Great customer service. Anthony was extremely helpful. The bike I wanted was in stock but in the back. They built it for me right away and made adjustments. Good deal by paying in cash. Will definitely return for my future biking needs!

I’ve been coming to this bike shop for 4 years now and I can say it is the best bike shop around OC. I’ve been to The Path and a few others but this place has the best customer service by far. Ethan is always eager to help and answer any technical questions I have about my bike. He always makes sure I’m happy and even took time to find a noise coming from my bike I didn’t even purchase from them. Mike, Dino, Ryan, John, and Ethan are all super helpful and welcoming. Some of the newer faces I’ve seen are a little less helpful and busy talking to each other but I guess that happens anywhere when the big boss man is out. Def recommend this shop for your service and even purchasing needs.

I’ve been in here a couple times and again recently. Mike was very friendly over the phone when I called in, but was busy when I came into the shop. There were plenty of hands on deck to help me out though! I will definitely be coming back here.

My dad has been going here for years so when I asked him where I could get my shoes fixed, he told me to go to Fullerton Bicycle.
The staff at Fullerton Bicycle is AWESOME. I needed to get a cleat fixed and the guy helping me gave me his full attention and got it fixed right away. He made sure I got the same level of service as the person making a big purchase.
This place has a huge selection of merchandise — there is even a section of women’s bicycling apparel and shoes. Pricing is competitive with large sporting goods store. except, here, they’ll give you real advice. Make sure to see the experts here for your bike needs.

Went in there last week just to browse and it is truly is a complete bike shop. Please note this is not a low end shop, they carry quality bikes and gear. Thus be prepared to spend, but you definitely get what you pay for. This shop is for serious riders. On a side note, the staff is very friendly and so there best to accommodate your needs.

Mike and Anthony were extremely helpful and educated me about the bikes and components while helping me choose the best bike for my budget.
I would highly recommend this shop to friends and anybody looking to get into cycling.
They have BMX, cruisers, mountain bikes, road bikes, and hybrid commuters, all of which looked solid for a good price. The service that came with my bike is what really drew me to come back to purchase. They were not pushy and seemed genuinely interested in helping me. My bike came with a one year service warranty. That was just icing on the cake.

I had a great first experience at FB. My local shop is only a few blocks from the office, while FB is quite a bit out of my way. I heard a lot of positive feedback from other riders on my team and finally came to check it out. I expected to be there for 5 minutes to order a power meter.
I happened to have my bike and a couple questions. Ethan spent about 30 minutes answering my questions in detail while making several adjustments to my new Giant TCR.
While there I also saw how other customers were treated, and I will definitely be back… Not the kind of place to make a buck on someone else’s lack of experience. Good work FB!

I came in today because I was trying to replace my bike pedals and I couldn’t get one of them off. It was on the bike crank arm too tight so I figured that instead wasting another 30 – 60 minutes f***ing with it and possibly injuring myself in the process, I would take it here and see if they could pry it loose. They succeeded and were kind enough to not even charge me for the favor. I don’t know the employee’s name, he was a young guy, but thank you!

Love the workers here! They work hard, and I always say hi! Prices are affordable, and the parts are worth it. The workers are friendly, and will help you pick a bike that fits your needs! If they don’t have it on the floor, they will order it and build it for you! Nice location, small parking lot, but why park when you can ride a bike. I will always shop here for bike parts, and John and Thomas and Mike, and Ethan work very hard to keep this shop enjoyable for their customers. Keep up the daily work habits gentlemen!

I just moved to Orange County from Fresno and my only means of transportation is my bicycle, which I ride 4 miles to school and 4 miles home. I also ride my bike to work, grocery shopping, and anywhere else I need to go. That being said, my bike has had a rough time here so far but John at Fullerton Bicycles was so kind and helpful! He helped readjust my breaks a few times, pumped up my tires, replaced my flat tire, and helped me get a new lock. He also explained to me how to do everything on my own so I don’t end up walking my bike 4 miles home at midnight again! This is the best bike shop around with the most helpful people! I will continue going here throughout grad school and I highly recommend choosing this bike shop! You won’t regret it!

