History

Established in 2014.

A sister location to the pioneer ‘Hunan Café’ in West Hollywood that many movie stars get their Chinese food fix. Hunan Café has been in Hollywood for 20+ years. Chef Jerry Yen partnered up with John Maresca to open up the 1st Hunan Cuisine Restaurant. Spicing up Downtown Fullerton with a hot new wok is what the city needed.

Meet the Manager

Charese A.

Manager

On a glorious sunny day, the creatures of Mt. Hunan rose from the majestic sands. General Tso ordered his men to hunt for what was known as the Triple Crown to bring to the people of Fullerton. The men willingly jumped on their horses to search for this notorious crown. Through what seemed to be an endless search, they stopped at the Continental Saloon, and overheard the patrons talking about this treasure that the lands of Fullerton has never seen before. So they continued their search through a dark valley and finally found the hidden treasure by the name of Moon Wok. To their surprise they found many savory dishes to satisfy their palettes. General Tso was so taken back by this Moon Wok that he forgot all about his search for the crown! The last dish of the night came out sizzling and bursting with tremendous flavors! He insisted to know what this monstrosity was… and to his surprise was in fact, the Triple Crown.
