Costumer service sucks, the women behind the counter is so unprofessional and lacks People skills. I’ve been here multiple times, and she always seems to have a stink face. Never coming here again, I’ll find my tostilocos elsewhere. Over charged me.

I was in the mood for a raspado, and this place is on my way home from work. I’m giving this place 1 star because I have to. This is based on the customer service and not the food. I don’t know what the food tastes like. I wouldn’t know what ANYTHING here tastes like, because I stood at the counter for what seemed like 10 minutes and no one ever helped me. There was a woman behind the swinging doors that lead to the back, and she saw me, we made eye contact several times but never once did she say, «I’ll be right with you or, one momment.» or anything for that matter. She continued to ignore me, so I left. I can take my business somewhere else. Horrible customer service. I went down the street to Cascada Refrescante and got a raspado there.

I used to come here often when I lived in the area. Came here a few days ago bc I was craving a chamoy raspado but I was so disappointed. I drove 25 minutes for a cup of ice. There wasn’t that much inside other than a few pieces of mango(unlike their reference posters around the store) some juice and a splash of chamoy. The best thing about it was how fast I was in and out of there but maybe had they spent longer to make my drink I would have possibly walked out with something better. The service was good, the lady working the store was knowledgeable on products and was helpful in aiding me make a decision. Unfortunately I won’t be back bc of the product!

The only reason why I’m giving them one star is because I had no choice. This place is horrible and disappointing. It’s messy all-around dirty and it looks like the kitchen hasn’t been cleaned in a while. They have no health letter rating because they are currently under reinspection, I wonder what the first inspection found? The person behind the counter seem to have very poor hygiene and was not the person I wanted to see when I wanted to order a chamango. We ordered four items, two chamangos one chamo fresa and one bionoco. The chamangos were missing tamarindo and only had a pitiful amount of mango. The other two were just bad tasting. The ice on the drinks was also very clumpy and stuck together. Nevertheless I will never go there again. Save yourself the bother and search elsewhere!

Well I must say that it’s a good place and great ambient. Only bad thing is that every time I go there’s never Tostitos for the tostilocos :/not cool. Then again that’s just me lol but over all it’s great, the raspados are bomb

The menu looked good, typical Mexican raspados, mangoniadas, chamoy covered apples… You get the concept. Unfortunately, I had tostilocos($ 5.50). By the way if you pay with a card, there’s a .50 transaction fee. Also they do not accept bills over $ 20, so be prepared with proper payment. Anyway, I was so disappointed. The tostilocos were nothing compared to what I am use to. There cueritos were extremely soggy, seemed very old. In addition the tostilocos were dry, not enough chamoy, lime juice or tapatio sauce. Also, the only other thing in the bag was a few pieces of cucumber and 2 – 3 peanuts. Okay so u sat there and tried eating my food. I figured I’ll just ask the cashier for more chamoy, however the cashier never came back to the front so I never saw her again. Disappointed, I left the restaurant and just threw away my food. I would not recommend this place and I wouldn’t go back.

Was looking for a bomb ass raspado on this hot ass day and i could not find a good spot in anaheim which led me to this place to try out. I tried the chamango and nacheetos thinking i was going to get a beautiful presentation with mango slices and so many surprises and all i got was a water cup with ice chamoy and tiny little itty bitty mango chunks. The nacheetos were ok. Just a bag of hot cheetos with nacho cheese. Wah. The old lady that runs this place gets a little nerve wrecked when alot of customers start walking in the door. There was only 1 customer behind me and another family of 5 just barely walked in and the thing that pissed me off is she told the family she was going to be about 20mins to wait until she is finished helping 2 people?! I would have taken their money and said yes please sit down while i make your drinks. No business sense whatsoever! Not returning.

