Business Owner
Dr. Barbara Starr has been practicing small animal medicine and surgery at Noah’s Ark Animal Hospital since 1998. Her goal has always been to provide the highest quality of veterinary care for your pet, in an atmosphere of love and respect, using the best techniques available.
Dr. Starr is a graduate of Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology. In 1986 she graduated as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Oklahoma State University. She is a well respected member of the veterinary community and a regular attendee and contributor to the Southern California Veterinary Accociation’s bi-monthly meetings and discussion forums, keeping current in all the latest techniques, technology and advancements in veterinary medicine.
Dr. Starr is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, California Medical Veterinary Association and the Southern California Veterinary Medical Association.
