History

Established in 2001.

I started my real estate career in 2001. After the real estate market crash I focused my business in helping those losing their home to foreclosure. I became certified in listing and selling home before foreclosure as short sales.

In the past years I have helped owners list and sell their homes in the up market and the down market. While providing great value and service, professional marketing with photography and video, fierce negotiations on your behalf, I have helped many happy homeowners sell their home.

Buyers have had some tough times qualifying for a home and jumping through hoops to get their offer accepted. I have facilitated that by working strategies that help get the offer accepted and the buyer into the home.

Business Owner

Diego Loya is a native to Southern California who enjoys living life and making it fun. He thinks outside the box and has a fun sense of humor. He and his family enjoy roaming around Orange County hanging out at outdoor venues and discovering new places to see and eat.

Diego has been in the real estate industry for over 12 years. Prior to Real Estate he worked in the television industry as a video editor for TV shows. He also produced a TV show.

Diego furthered his real estate career by becoming a licensed Real Estate Broker with the State of California. Now he holds the designation as a Broker and Realtor.

He enjoys real estate because he enjoys helping people. Diving deeper, he enjoys the suspense of listing a home for sale, marketing it, finding a buyer and negotiating terms and price. «It’s what I do best!», Diego says.