This is my second time to this hidden joint. The first time I went was with my Hispanic friend who approves of this place. He says it reminds him of his childhood and everything on the menu is authentic. Wonderful! I ordered a frozen iced drink the first time — I think it started with an S. It was a blend of different types of fruits. I could not finish the drink because it was TOO sweet. I don’t have a big sweet tooth though, I’m more of a bitter and tart girl. The second time I went I ordered a Chamango drink. This was super! I loved it. I asked for extra Chamango and I devoured the entire drink on this sunny 95 degree day. Talk about a treat! Let me tell you what is not a treat though. The lady told me the drink’s total came to 5 $. As I handed her a 20 dollar bill, she asked if I had anything smaller. Digging through my wallet I told her I had 3 ones and more 20s. She said, «I’m not sure I have enough change.» I said, «oh. Do you take debit card?» She said, «Yes. 50 cent charge.» I said, «Oh that’s okay. I would like to avoid that charge since I have cash.»(A rare occurrence for me ever since I got mugged one day 5 years ago — another story for another day). She said, «I only have 15 ones.» I offered her to charge me $ 4.50 for the drink and a fiddy cent charge. She looked at me with a confused look like I was trying to scam her. She said, «No. We can’t do that your drink is $ 5.» I tried explaining my logic again with no avail and she handed me all of the money left in her register with an annoyed expression on her face. I was really worried she was going to spit in my drink since they make it behind closed doors. Dunno if what I drank had special ingredient saliva but it was still good.

Tried it out once and it definitely was the last. The lady who was proving«customer service» was so rude. I’m sure she’s the owner. Also I’ve had way way better raspados than these. Not worth it at all!

I got the chimango and it tasted like just plain old raspado. There were no chunks of mango in it so i was VERY disappointed. It tasted like just watered down chamoy. Can’t believe the street carts sale better products than a shop…

This place is a joke when it comes to customer service when I’m not being charged for every little thing like napkins, forks, or to-go containers the people making your food are rude. They get upset if you tell them specifically how you want you item prepared. Not cute and also they need to update and post their business hours arriving and finding out they closed 2 hours early is pretty ridiculous.

Came in to this place wanting a raspado. I purchased a chamango raspado and was very disappointed with what I got. Definitely a waste of money unless you like water with sugar and chamoy.

Found this place online and decided to try their raspados. Their store hours stated they closed at 8:30pm on Sunday. I called before we left from Diamond Bar and said they closed at 8pm. We arrived at 7:45pm and the store was already closed! Needless to say we were extremely disappointed, we’ll never return to this business again!

Came into this facility really craving some good bionicos. We arrived with my boyfriend and the place was pretty empty. There was only two people working and they took about a minute to come out. Once the young lady came out we started asking her about ingredients in all the different«smoothies» she then became very irritated and was rude. We waited for about 5 minutes and when the tostilocos and the chamuco came out I asked her for an extra plate and she completed rolled her eyes. I am very disappointed in this place and the customer service. My chamango lady that sits outside my church has better stuff.

If you can’t find the guy pushing the cart selling corn, mangoes or raspados then head on down to Orale Raspados. The spot has lots of Mexican delights that I love. For the sweet tooth they have raspados, smoothies, ice cream, bionicos, fruit with cream and much much more. What I like is the different specialty drinks with chamoy. I love the sweet and spice together with mango and pineapple. It comes in a large cup too so it will last. If you want a salty snack they have hot Cheetos with cheese, shaved corn with chile, tamales, nachos and more. The shaved corn is just like the one on the cob but served in a cup with mayo, cheese, butter and chile. Very pleased with this place! If you are paying with card they charge $.50.

I love this place! My favorite was the chamoy drink. Mexican candy is my favorite so when I can get drinks that taste with lucas in it I’m one happy camper. I work close by and we are always trying to find new places to try. We have been here about 4 times and have not had a bad experience yet. There is always the same lady there when we go and she has always been nice to us. Whatever we order she always gives us a Mexican candy with our order. Score! The flavors are great in the drinks. I also tried the hot cheetos with nacho cheese which is really good. I have always loved that mixture. They have a lot of items on the menu that will really hit the spot for your spicy cravings. I would not knock this place till you try it. I haven’t had a lucas craving in a while but when I do I will be coming back here!
