Just had an amazing experience here thanks to sabrina at reception and laura the phlebotomist.
My 6 year old daughter was the patient not me fyi.
After being warmly welcomed it was determined the insurance card I had indicated we had to go somewhere else, but sabrina took it upon herself to double check the card info was most up to date, which is wasnt. This meant we didn’t have to go elsewhere and she had blood drawn this morning.
The wait was very short. It wasn’t long before laura took us through the back and was just a genuinely nice person who seemed very competent which put me at ease as an overprotective paranoid dad!
I am an RN and have been a quality director for over a decade which means I am well versed in infection control practices and I have to say laura was text book in her approach.
I can’t say enough about these ladies and this clinic, give these ladies some recognition or even better…
A raise!!:-)

This is the nicest lab in the world. Everyone is very friendly and very professional. It is actually a pleasure going here. Lately I have had to go often and they always greet me with smiles and always ask questions as to how my family is. Love you guys.

The front desk ladies were rude the moment I walked in. All I did was sign in and one of the lady ask for my paper and iD in such a rude way. I looked over to the lady next to her and I could tell she was rolling her eyes. For what? I didn’t even say a peep!

Nice, clean, fast at this location. A little hard to find. Park next to the Peets coffee free parking it’s in that same plaza.

This place sucks… period.

Horrible service. All three times I spoke with diff ppl gave me diff hours to fast. No one told me my test would take 15 min, I almost got yelled at for being here half an hour before closing. He said he wouldn’t be able to help if I came later?

This place sucks balls! They are absolutely rude and horrible every freak n visit. I literally have been here three years in a row and every time I leave I would have rather taken a sharp needle and stabbed my eye out. I just don’t get the rudeness. It’s not even necessary. Seriously’ everytime with different people. One staff member said — since I didn’t like her attitude she would send me to her colleague so I don’t think she did something to my test. Wtf! I wasn’t thinking it until you said it. Avoid this lab like the plague.

This office attempted drawing blood 6x from me. 2 Different nurses. They then told me that I wouldn’t be billed because they had poked me so many times. Sure enough, I got a bill in the mail. After calling LabCorp billing. they had the nerve to tell me that I got blood drawn in my doctors office not LabCorp! After explaining 3x that I had to walk to another building and entered the «LabCorp» door. they are making me pay the bill because their is no notation anywhere of the nurses statement that they will not bill me. Awful terrible service. Don’t get blood drawn here.

Hey, if you’re gonna have to go see a vampire, at least these folks are friendly and efficient!
I’m constantly being evaluated for one thing or another and have to go get blood (and other) tests so I show up at LabCorp every few months for a jab in the arm. I’ve been to other labs and they just don’t seem as well run as this one.
Rarely have I had to wait longer than about 5 minutes, if I even have to wait at all. Kudos for that.
Occassionally they need to pick up the floor… so that’s why I dinged them a star. I feel a Lab should be spotless. But I know they are clean in every other way, THAT much is obvious. Reach down and pick up your wrappers and papers, then I’ll hang another star on my review.
For vampire kisses, it’s not too shabby, could be way worse.

Yeah I went in with an apt. They told me they don’t do my testing and I need to go somewhere else. I asked again its a simple lab. She says no they don’t do it here. I was gonna leave and asked again you sure you got the right person. Well she did, no apology or anything then I was waiting and I asked why shes taking non apt people before me, her comment. Oh you have an apt. Uh yeah that’s why I signed in on apt list. Got out of there about an hour and a half after my apt. Took over 15 mins to get blood. It was like training day

This place is terrible. I called ahead to make an appointment for an urine test, and they told me over the phone that they didn’t do appointments. When I got there, they let everyone who came in after me go before me. Three people came in 30 minutes after me also for urine tests was allowed to cut in front of me for God knows what reason. I ended up waiting an hour for my test even though there was no patients in front of me when I walked in.
Protip: brush up on your Spanish and maybe they’ll let you cut as one of their «amigos».

