I’ve been here 4 times and will keep coming back. The massages are perfect for relieving stress and tension and is a great deal for the price. The staff is friendly and courteous and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. If you’re looking for the full spa effect this is not your place, but I personally think the massages here are better than at some of the top dollar places I’ve been to.

I have been to a few foot spas in the area and this one is definitely my favorite. I had the 1 hour foot massage which is actually your whole body and I like the comfortable bed you lay on and you don’t have to relocate for them to massage your back. It was awesome!!! Will definitely come back to this place and I would recommend it. Very nice staff too.

Went to set an appointment, we arrived on time.
The ambience was nice. Dim lights, seemed clean, greeted by somebody in the front desk, we were escorted in one of those chairs. They were separated with a barrier and I like how they were positioned.
The hot water came in, they asked us to dip our feet in that tub. It was hot enough and it felt nice.
Now the massage — I had worst but this tops one of my worst massage I’ve ever gotten. First of, she didn’t even use oil or lotion on my hands. It felt rough. And when she was massaging my back, there was a barrier– the towel and my shirt, so what I was feeling was the roughness of the towel and my shirt, and it did not feel relaxing at all. Some massage place has that wrap thing or at least unhook your bra so they can feel the knots or massage you better but she seemed like in a hurry and kept going to my legs instead of focusing on my back!
But WHY? Why would you massage with a towel on my back??? That means NO OIL OR LOTION was used at all!!!
That’s not the worst of it all, the worst part was she kept talking LOUD in her language. I went in for a relaxing massage but I felt like I was in an Asian market (I’m Asian too, btw). The person she was talking to was talking back but in a whispering manner but my masseuse continues to talk loud and at times even leave me unattended. That’s very unprofessional! They charge so much $ 25 — more than any Asian massage place and yet they can’t even give a decent massage.
Oh and at the end, I noticed she was arranging the bed/​chair with the same blanket she used on me. I mean if she has the intention of changing that, she would have gathered them and put them at the back, but noooo! She was folding it nicely the way it was when we arrived there. *gags*
Nope, not coming back!

Friendly and accommodating staff, clean and relaxing place. Jeff, my masseur, worked professionally that I did not feel uncomfortable. Massage was good and price is cheap ($ 25 for 60mins whole body)

Annie was so sweet! I didn’t make an appointment and just walked in! I had a major back pain and she totally relaxed me. I will definitely be back. I love this place!

Guys these people force you to tip them, it’s not something that you choose, you have to pay, and you have to pay the amount they say! And if you don’t, they get mad!
I’ll never go there again, don’t recommend.

It has been a year since I first started coming here and I still think this place is fantastic!
Massage– like any place you have great, good and bad. Overall I have had great massages. One time I had a good massage and I probably should have said that I wanted a stronger massage. Most people don’t like knuckles dug into bottom of feet. I do.
Cleanliness– still looks great and clean. Always feels fresh and smells nice. Bathroom clean.
Service– They always do what they can to accommodate. I recognize that in this business it is hard to schedule with walk in, appointments, and no shows.
I will keep coming back here. Still a great deal.

Great massage! I had the 30 min foot and 40 min body which included hot rocks! It was amazing! There was one thing that was quite disruptive and that was the cleaners next store. Whenever they turned on the rack to get customers clothes or sounded like a semi truck coming through the wall! Ugh!!!
So next time I come for a massage it will be when the cleaners is CLOSED!

I went back to talk with owner Annie and told her I was in pain 2 days after the massage. Plus she needs to relay the info to her employees when they cannot understand english as she was in fault and admit to it. I told her can I try someone else but she said you are to strong and refused service because I gave her one star on Unilocal… How can she get business with this horrible customer service?! She also said her English is not good and will talk to her boyfriend? I am so confused with her service and how she could not accommodate .plus when I was In the room a guy walked in. so uncomfortable during the massage! Not going to a place who don’t care about there customers…

