Great smoothies horrible customer service. Two employees who would rather day dream than greet a customer and ask if they would like to order. It’s a shame such a good product is presented so poorly.

Ive been to other robeks and because they are franchised each location offers its own food and small eats menu. This location has the best food menu I’ve seen. Mostly just fresh artisan sandwiches, but they are dynamic in flavor. The sauces and sreads are made from scratch. t he belaggio is the best breakfast sandwich I know of. Egg patty, black forest ham, turkey and capicola(salt cured ham) with unique pesto and dill(ranch with a kick.) Sauce. Toasted. And only 3.29. ask for an extra side of dill sauce. I do wish though that they still grilled the toast like they used to. The manager Winter is awesome. super friendly.

I’m pretty sure I got food poisoning from the wheat grass. I’ve had wheat grass shots many times at other locations. I had one here and within 45 minutes I was throwing up and I had nothing else to eat yet. Once it was all out, I was fine. Clear sign of food poisoning. I question the cleanliness of this place. I will never go here again.

I really love the convenience of the drive through and their smoothies are delicious. I personally love the Peach Malibu with added spinach. I love Acai bowls and decided to try their traditional: Acai Especial Bowl. The bowl was much smaller than expected and only had ½ a banana on top. Other Acai bowls I have had at Nektar, Bonsai Bowl, or Cream & Sugar have had strawberries and blueberries as well, and have been much larger. It was still tasty but didn’t satisfy my Acai craving.

Delicious! I love coming here. I wish there was a closer place to my home.

Absolutely love this place! I am so sad that the one near me closed(Huntington Beach… going to replace it with a Nektar boo!):(, but it’s nice to see that this place is still here for after we go hiking up in the hills. There surely is a wait for our smoothie or acai bowls, but their flavors are on point, and very delicious in comparison to other healthy or unhealthy smoothie places. I like getting their acai bowls, which are a little on the sweet side, but something I really enjoy having as an alternative to ice cream treats. Also, sticking with the acai theme, I enjoy ordering the Emperor Acai, or acai energizer smoothies. Both, I feel taste similar, but both delicious. I’ve also had the tropi-kale smoothie, very good and not too sweet, and the sweet green and evergreen juices. Not had a bad experience here, just the long wait time during most occasions.

Love Robeks. Best place for smoothies IMO. I usually get the Emperor Acai or the 800 lb Gorilla — both very good Made with great ingredients such as Greek yogurt. Robeks has a good selection of extras too!

I have construction going on at my house so naturally I eat out. I’ve been going to this location everyday for the past 3 weeks and off and on before that. The drinks are not only delicious, but good for you. The only thing that upsets me is the distance I have to drive to get here everyday bc there isn’t one closer to my house. But more than that, the fact that the staff doesn’t pay attention enough to recognize me and be friendly considering I see them literally every single day or suggest that I join their rewards program considering I come here so frequently. It’s always a hi & bye with them, service sucks!

IFYOUHAVE A FOODALLERGYDONTGOHERE!!! Apparently this establishment doesn’t take food allergies seriously! Since I have an allergy to bananas, before actually ordering an açai bowl, I asked if it would be possible to make it with out the bananas and the girl taking my order said yes and suggested adding pineapple instead. After waiting an extremely long time for my order, I received my açai bowl with pineapples on top(great) but my first spoonful tasted a little suspect, a super sweet, unfamiliar flavor. I went to take a second spoonful and then noticed it contained a giant chunk of banana… Awesome right?! Wrong. I had to immediately take Benadryl and put a prayer up to Jesus. Fortunately for Robeks, they won’t get a lawsuit for killing me. Unfortunately for me my order was a to go order… So all I get is an empty stomach and a slightly puffy tongue.

Place is pretty good has really fresh sandwiches juices are really healthy it’s a little pricey but worth it. Location isn’t the best but this place is usually never crowded so you can be in and out in a jiff. My one complaint is that the workers really don’t know anything about the food. I asked a simple question if they had any jalapeños and the girl didn’t even know what a jalapeño was lol other than that I would definitely come back.

We need more Robeks locations in O.C. I was hesitant to try this place because their menu looks confusing(not easy to read like Jamba Juice’s) and I thought it was just another knock-off of Jamba. But I finally tried it a few weeks ago and I have gone back every week now. I’m big on Acai flavored drinks and their Acai smoothies are really good… they’re slightly sweeter than Jamba’s(JJ has more of a tart taste, which is good also) and I prefer my Acai flavors to be that way. It’s priced slightly less than JJ and also is more convenient because it has a drive-thru window. I“m moving to this area soon, so I’m sure I’ll be going here at least once a week, if they stay in business.

