This review is for the nice young man manning the ice cream and cash register tonight. I can’t remember his name but he wore glasses. He was incredibly helpful and worked hard without ever losing his smile. Thank you for the great service tonight!

Not only is their store barren on items on the shelfs but they never seem to have more then one employee manning the register. The only reason I go is because they sell birthday cake ice cream. But other then that go too the Ralph’s (just a about 50 feet from the entrance of rite aid) if you need something.

Pros:
* It’s relatively close to home.
Cons:
* Expensive as hell. I can buy everything at Wal-​Mart for a third of Rite-Aid’s silly prices.
* Permanently grouchy, unappreciative service from the «customer service» team.
* Permanently understaffed. Why the bleep did I have to wait 15 minutes in line (yours truly) to buy a single tube of Theragesic? Now I remember: I had to wait for the lone cashier on duty to finish a customer’s 20-​minute transaction.
That’s why I haven’t set foot in here since October 2007.

In it for the ice cream but damn… service takes forever!!! Never enough people and poor guy I always see him I think his name is Miguel or something like that and he’s always running back and forth ringing and serving ice cream… hire more people!!!

I’ve never dealt with the items the previous reviews mention but it does sound bad.
I went because they had some good sales in their ad and with coupons I saved over 50% on my receipt. They had a bunch of GNC supplements on sale for over 80% off! Can’t beat that.

Pros:
Dollar scoop ice cream — non fat vanilla yogurt
Cons:
Never enough employees staffed.
Cash register always has problems. The pharmacy has bad customer service, except for the middle eastern gentleman.

They shorted me twice on my monthly medication at the prescription counter… it’s a prepackaged bottle so they are just grabbing the wrong one! Just makes me wonder what other mistakes they’re making in the pharmacy!
