stay always in business or keep the business in the family.

I had previously taken my 25 year old engagement ring to a large chain jewelry store in the Mall to have the prongs retipped because they were catching on my clothing. That jeweler sent my ring out and it was gone for weeks. Their jeweler said I needed an entire new ring to the tune of three to four thousand dollars. When the ring returned they had not done any work on it.
I found Country Club Jewelers and told them my story and that perhaps it was true that it couldn’t be retipped. Joe looked it over carefully and said there wasn’t a problem and he would do the tipping for a very reasonable price. My ring was ready in just a few days and it looks brand new.
I am extremely pleased to have found them. Everyone has been very pleasant and helpful and they have made no attempt to «sell» me on anything.

My sister had al of her jewelry appraised there so I brought mine there (and I live 3 hours away!). Ended up buy a beautiful pair of diamond earrings while I was there. My jewel
ry looks fabulous after Joe cleaned it and I am thrilled with the appraisals. I asked for screw backs on my diamond earrings and he did it very quickly. Would highly recommend the store. Joe is in incredibly knowledgeable and so easy to work with.

They helped me with sizing my necklace and replacing a clasp for my wedding. I loved their service and they did an amazing job all at a very low cost! Thank you!!!

Absolutely the best place to go for any jewelry needs. I took my ring here to get a new band since mine had broken. The ring I took is so special to me and the jeweler took such extra care of it; he blew my mind away. He completely made my ring look brand new and even better than it looked before I brought it in. This is the only place I will ever go to for any of my jewelry needs.

After getting engaged, I needed my ring resized. I was referred to Joe by a friend who is a frequent client of his. I was super hesitant to leave my new ring with anyone, but Joe assured me he would take care of it and size it quickly.
We sized my finger and I had it back in two days. After realizing it was still a ¼ size too big, Joe said I could bring it back (I wanted to keep it for the weekend) and he would fix it for free. At the time I picked up my ring, I also dropped off a bracelet I had received as a graduation present to get a few links taken out of it, so there was no hassle in returning to drop off my ring.
When I got the bracelet back, I realized he had cleaned it and it was so much more beautiful than it was when I dropped it off. Joe even mentioned he could make earrings out of the extra links to match the bracelet.
I was able to get my ring back SAME DAY which was so fantastic and relieving.

After buying a terrible looking Rolex off eBay a couple days before Christmas as a gift for my girlfriend I went in to Country Club to authenticate it. Joe was happy to take a look at it and verified that although it was in poor condition it was real.
I knew it was going to be tough to find a replacement only days before Christmas but Joe had a beautiful Rolex that he gave me for an unbelievably low price.
Joe will be my first stop before purchasing anything jewelry related going forward.

«FU@K this place». Ruined a perfect omega watch when left it for battery change. Scratched the back and ruined the gasket because they have no idea when it comes to halfway decent watches.

I came in on a Thursday to get the prongs on my ring filed down. It was ready to be picked up on Saturday and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! Thanks, Joe!

Great crew of people were a great help creating the perfect wedding ring for my now fiancé. Had great advice and we’re very reasonably priced. I already have been recommending all my friends to them and my mom is now a new customer.

This place is great, although a bit pricy. But as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. And when it comes to jewelry don’t mess around!!! Joseph is so nice! He re-​did my wedding ring and added the upgrade we requested. It turned out fantastic. Every time I eat at hungry bear I run in to have my baby cleaned and he happily makes her look like new again. Love this place :)

I would highly recommend this Jewelry store to anybody that is looking for a great customer service experience. Joe is great! I went in this store 4 days before Valentines Day looking for custom matching bands for my boyfriend and I. I showed Joe a picture of what I was looking for and since he can make anything you are looking for he was able to work within the short timeframe and provide me with two custom rings that had a design laser etched on them for my boyfriend and I. Everyone that sees our rings loves them. Thank you again to Joe!

Bought a beautiful bracelet for my son to give his girl friend and it was perfectly packaged, so pretty!
The customer service was great, they were friendly, helpful and really took the time to talk with me about what to get her and within my price range.

So happy I came here. I needed a ring sized a significant amount, I came on a Friday and asked if they could have it done that day, he explained that he would try because in the process of sizing some diamonds may come out and need to be reset. I left it anyway and hoped for it to go smoothly. 2 hours later my ring was ready! It was perfect! And looked brand new. They are very very nice and affordable as well. I’m super happy I found this place.

I’ve come here twice and both times experienced excellent customer service. My first visit i got my necklace repaired. I was greeted by a lady (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name) but she was very informative answering all my questions.
The owner Joe fixed my necklace and also showed me some of his one of a kind pieces he has made. (All gorgeous!!) Great first experience.
My second visit was to get some information on engagement rings. Joe assisted me again and was soo helpful! I will be bringing my bf to their Christmas party on Dec 7.
