Established in 2007.

God allowed Joe & Debbie Nolan to open the doors for Nolan’s Auto Service on 3÷1÷2007. We’ve been steadily growing since day one & continue to grow largely by satisfied & loyal customer referrals. We believe God has honored our honesty, integrity, diligence & professionalism by providing consistent growth through our wonderful customers sharing their experience.

Joe has been gaining & applying his knowledge of automobiles since early in his teen years.

He began sweeping floors and driving parts for a local Fullerton auto repair shop in 1982. While working & attending Fullerton & Cypress Colleges he became an apprentice auto technician. He steadily worked his way up to a journeyman auto tech and received his credentials as an ASE Certified Master Auto Technician. After faithfully serving the same auto shop for 24 years, he followed God’s leading & opened Nolan’s Auto Service in Fullerton.

He and his wife Debbie of 27 years have been seeking God’s leading each day as they continue to run the shop. Joe & Debbie have four children & two grandchildren that keep them active & grounded. His faith & convictions in Jesus Christ are his anchor & guide as he seeks to grow as a business owner and operator.

Joe at Nolans Auto Service is as good as they get. Last year I had to find a new mechanic so I did what we all do, I asked my friends on Facebook who they would recommend. The one name that kept coming up was Joe at Nolans. I am so glad I found Joe. Finding a mechanic you can trust these days can be tough. I know when I call Joe to tell him I have a problem I can count on him to find the problem and fix it. I recently totaled my work truck, Joe and his mechanic Angelo both took the time to talk to me about used cars I was finding. They have gone above and beyond in trying to help me. Finding a business like Nolans is rare. Customer service above and beyond.

If you are looking for an honest mechanic, then look no further. We take all our vehicles to Joe and know that we are being treated fairly and that our cars are receiving the best possible service. He explains what needs to be done in terms that are easy to understand. He also will honestly tell you the repairs that can wait if you are trying to budget repair expenses. Take your car to Nolan’s, you won’t be sorry.

I had asked my friend Paris D who his auto mechanic was and referred me to Nolan’s. I originally called to get a quote for water pump & timing belt service. He was really great and gave me a couple options and answered all my questions. Well, few weeks later my water pump started leaking. I dropped it off at Nolan’s so he could take a look. He called me later that day and stated I did need a new pump and also gave me different options for the timing belt as well. He didn’t make me fell like I needed to hurry and make a decision right away. He let me talk it out and told me the parts I absolutely needed. I’m very happy with the service. My 4Runner runs great for having almost 200,000 miles on it and it didn’t drain my bank account…

Finally I’ve found an honest, fast, knowledgeable mechanic! Joe is the type of guy that will check out your car before a long trip, and if it’s fine, he won’t FIND something it needs. He will charge you zero! Very good man!
Highly recommend Nolan’s Auto! He works on my Lexus and David’s Ford Explorer.

Took my kids car in on Friday and asked if it could be fixed by the end if the day. Joe could not promise but by the end if the day everything was fixed. Joe stayed late and got it done. I will continue to take my cars to Nolan’s. Thanks

Really 8 hours labor to take out a dash are you inexperienced or just trying to inflate your prices because you think I’m an easy mark. I wouldn’t trust you with any repair after that conversation!

The only place I go to repair my truck. Wonderful trustworthy staff, & fair prices. My entire family has been going here for years, & it’s the only place I’ve never had a complaint about. My dad has even been through training to be a mechanic (just doesn’t enjoy that line of work), so he knows good and reliable work on vehicles when he sees it. I tried going to the dealership across the street once w/​a FREE synthetic oil coupon, but after a 2 hr wait they said would be 45 mins, they used PARTIAL synthetic because they forgot I said I ONLY use FULL synthetic. Plus they refused to let me wait by my car too. I like to see what they’re doing and make sure they’re not messing up my car. But at Nolan’s I don’t feel the need to after they have done a great job of earning and keeping my trust. Needless to say, I will never try another mechanic again.

I’ve been meaning to review Nolan’s for the couple months it’s been since my visit. Id been to 4 different mechanics in the previous 4 months trying to keep my little car running. First off, it wasn’t that hard to find (which of you know that part of Fullerton, it can be difficult to locate a business on that road). It didn’t look like an auto repair from the street because the bays are in the back. Small front office.
Next, the customer service was outstanding. They really listened to what I was having trouble with and worked with my budget to fix my 10 year old car’s issues in order of priority. They kept me posted throughout the different repairs, and did the job (s) under estimate. Not by much but it’s worth noting.
They even showed me problems created by a previous repair done at another place, and advised me that, while loud, the noise I was hearing going over speed-​bumps wasn’t going to cause any damage or make driving unsafe, so I could put it off.
Bottom line, super honest, super service, skilled technicians and no pressure. I wont go anyplace else now, and I send everybody I can to them. It’s worth getting to know Nolan’s.

I have been taking my car to Nolan’s for several years now. I always get a quick and fair estimate. They are willing to work with me to find the lowest price (sometimes quality used parts are available, for example), and get the work done quickly for me. Also, I am always treated politely and respectfully. I never feel like I am being patronized or taken advantage of because of being a woman.