Love the variety and how healthy it is. Love that they have some for energy, fat burner, heart health and a few others. Great for whatever you’re needing whether you’re on a diet or just need some energy! Love this place!

Always nice helpful and fast. The first time I came they ran out of whey protein but it’s been on point since coming back. If you want fresh juice, smoothie or acai bowl… Check this place out. They have a drive thru also.

Hahahaha omg some of these reviews are too funny!!! Idk what store they are even talking about, but the Robeks on Imperial and Harbor gets a 5 star from me. The workers all know me on a fist name basis and they make me feel welcomed. I have yet to see the store dirty, but hey maybe i just keep getting lucky? I’ve been going since i went to Hs down the street and been going back ever since! 4 years and counting haha I think these other people are haters(or work at a rival location) because i cannot get enough of Robeks Juice Try it for yourself and see. I guarantee you’ll be going back again and again

I really like the products Robeks has to offer. But since I believe that the price is too high I can’t give a 5 star rating. This is the reason I’m giving a 4 star rating. I love the 800 pound gorilla protein smoothie.

If I can give a zero star I would. This is one of the worlds most dirtiest smoothies stores you’ll ever find. It all started when we first placed our order in the drive-thru. The person on the intercom sounded high as hell, and I had to repeat my order 13 times to be exact. Finally after he comprehended my order, I drove to the window where it took about 15 – 20 minutes for him to take my money, and give us our order. I ordered a piña colada, which most definitely isn’t hard to comprehend nor make since it’s a hot item on their list. So really I don’t understand why it took them to long to make it… Anyways; after we got our drinks and left we realized that these assholes don’t clean out their equipment after making other drinks. I found chunks of bananas and other crap in my drink that’s not supposed to be in it. I told some buddies about the experience I just had at this location and one had mentioned that he’s seen people having sex in there through the drive-thru window. F U ROBEKS!

I went inside and although there were two workers who weren’t doing anything, I had to wait a few minutes to be greeted. The guy finally asked«You ready yet?» And rolled his eyes when I said I was still looking. At least at Jamba juice they yell«WELCOME!» Lol. Very unfriendly workers here. It also smells a bit weird, not bad, just not fresh and fruity like other smoothie places. I ordered a PB&J delight with a banana thrown in. Yuck! I don’t think they added my banana and the blueberries didn’t taste fresh. Maybe I should have saved my couple dollars and went to mcdonalds across the street.(They actually have good smoothies…) After getting my drink a couple who had also been waiting actually came up to the cashier and asked why the smoothies were so sweet this time. He just looked at them, shrugged, and said«Uhm, maybe it’s just this time?» Great service here, guys! Not a pleasant experience, won’t be coming back.

Service is money here. The drive thru peeps are patient and informative. Smoothies have a unique blend distinguishing them from jamba. The all fruit smoothies definitely kicks jamba ass. You can taste fruit rather the overbearing juice flavors jamba gives. Never had the food and its safe to say i wont. The larges here ate $ 6ish opposed jamba $ 7.50 range. At least the flavors i get. Jamba gets the kudos on the wheatgrass though.

Robek’s to me is the epitome of average. My wife and I both love smoothies and stop at numerous places we find along our journeys to sample to goods. Robek’s is a place we have stopped at numerous times in the past but being as there is not a location real close to us our visits are infrequent. This Robek’s location features a drive thru with exceptionally fast and friendly service as well as a very small inside area with a couple of bar stools. The menu is straightforward and features all of the smoothies, bowls and other various products you would expect to find in a place like this. The prices are fair and the quality of drinks are decent but to me the flavors leave much to be desired(at least in the options I have tried). We have been to this location on a couple of occasions of late and in both instances I left with smoothie that was just OK and really didn’t do much for me. Our first time I went with the South Pacific Squeeze option which features pineapple, banana and strawberry. The smoothie was prepared well but the flavor combination left much to be desired as all you tasted was the pineapple which was a bit too sweet for me overall. My second visit did not fair much better as I opted to go with the Infinite Orange. This smoothie also featured strawberry and banana but nothing could be tasted outside of the orange which overpowered the other fruits completely masking their flavors. For a chain, I feel that there are better options out there but I won’t rule out a return to try something else as my wife really seems to enjoy this place. It took me the better part of a year or two to find a smoothie I really liked at other places due to similar issues so perhaps with a little more trial and error I will find that drink here that keeps me coming back. Great service and average smoothies but there are far worse options out there.
