Roger is a very careful and smart technician. He has solved problems with several installations in my home and continues to be reliable, above-​board, and a critical thinker. He has spent about 4 sessions of 4 hours each here at my home. He helped me with several ceiling fans including converting recessed lighting into ceiling fans to code and with care. He worked in a very small space to remove dangerous and nonfunctional lighting and to replace it with LED. He helped me take down three other ceiling fans and rebuild a new one with the best parts of all three for a particular need I had. He also pays attention to code, grounding wires, and cleanliness. He was also willing to fully describe what he does step by step whenever I was nearby. I intend to continue to hire Roger for upcoming projects at my home over the next month or two. I feel more confident that my home is electrically safe since working with Roger.

Service is just awesome, Roger the owner came out and installed my bmw ev charger and was kind enough to explain the process as he went along. I got a small tutoring of my electric overview of my house as a result. The pricing has no bubble. I strongly recommend.

We contacted Roger to inspect the electrical panel at my Mother’s house. He inspected the issues and gave us his recommendations.

if there is a negative star, this company deserved that. After my experience with this electrician, I learn to read the negative rating instead of positive rating. The positive can be from friends and family, but the negative are from real customer. I saw Janet C. rating and I hesitate, now I wish I should consider that more.
To make the long story short.
Call Roger to replace a wire for home steam generator which is about 30 feet from the main panel.
Like Janet C said, I was ask to help hold up panel door, pull wire and run across town to pick up part for him
After 9 hours he finally said he is done and I turn on my generator and it didn’t work. He took out some gadget he said it very special and test the generator and said it was dead.
So now he wants to charge me 350% more then his original quote. I end up paying him 150% more to get him out of my house. Found out later from the receipt that he double charge for the wire. I text him and call him and after 3 weeks he answer my phone call because I block my number. He then tells me to call his wife. which I have to explain everything that happen and tell her I have to help him and she ask me «did you offer to help him or did he ask for your help » really ??? then she tells me she does not have anything to do with his business.
He install a part that is not compatible with the steam generator after the manufacture representative check it out and removed the part. My generator is working great.
So I allow this thug into my house he ripped me off on labor and double charge on the parts.
and his website talk about ripped off. hypocrite.!!
Company with integrity and honesty will address their client issue and if they make a mistake they will take care, Thug and ripped off like Roger here runs and hides behind their wife …

Called Roger for an emergency repair for an outlet that blew out. He came out within the hour fixed it with no problems. His price was fair and his work is clean. He is also very friendly and explains what is going on so anyone can inderstand. Will be for sure calling him again.

Roger is an excellent electrician. I called two other electricians before him, the first said he was too busy and that he would call me in a couple weeks to come out lmao and the second said that the work I was describing (minor power trip) would be «very expensive and holes would have to be cut in the walls and painted over. Roger was the only one who said he would come out same day and I am SO GLAD he did. He solved the problem in a little over an hour with no holes, no paint needing to be redone and no expensive pricing! He charges a two hour minimum which he told me over the phone and he could have easily taken his time or just left after the one repair. INSTEAD, he offered to look around and see what else he could help me with since I paid for two hours! He installed some attractive, modern GFI switches which should have been there a LONG time ago near the sink and appliances. To the person who gave one star, Roger is not trying to use you to help him he can easily and quickly do the work himself. He wants to explain things so you understand everything going on and see how easy it is to do yourself and make sure that for minor things you can do it yourself rather than call him and waste money!!! I personally learned a lot from Roger and he didn’t discriminate against me or think I wouldn’t care because I am a female. I think its sad that people think its weird that someone comes and explains thoroughly and teaches you things! Your home is most likely your most valuable asset you should know whats going on. Anyways, excellent work, he even went over some safety concerns in detail after his time was up which I really appreciate. Thank you Roger!

I appreciate his quick responses and how he was nice enough to text ETAs before arriving but this was the MOST RANDOM experience ever. Had my husband «help» him for close to 5 hours with the work we hired him to do and brought his daughter along and had her also doing work alongside him, actually installing GFI receptacles. It started off with a «can you steady the ladder» type thing which is totally fine but strangely evolved into my husband going around and actually doing part of the work himself. With his daughter. So random I was at a loss for words when my husband described it. It was never communicated beforehand that we were signing up to for a DIY electrician’s workshop experience and not just hiring someone to get the job done. And while he reduced his hourly fee for the extra «help» my husband gave him, it was seriously the weirdest thing.

After reading all the great reviews I gave Roger a call to upgrade all my outlets. He walked me through my options and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Roger to my friends and family

Called on Sat after the power went out in my house and only half the lights would turn back on. Roger promptly returned my call within minutes and explained what he can do for me. I was surprised he said he would come out on Sunday to fix my problem. after arriving, he tested my breakers to see what needs replacing. he called in the order and had me call to pay for it. at first I thought this was strange, why not buy it and charge me total, but I must say, roger is must be a honest guy and I realize he isn’t trying to rip me off by charging me extra for the parts. he came back, installed within an hour, even fixed other problems while he was at it. also very concerned on things he found fishy. answered all my questions with a great attitude! awesome guy. I highly recommend him. don’t hesitate! :). I will definitely use him again.

I had an partial outage early one morning and called Roger based on his positive Unilocal reviews. He arrived on time and wiped his feet before entering the house. I explained the problem and he gave me a full punch list of the potential causes and then went down the list explaining the «how» and «why» each time as he tested the outlets. He was very thorough, efficient, and solved the problem quickly. I would not hesitate to call Roger again in the future.

I texted Roger and told him about an electrical problem I was having. He called my a couple minutes later and explained what he could do. He was about to come out the next day and fix everything. He breaks everything down and explains everything he’ll be doing. He is a great worker and I would recommend him to anyone. He was a great find.

Roger was a great electrician! He works safely and thoughtfully. He showed me what he was doing which I enjoyed because I tried to initially fix the issue myself.
His rate per hour is reasonable and he works pretty quickly so it might even be a better deal than other electricians offer.
Bonus** As he was writing up my invoice I told him about my dishwasher flooding issue and he fixed it for free in 5 minutes and gave me advice on how to further troubleshoot the issue (incase flooding still occurred).

I went to Home Depot to use red beacon to find a decent electrician. They’ve handed me a print out of 4 qualified electricians to do the job. I noticed, first on the list is Nofixnopay with really great reviews. This guy literally called and left a v/​m at home on the same night! I’ve read the reviews and thought that this guys was too good to be true. Let me tell this. He’s that good.
1) I called him up the next day and he answers his phone right away.
2) He was very polite and informative on the phone with regards to his service and pricing.
3) He gives an ETA and arrives on time.
4) He did not interrupt power supply which he thought was not necessary.
5) He gave me a play by play on what’s being done and explained thoroughly what he’s doing.
6) He did the job half the time.

I must say it’s nice to get a service company to respond on a Sunday and be able to come out the following day to do the repair to my electrical outlet under my kitchen sink. Roger was very professional, friendly and explained what he was going to do step by step. He checked to make sure everything was working before he left. We called Roger to help with some electrical wiring in our home. From the first phone conversation Roger was very friendly and listened carefully to the issues we were having so he could provide a fair and accurate quote.
While in our home, Roger clearly explained what he was going to do and thoroughly answered all of our questions.
