I have left my precious babies twice while we have gone on vacation. Both times I have picked them up they have been clearly well taken care of and loved. They are happy, healthy and clean. Soooo happy they are home!

Everything was nicely done. My cat was sneezing blood bc she had respiratory infection and had hard time breathing but when i brought her here, the doctor knew exactly what to prescribe my kitten. Dr. Starr didn’t offer me to get unnecessary things, they also gives invoice of how much things are going to cost. Which is really helpful for people with a budget like me! Nurses are really nice, Dr was too and its a safe place to have your pets taken cared.

Tricia the dog groomer is amazing. She takes really amazing care of my fury babies. I would recommend using her if you need your pet groomed :)

Sadly, I was extremely let down by this establishment. We took our mini dachshund in to be fixed at six months. When we picked her up and took her home we noticed she had a lump on her back. We called the office and voiced our concerns. We were told it was probably just fluid from the injections and the lump would go down. Well it didn’t, and our puppy would cry every time it was touched. We took her in to get it looked at and were told that it was a burn! Yes, a BURN! We were told that she somehow got burned while she was getting fixed. That she was placed on a heating pad to keep her body temperature regulated during the surgery, and somehow that heating pad got wet and therefore burned my poor puppy! Needless to say we were extremely angry! We still were charged for the surgery. The veterinarian did cover expenses for the after care, but that burn mark will be on my dog forever. We were unable to take her to the dog park (something our dog had grown to LOVE) for over 3 months. It was so stressful dealing with pain medication, creams, cones… it took an emotional toll on us for sure! I’m not sure how often this happens, but the vet told me it does happen! I have not met one person whom this has happened to or anyone that knows of someone this has happened to. I have since stopped taking her in for laser treatments as I’ve been advised that her burn is healed and now we will just have to wait to see if it shrinks in size. Since I have stopped taking her in, which has been about a month now, I have not received any call or letter asking about the burn they caused. VERY disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone!

Today was my first time at Noah’s Arc with my new fur baby. She is almost two months old. Every single person on staff here is incredibly friendly. I am so happy I did my research. The puppy package is the way to go.

I really liked this place as a new groomer for my two girls. I was able to drop them off in the morning and pick them up after work. That was really helpful. The quality of the work is very professional and it’s justified with its price. My dogs look lovely and really soft. The cuts are just as I asked. Only there tails were left a little bushier than I would like but in comparison of how they went in, I’m satisfied. Thank you.

Best vet clinic ever! Dr. Star and Steven, her vet tech, are both wicked knowledgeable and compassionate, helping our dogs live healthy and fulfilling lives. One of our pups is a 14 year old golden retriever who should be the new energizer bunny, for how many times he has skated the lines between life and death, tail wagging, eyes bright, pushing himself to keep jumping on the bed and out-​trotting the young-​uns on the trails. Even our fearful Aussie loves coming to see them because they took the time to entertain him with tennis balls and treats weeks before his first appointment. Thank you for everything you have done for us and our fur-​kids.

Took me kitten in when she was only 5 weeks old to get a simple check to make sure she was in good health. Dr. Starr was friendly and handled my kitten with care and affection. After the initial visit I signed up for the kitten plan (which i kinda regret doing as getting out of it at the end of the year is a complicated mess) but anyhow, every visit after has been great! My kitten is always relaxed and never seems distressed to be there. One star off because some, not all, of Dr. Starrs vet techs seem new and inexperienced. Overall nice place to get shots updated. :)

We have taken our pets to Dr. Starr for many years — they have always loved the vet and her assistant, and she seems to have loved them and treated them very well. Our two beautiful doxies were treated here and several times were boarded, but like us all, eventually they got old and finally died. Since then, we’ve had many other dogs and cats, and Dr. Starr has cared well for them — they are always happy to be brought here for treatment or for boarding care.
Our beautiful tiger cat, so gorgeous and reddish blonde, Charley, was treated tenderly by Dr. Starr, and when finally he died, she too teared up. Now it’s the two young black & white cats — I’m sure they’ve been happy while boarded, just as they were fine after being spayed.
You can tell that Dr. Starr truly loves the animals she treats. And we are fortunate that she also seems to enjoy the «parents’ of the pets, as long as they treat their animals well and communicate well. After 50 years of owning many animals, we can tell that she is an excellent veterinarian who truly cares.

Everyone at Noah’s Ark was great. They were able to get me in without an appointment they addressed all of my dogs problems, told me all of my options and got me in and out very easily.
Dr Grimes took his time and didn’t make me feel rushed. He made sure he answered all of my questions. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to sell me on things I didn’t need like some vets had in the past.
This is my new go to vet!

Great grooming! Able to accommodate same day nail trims for my 2 beagles with no problem. Tricia, the groomer is super sweet and clearly loves animals.

