I’ve been a customer of this salon for the past three years and have zero complaints! I have to say one of the most important reasons for my continued business is the staff. All of the girls in the last years have been friendly, knowledgable, and always made me feel comfortable. The second most important thing in choosing a tanning salon is their bulbs! There has never been a time when I felt the bulbs were ineffective and anytime I ask the girls how long the bulbs have been in a particular bed, they know. This salon is always clean, smells fresh, looks good, and has a good vibe! If you’re looking for a new place to tan, this is the one!

I love this tanning salon! I’ve never been to one and the workers were very helpful and answered all of my questions. I recommend the stand up beds because it gives me the best color the fastest. They have a variety of lotions and the swim suites are super cute.

1) I went in for a quick tan before my vacation and they had the promotional sale for ten days of tanning. So I payed for it three days before my vacation and tanned for only three days, went on vacation, and when I came back to use the rest they said it already expired?
2) I asked the woman on the phone and in the tanning salon how it worked. She told me you have TEN TANNING SESSIONS. So I thought perfect ten services is enough for right now.
3)there is a difference when you explain to someone and misleading them too believe that there are ten sessions for you was all I was told thinking who the hell gives someone 2 weeks to use there sessions when you buy ten services. I drove there and was turned away. Beyond pissed off at the customer service and the fact that no one told me you had an expiration of only two weeks to use them. What bullshit is that.
4) tanning for 20min for three sessions in a row did not do anything FYI. I have been to much nicer and better tanning salons that have way better tanning beds

Their beds took me a good 4 months before I saw an actual tan. The Mystic? Don’t even waste your money. I have self-​tanner that works better than this stuff. Also– I’ve been turned away for coming at 7:40 because they do «last call for Mystic tan at 7:30pm.» And after I was told that/​turned away, the girl had the nerve to tell me «have a good day.» No. You have a good day. Such a joke. It takes literally 30 seconds to get sprayed then you’re done. Not worth the price. It’s upsetting because this place is so close to my house. I’m from south OC where we have the best spray tanning, this place tho. Horrendous. I was splattered by the machine and the lady at the front had the nerve to tell me it will wash off. Wrong. I was a streaky mess the next few days. It’s really cute when you can show off a nice streaky spray tan. Especially when you’ve paid a lot of $$ for it. Don’t. Just don’t.

I went here to get my first ever airbrush tan for my sisters wedding. I got a Groupon to use here, and called to book an appointment. No one picked up, so I looked at their website and clicked a button that said ‘book us online’. It asked for payment information (I assumed it was for in case you miss your appointment they can still charge you). It then said I wouldn’t be charged until the time of my appointment, so I thought they would adjust the price when I got there according to my Groupon. HOWEVER, when I got there they said I’d already been charged the full amount, and they were not able to accept the Groupon since I had booked online. This information was not ANYWHERE. The receptionist said it had happened to another customer and all she could do was suggest I try to get a refund from Groupon because she couldn’t refund me. The whole reason I chose this place was because of the Groupon. It was not convenient for me to get to, they were wildly unhelpful (even though the exact same thing has happened to other customers) and to top it off, the airbrush was horrible. I’m naturally fair skinned, and the lightest shade they have is medium. I ended up orange and patchy! It didn’t even out as they assured me it would. The product didn’t work for me and the customer service didn’t either.

Love this place! No wait! ing to get a bed! I started out with the laying down tanning bed for 13 minutes and I have slowly gotten a golden tan. I think I need about 5 more sessions or up my time. The standing up tan beds are stronger, but I honestly can’t see a thing in their with my uv glasses and I was scared to touch the hot bulbs. Plus it felt so confine and small, but I would recommend going for the laying down tan machines. The girls who work here are gracious and friendly. This place is right off the freeway and I purchased 1-​free month of Unlimited tan for $ 19.00. You will have to purchase uv google for about $ 5.00. Bring your own tanning sunscreen or be ready to purchase one. i would also recommend you bring a thicker towel to cover your face with the one they provide you with is very thin and small. I love this place! I feel super comfortable and it feels clean. A must try!

5 Stars — Service, the girl working the front gave me very detailed instructions which I appreciated very much. This was not my first mystic tan but this was the most informative. Super firendly and very welcoming. I rec’d a 20% off discount since this was my first visit.
1 Star — Mystic tan, I felt like the spray (level 2) did not really hit my face well, I figured there was enough mist to make a difference and give me a nice glow overall… nope. My face was very light in comparison to my body. I followed the directions exactly like I was showed at the salon so not sure why my face was missed. Color looked nice on the rest of me… Waited about 24 hours to take a shower and once I got out of the shower it was almost as if the tan washed off. I saw my boyfriend shortly after and he asked me if I was getting my mystic tan today… UHHHH, I ALREADY GOT IT… I thought maybe it was in my head that my tan vanished, but no. I asked my sister what she thought and she laughed when I said I got a mystic tan done.
I would have loved to make this salon my new favorite spot, but there is something wrong with the mystic tan spray or something. All i got was being super smelly for 24 hours.

