Came here once again for lunch (yeah, I figured I’d give em a second chance since their last screw up). Ordered a burger with NO ONION as you can see in my previous review. Got back to work ready to enjoy my meal and whatta ya know, there’s onions in my burger AGAIN! I mean what’s the point of even putting my fkng request on the receipt if you’re just gonna ignore it?!

Yea fuck this McDonald’s sucks for being new. Nobody answers the phone because they know there serving up hard fries

Not the closest McDonalds location to my home, but worth the extra drive! This is a new facility. And it is really clean! Very pleasant dining room with ample seating and a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Food servers were friendly and courteous!
Looks like I found a new favorite McDonalds location!

A friend and I came across this McDonald’s this morning to grab a quick breakfast before we went into work and encountered very poor service from the front of the drive thru all the way to the end. We had asked on the intercom if we’re ready and she abruptly stopped us and asked us to wait. We were ready to order but in the other drive thru lane two cars had already past by the drive thru. The lady over the intercom didn’t come back to us until five minutes and when she was taking our order it’s as if she was very nervous she kept repeating the wrong orders and of course we get the wrong size for our coffee and our mc wrap was horrible.

Very clean Mc Donalds. Customer Service is good, they can be a little forgetful sometimes. I like using the Samsung pay on there credit card machines ^_​_​^

How sad that I have 15 minutes to update my review. I’m convinced that management tries every shortcut to squeeze every dime from this place, especially understaffing. Once upon a time, McDonalds meant cheap, quick, edible fast food. Now it is none of those. And customer service is sadly lacking. Once agin, it’s easy to decide where NOT to go.

Worst McDonald’s ever! I have been here a few times and the wait is ridiculous!!! Defeats the purpose of fast food! Got stuck in the drive thru for 15 minutes and still have not taken my order. I prefer to take my business elsewhere. Never. Coming. Back.

Went to this location at around 1030pm on 9÷27÷2015. They were fairly busy. The reason why they are getting 1 star is because our food was just terribly prepared. I ordered…
1 big Mac meal with large fries

1 filet o fish
When my wife and I got home we were shocked to see the «large» portion of fries in my container. It looked like the fries fell out of the carton but no fries fell in the bag! Terrible! And as for my wife’s filet o fish, no kidding, her sandwich buns were as hard as a hockey puck. She was so upset because we haven’t eaten all day and were looking forward to our meal. The buns on my big Mac were stale as well! We seriously had to use our own buns we bought from the store.
As someone who has worked there in the past I know how the food is prepared and I can only imagine why our food was such poor quality knowing what short cuts can be taken. Buns like stones. Meat dried out. A small order in a large container of cold fries. $ 17 wasted. And no receipt was given to even go back for a refund.
Management needs to crack down on their employees.

I’m lovin this location. Can you really go wrong with McDonald’s breakfast? I don’t think so. Especially when it’s served with a big smile like the one I received in the morning on Labor Day. (I mean really, I would not want to be working Labor Day morning)
As I peeked back into the kitchen I couldn’t see anything that looked dirty, it actually looked like I wasn’t afraid of what product might come out.
At the same time; I’m reviewing a McDonald’s. You know what you’re getting, so just close your eyes, open wide, and taste those unnatural meals that help you to recover memories from your hopefully moderately happy childhood.

Nice staff… but literally every time I have to pull into one of the waiting spots. Defeats the purpose of «fast» food.

I usually don’t write reviews for fast food places unless it’s really good or really bad…. This place is like starbucks… Quieter than starbucks. Clean… Modern design. Clean. I just hope some punk a$$ kids/​ratchet people don’t mess it up. The bathroom sink has been vandalized. It has some retarded tagging where the low lives are trying to say something… Wtf…also loving the $ 1 soda deal. Good place to study.
But the burgers are not worth $ 4… I would rather go to in n out for $ 3.25 double double.

To the employees– don’t be discouraged that you work at mcd. I always see People make fun of mcd employees. :/​always work to your fullest!
I can’t compare this place to a 5 star hotel… If I did… I would give this place them –2 stars. But as an mcd… 5 stars.