I had been taking my dog to Dr. Starr, the owner & vet of Noah’s Arc since my dog was 8 weeks old. We are very diligent in my dogs care, every vet appointment was scheduled on time, every vaccine & routine check was done on time. Fast forward several years where we noticed our dogs breathing had changed, we took her in & we were reassured it was due to a heart murmur (which Dr. Starr claimed she was born with but she must have forgot to mention it to us in all the years she had been treating our dog) several weeks later we took her back in because her breathing again just wasn’t normal, again she reassured us it was perfectly normal. A 3^rd visit 2 weeks later for the same concern & Dr. Starr’s reply this time was, «You are overly attentive, she’s perfectly fine, heart murmurs are very common.» Feeling very unsatisfied with her response & very concerned for our dog, we decided at that point a 2^nd opinion would be best. We took our dog to a brand new vet, expressed our concern, they recommend a simply chest x-​Ray, which showed an extremely enlarged heart, we were referred to an emergency visit to a cardiologist who clearly stated this problem was not by all means something that had developed overnight & had been developed over several months if not years & that 1 simple chest x-​Ray would have shown the heart. Immediate treatment was needed. Unfortunately my dogs heart disease is at a very advanced stage now due to complete negligence on Dr. Starr’s behalf, at NO POINT IN ALL THE YEARS HAS MONEY EVER BEEN AN ISSUE IN OUR DOGS HEALTH CARE!!! Had any testing & or treatment been offered or recommend we would have jumped on it. My dog is still struggling with very advanced heart disease & the prognosis is gloom. I would recommend that any pet lovers strongly consider taking their animals to a competent doctor, perhaps Dr. Starr did not have the proper equipment to x-​Ray my dog & instead of being a decent doctor & referring me to a vet who did, she decided to continue to take my money knowing very well that it was not a murmur but something much more serious. I am filing a complaint with the Consumer Board of Vet Medicine & any other person who will listen. This all was done in a negligent matter, a vet made an oath to protect animals not to take advantage of their owners! ZERO STARS FOR THIS HOSPITAL!

So I came in today to get my poodle groomed for the first time! Despite reading negative and some positive reviews, I felt like this place must be given a try! Long story short, the groomer (I forgot her name) she was so kind with my Penelope! She was so helpful and informative! Not only is she great with dogs but also with people, she was so nice with us! She had suggested a certain cut for her and told me everything she’d be doing. Penelope was extremely matted so I knew she was going to be a lot of work! Long story short they called me to tell me she was ready! When they brought her out, my girl looked so happy!!! She was so clean, soft, and looked so beautiful!!! I am extremely happy with how they groomed my girl, my whole family absolutely loves her new cut! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! Thank you for doing such a wonderful job with my Penelope! She really needed to be groomed, also thank you for the cute accessory!

Throughout the years, we have encountered DVM’s with a passion no doubt,
but always felt eveything was directed in an «upsell»…
Face it, we all would do anything for our pets.
We haven’t experienced anything close to that, nothing but honesty and genuine concern for our dogs during the years we’ve been dealing with Dr. Nunez.

At first my experience was alright, I have a dachshund and I went out of town for a weekend and needed a place to board him. I returned and used them a couple of weeks later for a vaccine because they had a clinic on Saturdays same thing I payed a reasonable price and was satisfied. Fast forward a couple of months I just recently bought a puppy and went last Saturday to get her shots. They have on their permanent sign that they do a vaccine clinic on Saturday morning (sign still posted). The man at the desk Stephen was somewhat dismissive and looked at me like I was crazy for being there to get shots at the clinic. He tells me they stopped doing that about a month ago, even after I pointed that it is on their sign. He tells me to make an appointment for next week and that it’s still a really good deal and you get an exam with it. While talking with him the only price he disclosed was 37 $. (Which is what I paid for the vaccine on my other dog). made the appointment and when I returned today for it he pushes forward a paper that says 179 $ and a payment plan offers. He starts telling me all these things that I need? So I say I’m not really interested in all that I just wanted her vaccines… So he tells me it 70 something dollars just for today that and the price he gave me on Saturday was just for the exam not the vaccine. I was furious to say the least. I completely felt like I was mislead and like he was trying to take advantage of me. Stephen was pretty much like oh well you misunderstood me… I asked to speak the the dr. And she wasn’t there, so I waited to speak to her and when she comes in she walks up to me and says I don’t have time to talk to you, if you don’t like the price go somewhere else??? I was literally shocked! This is not how you run a business or keep clients, So I said to her «that’s it?» you don’t even want to hear me out. Depending how she had approached the situation was going to determine if I stayed or left… And frankly Im threw with them! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I only gave them 2 stars because some of the other staff was friendly the last time, otherwise they would have got 1.

i came here recently for my cat, Eggs Benedict.
i doubt that i could call in for this particular experience, because i really think my voice would break down. if you’re reading this, staff, let it be known — you are all and really completely rude. your walls are thin and i can hear your conversation about me. oh, you tried to lower your voice once you all got so excited.
i didn’t appreciate the way Dr. Starr talked to me. every sentence was back-​handed. i could barely even get a word in, about how Eggs lives holistically, and that coming here for vaccines is a huge deal when i don’t even believe in them in the first place.
i guess i was being rude when i was talking about a story to the vet tech, while Starr was listening to Eggs’ heartbeat. i apologized but apparently, that was not enough.
we will never be back here again.
the vet tech mentioned Starr being holistic but she apparently has no problem whatsoever putting chemicals inside the body.

I took my dog here for a couple of problems he was having. The vet tech and vet were so nice and great with my dog (he was a little nervous at a new vets office). I was in and out in 45 minutes! I will be bringing my other dog here also and highly recommend this vets office.

I took my dog in today for a basic groom. These people cut my dogs tongue and made him bleed. My dog is a very calm tempered dog. Never has my dog had problems with other groomers and they said he bit the Scissors, wtf?!? while they were trimming his sides of his mouth. Are you serious? They had to put the dog to sleep and wanted us to pay for the Effin anesthesia. Are you serious? Look at the picture is this even possible. Have you ever seen a dogie or heard of a dog bite a pair of scissors? Paid for the grooming not coming back here again!