Just simply amazing. My husband and I are super picky ‚.we demand a lot, even if it’s just 25 for an entire hour’s worth of massage. We have come here multiple times because it’s just that great, and I never repeat going to places because there are just so many new places to try all the time. Every time we go, their service is excellent and the quality is consistent. They always accommodate us and take us in for the times we want, even if we are calling in a couple hours before the appointment. Check it out, you only have 25 dollars to lose

I called and made a last minute appointment for 8:30pm on a Saturday night. I’ve been to many foot spas, and when I arrived Heavenly Foot Spa I noticed a couple things that made this place stand out from other foot spas:
1. This is by far one of the cleanest foot spa locations with the most inviting ambiance (for the price, of course — remember it’s $ 25 for a one hour, full body massage). The ambiance: dim lighting, sweet candle scent, the seats all face the center aisle and are separated by a low barrier for some semi privacy.
2. The staff is not only friendly but they understood me! Usually, there’s only one or two people that understand my requests at foot spas. I kind of have to use a lot of hand gestures to get my point across. But at heavenly foot spa, I didn’t seem to have any trouble communicating with three different staff members. Plus points.
3. Modifications for pregnancy: Although they don’t offer any specific prenatal massage, they offered to modify my massage due the fact that I’m 8 months preggo. At first, they told me they’d just skip the back massage portion so that I wouldn’t have to face down on my stomach and would give extra time to the foot portion of my massage. I requested that instead, I sit up for the back massage (since my back is what needed the most attention). They agreed.
4. My masseuse: Joe was awesome. He was very attentive to my comfort level, and kept asking if I was okay throughout the massage. A few times I asked him to spend a little more time with some areas over others. His response was always «Ok, sure» and he’d comply. His massage was firm and I felt much better afterward. One thing though, in the beginning he smelled like cigarettes, but then he popped in some fruity gum and I guess put on some fruity lotion and, hey, it worked out.

I came here as a walk-​in with my gf and got foot and back massage. During the massage I noticed the lady massaging me kept sniffling and had the occasional sneeze and cough. The thing was every time she sneezed she would just turn her head, sneeze or cough, then get back to massaging me (yes I did end up getting sick). Also the lady kept digging her nails into my back. The guy who was massaging my gf started out good then literally fell asleep while massaging her at least 4 times. He would just hold on to her pinky toe then start breathing all loud until she moved to let him know to wake up then he would massage again only to fall asleep once again. If I wanted to get scratched and have something fall asleep on me I would’ve just stayed home with my cat.

Awesome! I tipped them $ 10 because they are just so awesome at what they do! They know what they’re doing and it feels great! The pressure could be a little hard at the feet but they’re working on pressure points. The «foot massage» includes arms and back so it’s definitely worth it! Tip well because that’s how they make their money!

Love this place. My bf and I just found it about 6 weeks ago and so far we have gone 4 times now. I brought many family members who were visiting from out of state as well and they all loved it.
I personally do not like body massages, so I always ask for head and foot massage only. You have to be comfortable enough to tell them what you do like and do not like. My bf thinks its too hard sometimes so I remind them to massage at medium strength.
So I saw alot of complaints about that from other reviewers and it really is a fact that you need to speak up and let them know if it is too hard or not. Foot massages in general are about getting to the pressure points, which takes a hard massage. Being that I don’t like a hard massage, I always ask them to adjust it, which they will. Also, all foot spas do massage of head, neck, arms, hands, feet and then body, so I am not sure why others are complaining about that too. Just speak up, that’s all I can say and you will have a great relaxing experience.

Husband and I went in for a foot massage by appointment. When we got there, the lady at the front told us they were 15 minutes behind and asked if we were willing to wait. After 30 minutes, we told her we couldn’t wait any longer. She offered us a discount to come back the next day, which we did.
I should have had HER pay us for coming back… It was pretty much awful!
We both asked for FOOT MASSAGE ONLY, but she apparently didn’t tell the folks doing the massage because the kept attempting to go through their routine of head, neck, shoulders… All that stuff. They don’t speak English very well, nor do they seem to understand it.
The air conditioning unit or something kept making loud noises, which wasn’t at all relaxing. The worst part… They were heating up and eating food in the back that made the whole place smell like a toilet. My husband almost got up and walked out because the smell was so bad.
We were finally done and couldn’t wait to escape the awful odor. When we went to pay… Our discount t was a whopping $ 2.00… $ 1.00 for each of us.
NEVER going back!!!

