Joan was our real estate agent both for selling our house & for buying our next house. Actually she was our agent for selling our beloved home of 10 years, buying our next house, then selling that house & buying our current house. (Long story!) We’ll always go back to her.
She guided us through our decision to sell our house of 10 years & though it was hard to let go of that house she helped us stay on track for getting it ready to sell & selling it in a timely manner. For much of the preparatory work we used her contacts & we still use or would use a number of those contacts.
There is a lot involved in selling & buying homes. Joan made herself available to make appointments, would meet with vendors when we couldn’t, helped us come up with alternative solutions when things weren’t happening the way we hoped, etc. She helped us wade through pros & cons of various situations, figuring out our top priority needs, understanding housing market ‘speak’ and so much more.
We always felt she was looking out for our best interests and she was always there for us. She has a very ‘can do’ attitude, is methodical in laying out the plan, has great people skills, and sets our minds at ease as she demonstrates her professional skills. We love Joan and we think you will too

Joan, yet again, closed another deal for our next house. She continues to exceed my expectations with her professionalism, optimism and work ethic. I ended up choosing a loan officer/​company that made the deal so much more difficult than it had to be. Joan and I literally had to do some of the processing of the loan ourselves! She stepped right up to the plate to do that (without my asking) in order to make the deal happen, even though that wasn’t even her job function. She was really the ring leader in the whole mess of what buying/​selling a house could be… and she checked everyone (lender, escrow, title and the seller’s realtor) so that we would close on time.
Bottom line: She will work her hardest for you to get you in the house you love. What sets her aside from the rest, is that she truly wants the best for you and not just to make a sale.

Joan made it happen for us in a timeframe I never thought would work. She got us into a great fit house for us, all the while making it a great time for us too. Moving from San Diego to Fountain Valley could have been a challenge for most agents but not for Joan, she made it happen for us.

Last year my husband and I were ready to purchase our first condo. We had no idea what it was like to purchase real estate so we printed up some information on condos that were for sale and we drove to the locations. The very first condo we visited was locked (obviously) so we were looking through the window when Joan walks into the property and asks us if we were interested in the place. She asked if we had a Realtor and if we had done any paperwork to get the loan process started. Of course we had nothing because it was our first day looking at places. She was so nice and HONEST; which is hard to find in the business of real estate, that we called her the following day and asked if she could represent us.
She answered every single question we had about how to get a bank loan, the ins and outs of owning a condo and most importantly questions that every first time owner has. She was never rushed, never in a bad mood (despite the mean and uncool lenders we had to deal with) and most importantly she was patient. When things got really bad she was so calm and cool. She worked with our schedule perfectly and made sure that we were also on schedule with all of our paperwork.

Joan went above and beyond. She was always so fast in responding to calls or e-​mails. Joan is easy to work with and she is very enthusiastic and hard working. Durning our short sale we ran into a few road blocks but Joan stayed positive and kept pushing on. We are very thankful in being able to work with her.