This shop had the best service In all of Orange County. Got my ibis HD3 here, and Mike has really gone above and beyond to make sure I get the perfect bike with all the right components for a great deal!
Tune ups free for a year, 3 months later got bike serviced to run optimally! Thanks Ethan and John couldn’t be happier w my purchase here. Well worth every penny.

I live in Costa Mesa and there are many great shops within 10 minutes of my home. In demoing 8 different manufactures bikes at shops I have to say the service at Fullerton Bike has been hands down amazing. I ended up with a bike brand I had never heard of, Niner, and absolutely love it.
I was introduce through a friend to Mike the owner & we became instant friends. He jumped through hoops to ensure I was on the right bike for me and my riding style. He knocked it out of the ball park with my Niner Jet 9 Carbon. Such an amazing bike with the exact components I wanted and able to fit into my budget.
After a few initial rides I was struggling with grip and decided to change too tubeless with different rubber based on John’s recommendations. I also had an issue with a pair of sun glasses I had just purchased from another shop and John went above and beyond, contacting the manufactures directly and getting them replaced at no cost.
I highly recommend stopping into Fullerton Bicycles before you make your next purchase. I promise you wont be disappointed.

Cycling is in a league all it’s own these days. The gear that I’ve been coming across isn’t just for guys anymore. I love that Fullerton’s shop has an entire section dedicated to women from apparel to accessories. Usually, I just see a few girly accessories here and there but it takes a bit of perusing. Here, it’s inviting and lots to check out here. My son loves the shock blocks we’re finding in bike shops these days, too! Getting to check out the bike catalog on display along with the bikes they have on the floor adds to the ease of shopping when we are just looking around for ourselves. Huge parking lot and ease of access from the road. Excellent customer service and staff is very welcoming. I really appreciate that for a new cyclist like myself.

Great place to shop for a new bike, fix an old bike or pick up anything you could possibly want for cycling.
Johns helped me in the past super friendly and knowledgeable.
Ethan has respoked a wheel after an accident.
I had been to East West bikes near by and the selection is smaller the prices seem higher and the younger guys aren’t to sure what to say when you ask them questions about their products.

Seriously had a great experience today! I went in with a pretty specific bike style in mind (Dutch Style). They did have some, unfortunately, too big for me, but they took the time and helped me find one I could order and had patience while I toyed with my options.
Best part, I get my new bike tomorrow! I can’t wait to start riding it around.

In short, these guys are the best. Went in the shop looking for a 29er mountain bike with a tight budget. They made sure to answer all the questions i have and didnt rush.
Ended up selecting a Giant Talon 29er, one model above what i was looking for. They didnt have a large frame in stock at the time but after one quick phone call to their sister store in Beuna Park, they started assembling the bike after they hanged up.
After pick up the bike and taking it home, i decided to ride it back to Fullerton Bike Shop to personally thank the staff and to buy a few other accessories.
To sum it up, these guys know their stuff and will put you on the right bike. They give a 1 year free maintnance and have a great repair department.

Okay, thats I lie. I dont have a Giant, but I want him. But truth be told, I have enough bikes. What, I dont have enough of is stuff. A way to my heart isnt with jewels or gold, what I dig are some shiny new pair of pedals, some clip in shoes, some Fox gloves, some nice tight padded shorts, maybe a new bar or erogon grips. The list goes on and on, on all the good things I can get my hands on here. And here, is where I go.
If you need a tune up, a brake bleed, a flat fixed or some parts swapped out They do that all here.
Mike, Dino, Fred and crew are tha bomb. They know their stuff and go way out of their way to help their customers.
They also do Thursday night rides under the sky at the loop and Sunday newbie rides. And lots and lots of demo days and clinics.
Im a huge Fullerton Bikes fan. Big fan!!!