So me and my friend came across this place by driving in the center. Our first thought was «Sweet, a FOOT massage for 25!»…So we walked in, and the lady was nice… she told us to come back at 5 as they didn’t have any openings. Okay, no big deal. We came back at 5. We were finally seated at the «massage table» 5:20. We didn’t get worked on until 5:30. The guy comes over and starts working on my head then my face. He used extremely hard pressure all over my face including my eyebrows and super hard on the temples and my scalp. He pulled my fingers so hard I kept pulling away because it was so painful. Then, he started working on my feet and as well. It was so hard and painful he kept pulling my feet and hitting me so hard. I actually started crying underneath the towel that was over my face. Nothing about this massage was relaxing or enjoyable. I should have gotten up but I didn’t know what to do. He then had me turn cover to my stomach, and he worked on my back by just stabbing his elbows into every part of my body.
I go to other well known massage facilities on a regular basis. This was just on a whim because we thought we were getting FOOT massages. I cannot even explain the pain I’m in and how bruised I am going to be. My leg is already bruising. Nothing about this massage was relaxing. He applied fast and hard pressure points all over my body.
Overall, I would not recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxed massage. The $ 25 foot massage was actually a full body massage which is deceiving.

It was Sunday evening and i decided i was in dyer need of a massage.
Not just a relaxation message but a pressure point massage.
I looked on Unilocal and found that this foot spa had wonderful reviews.
I called and asked if they had any specials for that day, Annie the spa owner answered and let me know she could do a FULL body massage for $ 25 WOAHH!!! I was in the price was wonderful and i was excited to give this new company a try.
I walked in and was very nicely greeted, Annie had remembered that we had spoken on the phone. The atmosphere of the place was very relaxing and looked clean. The lighting is very dim, soft music playing.
Once i was put in my comfy chair i was given a foot bath with warm water, while the massuase worked on my head and face, then she moved down to my legs and feet, (let me tell you this place gives an excellent foot massage). Then i rolled over and was given the back portion of my massage. Every part of the massage felt wonderful and was just what i needed.
They offer you water upon completion of massage which is always nice, and a great reminder to customers to stay hydrated after a message.
I paid with Annie the shop owner, she made sure i was 100% satisfied and allowed me to pay and tip on a debit/​credit card. No extra fees.
Overall great first experience, i will definitely be back!!!
If you are a CSUF student this is very close to campus, this is a great place to unwind for a hour or so during finals week or just to come and relax.

I couldn’t have been happier with my experience here! I get nervous with places with few reviews but I think this place is just currently an undiscovered gem.
Called around 3pm just to confirm coming in at 5:30pm and the woman on the phone was so sweet. I’m assuming she was the same person who greeted me at the door with the biggest smile and open arms as she took me to my station. I immediately noticed how clean and fresh smelling the room was. Everything looked well kept and cleaned, extremely important to me.
I don’t know my masseuses name but I’m pretty sure he was related to a god because the massage was wonderful. I did the 70 minute for 35 $ and probably will do that every time I come back. I fell asleep halfway through my foot massage part and it was heavenly.
I’ll definitely come back here, probably weekly. The price and the service are unbeatable. I want more people to discover this place but then again I love the quick service! Can’t wait to go back next week!

This place is great! As soon as I walked in the owner Annie was very friendly and welcoming and made me feel comfortable.
The massage was great as well. I got the foot and full body massage. She had the perfect amount of pressure. (I hate when it’s not too soft or there’s too much pressure and you’re in pain) but, it was just right.
The ambience was really nice how it was set up. The lighting was dim, perfect massage music… I was in heaven. I did not want it to end, I was dreading the moment when she said it was over. I was so relaxed I really just wanted to take a nap there for another hour. I HIGHLY recommend this place !!