I hate this place. I called the number three times and no one answers. The answering machine says to just leave a message. I get to is place literally at 12 and the girl tells me they don’t do drug testing from 12 – 130 and the other girl lies and says they can’t do it during these times because the computer won’t let them. Then she tells me that the answering machine states they don’t do drug testing at that time. I called again to double check and the machine just says to leave a message. I go back and tell them that the machine doesn’t say anything about the times and she goes oh well the technician is out to lunch. If I could give this place no stars I would.

Where in the world is this place?
If you are turning onto Valencia Mesa Dr, from Harbor Blvd, head straight to the traffic circle that will take you to Laguna Rd, where you turn right and then make a left on Sunny Crest Dr, you’ll see 1950 on the left side.
Where to park? There are some 10 min parking slots and a parking structure that offers comp parking only for 30 mins, $ 2.25 I think after that for each additional 30 mins.
Their automated msg fails to mention, they are located on the 1^st Floor West Wing, which would be helpful. But if you have Spidey senses you’ll find it no prob. Or just follow the signs.
One person waiting when we arrived. Registration quick. My husband had to submit a test. The entire process took about 10 mins and he was done. 4 stars for fast a procedure and the cool Matrix-​esque hallway that gets you there o_​O

Had my first experience with this lab today and it was great! I had been sent a kit from Seattle Cancer Care Alliance to collect blood and send it back for donor match testing. The first lab I went to said they couldn’t do that type of blood draw cause I didn’t have the right paperwork.
I went to Labwest and explained what I needed and the lady was very helpful. She did the draw for me and I left the prepaid FedEx pack with her and she said they would ship it off since FedEx was already going to come by. I went at 7:30am and was in and out in 10mins. What I needed wasn’t a regular thing and I’m so thankful I found a place that would help me out. The lady was very nice and friendly and really wanted to help me. Really happy to see that there are still such kind and helpful people in the world!

My reviews were from my daughter’s experience with the other rating and this one is my own. It was the best blood drawing experience ever. Katrina rocks and did such a nice job that I did not know she was in until she was on the third vile. I love the friendly atmosphere and the great staff.

This is my fifth time coming to this lab and I’ve gotta say it’s amazing! Always greeted with smiles and a friendly staff member…
Either no wait or small wait time… Talkative and informational… Love the team!

No one ever enjoys going to get lab work done, but thanks to the efficient and friendly customer service at this LabCorp location, I don’t dread it one bit. The ladies here are especially kind and they are gentle with the needles.
I come here for annual blood work since I go to the Gunn Towbin office across the way. Each time I come in, i have to tinkle in a cup and have a few viles of my blood extracted from my wimpy body.
If you walk into the lab and see all 10 seats taken up, don’t fret. You won’t be treated like another number here. These techs will do their best to get you in and out in a timely fashion. On my most recent visit, the waiting room was packed and I was told that it could be up to an our or so before I would get in to get my lab work done. I was bummed but agreed to stay even though I was parked in the 30 minute zone. I barely had time to check a couple of emails before I was called in. When I was on my way out, the waiting room was clear. Keep up the good work, ladies!

All the employees were openly talking (actually yelling) about a new hire and how they don’t care about her. The front desk girls were making extremely obnoxious laughing sounds like pigs. They talked about how some of their employees are not trained well enough. That’s really comforting as a patient about to get their blood drawn to hear that the employees aren’t trained well.
When we walked in and asked if this was the right place, a receptionist covered in tattoos (Erin) just asked if we have a PPO and if so, they would take our money.
A tall woman (who actually looked the most wholesome of them all) drawing blood on another patient would yell out (while drawing blood on someone in a patient’s room) and then stop mid blood draw to walk into the hall and yell out to the other employees about how stupid other employees were.
How unprofessional! I will not ever return and recommend that no one else does either.