Generally, I wouldn’t write a review for a fast food chain, but today I have made an exception.
I didn’t watch the Super Bowl so I didn’t know this was going on, but I went in today to order some nuggets and fries, and they paid for my meal «With Love» if I danced; however, I don’t dance and I told them that, so they asked for a high five. I gave them two. This was sweet and awesome.
Thank you to the staff at this McDonalds! You are awesome.

This place is amazing it’s clean the food is good the people are nice it’s a good place to study because it’s a nice quiet place this is a good McDonald’s and there food is amazing I go there a lot because the great food and great service

Wouldn’t it be funny if I started pounding on the drive through window for cherry pies like that insane woman on youtube who couldn’t get her chicken nuggets. Lol. Sorry no such video folks. Its just a minor rant, actually I have good things to say about this McDonalds.
To start off, I don’t really frequent McDonald’s. As much as I enjoy eating Big Macs, I get horrific dyspepsia specifically from this chain’s burgers. Anyways, what I really do enjoy is their COFFEE and Cherry Pie. For all those skeptics, I encourage you to drink their coffee and tell me its not better than the Starbuck’s regular brew. So yes, I go to McDonald’s about a couple times a month for these two items specifically.
My little rant of late: Why is there never any Cherry Pies in stock?!? Seriously, I have been through the drive through 17 straight times and they never have the cherry pie!
Anyways, my review of this particular McDonald’s is positive because they are open on this 2014 XMAS day. I just finished a mediocre home meal with my family of boiled crab and dwaenjangjjigae (korean bean paste stew). And I felt like we needed some after meal coffee and pie. And everything is closed on xmas.
It must suck to work on Xmas at McDonalds just to serve people like me coffee and pies. And I commend these workers for working today.
Overall, this McDonald’s is pretty clean. Parking and the drive through experience is exceptional. This particular McD’s has two easy to drive through lanes and intercoms. And I have consistently been in and out pretty quickly. Albeit, I only go after 10PM when I am in the mood for coffee and the reluctant apple pie since the cherry pie is always sold out.

Hair in the burger! Forgot my kid’s toy in the happy meal! Won’t go here again! Not up to standard.

So I usually go to the McDonald’s off of Poplar in Brea because it is the closest one to where I live, but it was under construction. So I went to this one, and I am so glad that I did. This guy Luis who works the drive-​thru is just so awesome! He was very talkative and nice and actually kept the conversation going. Considering I work in the food industry, I know that customer service really makes the difference. Thumps up to Luis, and thumbs up to this McDonald’s!

If I had a choice between saving a child from falling of a cliff and drinking a large sprite from mcdonalds. I would immediately choose the sprite

forget the food, we all kno abt the grub.
in 2012, the svc was stupid. the staff was retarded, slow, incompetent and a plethora of attributes that will ban me. the drive thru was illogical and the people couldnt speak or comprehend basic english.
the genius of mcds… creating combos to order by numbers. this wasnt done for our convenience, but to prevent idiotic staff from screwing up. plus keep in mind, when combo numbers came on the menu, the mcds staff was changed to full time immigrant labor opposed to a workforce using mcds as a means to an end.
the large problem i have with fast food workers wanted 15/​hr is that they will still be stupid and incompetent, but if they succeed in collective bargaining, mcds staff will become entitled stupid and incompetent.
anyhow, this mcds has improved by 100% therefore i gave them a boost in stars by 100%.

This Mcdonalds is a favorite place for me and many of my church members to come eat, study, and hang-​out for hours on end. I was compelled to write a review because the manager (I’m assuming the manager because he is the only one with a tie on) was so accommodating and welcoming on more than one occasion.
I came in and ordered a Large Fry and an iced Hazelnut coffee and it was as great as I remember it to be. The internet is a little slow, but I managed to get much work done. Being on a student budget I packed my lunch today and when I asked him if I needed to eat it outside, he simply replied
«You don’t have to do that, no worries you can eat in here»
When coming to a 24 hr mcdonalds, its not much about the quality of food because its mostly the same, but SERVICE is something unique to each location. Thrilled to come back many more times to spend my hours here!