I usually only go to this tanning salon when they have groupons because the regular monthly price is a little steep for me. The staff is very friendly and the facility is always clean. The vibe is very relaxing.

This tanning salon is so convenient!
All the women that work there are super sweet & give you their helpful advice on lotions, which beds are more effective, and so on.
Though it is a little pricey (lotions can be around $ 75) it is still much better than any other tanning salon or service that I have ever been to!

Their tanning beds were so weak, I went three times in less than a week with maximum time with no difference. I’m not exaggerating, my skin didn’t even get red from UV exposure let alone change color. Their beds and bulbs are CHEAP.

Good place! The beds are nice and clean. Great customer service and good deals and specials. I got their 10 day special. I get some nice color from their golden lay down beds and stand up. I purchased a bottle of lotion for a friend, got a really nice sun kissed tan, and a swimsuit for myself all in one place :)

I almost feel bad writing this review because the girls there are really nice, especially the receptionist. Very friendly and personable, which is literally the only reason why I have given them any stars.
I came here on a groupon deal — $ 19 for a custom airbrush spray tan. The girl that gave me the spray tan did not spray me evenly; I had some spots that were not sprayed at all, near my ankles, hands and on my arms. I’ve gotten two custom tans in the past and I could tell she was not being very thorough.
My «tan» was very splotchy and I could see the darker spots in my pores. The two I’ve had prior to this from another place, the tan just faded, but this one looked VERY splotchy as it wore off. Thank GOD I didn’t get this for my wedding & a vacation!
I had told her I’ve gotten sprayed before and she neglected to tell me I need to put the lotion on my feet and hands. The last time I got spray tanned was over a year ago, she should have still told me how to prep.
She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable, but she seemed careless.

This place is fantastic! I’ve been trying to get tan for a vacation and within three weeks have the perfect base tan. It is VERY clean and always smells nice. The staff is perfect! They help you if you have any questions with lotions, beds, etc. I love my little treat of a jolly rancher each time I go. There is hardly a wait and I never make an appointment. The best part is my tan looks nice and is no where close to the color orange. I was really worried I was going to leave looking like snooki, but it is perfect!

Super clean, quick and friendly.
I’ve been here twice for airbrush tanning and loved the results of the tan both times. The only thing that made me hesitant to review and rush back was that my skin cracked a lot around day 3 of each tan. I don’t know if its the solution or if it was my dry skin but I have been trying to restore the moisture in my skin before returning for another session to see if it’s me or the solution. I hope it’s me because this place is great and super close!

Love the stand up bed here, best & cheapest I’ve ever used. I forget the normal price but I remember getting a Sunday desk where it was only 6 or 8 bucks? Pretty sure well under 10. Anyway try them out!

I get custom airbrush tans fairly often but i had never tried this place. The lady that was supposed to come to my house and spray me had an emergency and wanted to reschedule but i had seen this place on a groupon. I was able to redeem it same day which is almost unheard of at other places ive been to. I called the place to make an appointment and the girl on the phone was very nice and told me she could take me right away. Once I arrived i noticed the place was very clean and welcoming. She got to me right away and was very thorough. This was also the very first time that someone has voluntarily gone back and resprayed the parts they maybe missed or just needed to be redone without being asked. The girl was very good! I wish I could remember her name.
Anyways, I loved this place and will definitely be coming back! 5 stars!!!

Can’t beat ten dollar mystic on Mondays. Just don’t have the new mystic tan machines. :(

I purchased a Groupon ($ 19 airbrush tan) and redeemed it today before Vegas this weekend. I was very impressed with the facility. I had only gotten an airbrush tan once in the past somewhere else and this is definitely an improvement.
I liked the fact that they had a barrier cream to put on my hands & feet before the tan. They also had this big box within a room that I stepped inside, making it less messy and breathable. She even turned on this industrial fan afterwards to help me dry faster. All that was new to me and I was impressed with. They know their stuff! I’d definitely come back.

I just came here yesterday for my very first time and took my first shower after my spray tan – so here comes the review… I love it!!! I have some allergic reaction so there are rash-​like marks on my legs that I wanted to hide and it definitely covered it as much as it could. Although it did not fully cover it – I am not blaming it on the spray tan process. The only reason why I doc’ed out 1 star is because I felt that (in the beginning) the receptionist/​technician was a bit rude starting from the phone call till when I walked in. There was a usual guest that came in a few seconds before me, but she kind of looked like the worker and walked to the side (as she was super tanned herself) and wasn’t in front of the receptionist both, I assumed she was a worker. The receptionist just said OK can you wait, she came first… I thought that was pretty rude; especially for being a first time customer.
After that, she apologized and it went well. She also suggested a carry on spray tan brand from Playboy and she personally used it herself when she wanted a quick tan and was extremely and knowledge.
The spa/​store itself was on a slight modern and clean.
Definitely worth it for $ 19 bucks! I got the groupon deal, so head over to groupon and get this deal because its defiantly worth it for $ 19 bucks + they use Sugar Based tanning! I believe the normal price is $ 45 and if you invite a new customer you’ll get a free spray tan.
