Love this liquor store! Always has what I’m looking for… Black & milds. Bud light cranbrrrita! Yum!!! If only they delivered!

Ok so let me start off by saying that I am from Vegas and it was hard for me to expect that I would find a liquor store that was as good as my old one in Vegas called khourys. But to my pleasant surprise G&D liquor delivered with flying colors! The people that work there are so freaking awesome and nice and the beer selection is on point! I read an earlier Unilocal review by some guy that gave them 1 star… Well that guy is super dumb because I don’t care how bad I wanted a beer they said they had or didn’t have. They have so much too choose from it is amazing and you can always find a very good if not better option then what one might be looking for! They have a beer cave not including what they have in the coolers along the walls. They also have that New York Seltzer soda that I love so that is always a plus. No matter if I want cigs, awesome beer or just a nice quick chat, G&D liquor is what’s up. They make it hard to want to go anywhere else! If you are down with great beer selection and even greater service (Alan is the best) there is no other option than G&D! Do yourself a favor and check them out! They deserve your business!

Great spot nice staff. John and Alan always holdin the fort down. Danny (the owner) is an incredibly nice guy. They have a huge selection of beer, liquor, wine, and spirits. More than any other liquor store in the area. I get a nice vibe walking into g & d, it’s very clean, smells clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. You have to check out the beer cave! It could be colder though if management is reading this.

Great store. Outstanding selection of beers, wine and spirits. The guys who work there are all extremely nice and happy to help with any questions! They’ve got great prices and don’t try to stiff you on hard to find items (like many other places)! Big thumbs up!

If u lik craft beers this is the place they hav a great selection in beer and liquor .
And what brings me here is that they carry E40s Sluricane i no longer hav to go all the wy
to bevmo in Brea or Tustin. I will b going to these guys when im having a get together or a party from now on.

Hidden Gem! Don’t let the exterior «liquor store» appearance fool you. This is not your typical liquor store. ALARMING SELECTION of CRAFT BEER! Excellent/​old school customer service!
Best part is their walk in refrigerator! Ready to drink! I am an IPA fan & so is the owner. Therefore, the latest & greatest is in here.
I highly highly recommend this place. It has now replaced Bevmo & Total Wine. I am supporter of small businesses. & this is not a paid Unilocal review.

I’m gonna have to disagree with John here and think that G&D is more than just a liquor store and is very customer friendly. I think the vanilla release was held well and John should be happy he got a Bourbon County Vanilla as well as other Bourbon County bottles unlike a lot of people out there who got nothing. G&D got a great selection as well as the cool craft beer cave!

All I have to say is Wow!!! This store has truly evolved over the years. Staff is supper friendly and helpful! Definitely coming back!

I am seriously disappointed in G&D Liquor after all the great reviews.
I called on Saturday they said they’ll be getting in 2 cases. Lie #1, it ended up to be 1 case.
Basically, on Instagram I was told they would be doing a 1^st come 1^st serve for Vanilla Bourbon County. I live in Ontario, so my wife and I woke up early to come for it. It ended up to be a raffle, so basically I woke up early for ABSOLUTELY nothing. Lie #2
I called the night before and the worker said they have about 9 Vanillas left. At the store they only had 5 Vanillas and thats why they didnt go with first come first serve. LIE #3.
The guy said he had to give the vendor a few bottles to get the vanilla. A box comes with 12, if he had 3 bottles, that leaves 9. Where are the other bottles? Lie #4
I felt like I got up early for absolutely NOTHING. I would give 0 stars if it allowed me.

I remember when this place used to be a dump when it was 5 12… like seriously the store was half empty… i remember it being closed down for a while and then it was re opened, and i decided to check it out, mainly because cvs was closed as was stater bros and i just wanted a quick beer. When i walked in, it was bright, fully stocked, clean and THE BEER SELECTION!!! Different types of craft beers, ipas, you name it. And the liquor and wine selection is on point as well… i go here for my weekly beer drinking and try to get a new beer each time. Im glad this place is opened and near my house. Management is great here… this liquor store is going to be open for a very long time

G & D Liquor has a HUGE selection of everything! ! BevMo does not carry Samuel Smith Strawberry Ale but this place does! But the best thing about them is they actually donate to foster children. The store has a money box collecting funds for college scholarships to support foster youth!!!

Excellent selection of craft beer. Nothing too rare, but a complete walk in beer fridge to select from is a plus. Priced on higher end. 9.99 for make your own 6 pack can’t be beat

SERIOUSLY THE BEST LIQUOR/​CONVENIENT STORE EVERRRR!!! The staff is soooo chill and they are always friendly and helpful. When you get out of your car you feel like it’s a night club cause they have the top 40 bumpin on the speaker system. The owner is reallllly awesome too. I like it when owners are hands on and work hard and stay super nice and don’t go on power trips.

Finally went into this place and it is great! Good prices and good selection. The staff is very helpful and nice: D diggin’ the new management.

We lived across the street from this liquor store for a couple years. Under the old management/​owner it was an average liquor store, but the new owner has really improved the whole store. They have a great craft beer selection and the make your own six pack option. They have a large assortment of wine and chilled wines ready to drink! They also had a good variety of hard liquor, even the little mini shot sized bottles. I also enjoyed all the different types and flavors of energy drinks he kept stocked. All around a great place to shop with decent prices :)

While on my way to Orange Roll Sushi, I was looking for a place with craft beer. I found G&D Liquor right across the street. It’s not much to look at on the outside, but the inside is full of glory.
The guys working here are very willing to help and the selection is nice. Lots of Bootleggers, Bruery, Stone, Lost Abbey, Mission, Ballast Point, Rogue, Magic Hat, a bunch of Belgians, and much more.
Most importantly, they’re kept chilled.
I didn’t really cruise the wine section, but I’d venture a guess it’s better than what most liquor stores have in the area.
Do keep this one in mind if you live in the area.

Finally a place right by me that I can hunt down craft beer! This place use to be so poorly operated and beat down that I stopped going here a long time ago. I saw it was under new ownership awhile back but was trained to avoid this place. It took me months to finally go in. My LOSS! But I am glad I finally did. Danny, owner, was extremely friendly and went out of his way to shake my hand and get my name.

Definitely not your norm. Craft beer is the way to go and right across the street after lunch we found a place that actually has a great selection. Can’t you believe it? Craft beer in OC? Well you got it dude. Definitely check this place out, there’s plenty of Stone of course.
