The Complete Package

My experience here at THE COMPLETE PACKAGE was INCREDIBLE! I worked with Emily via email to do all the prints that I needed. I had about 16 different prints all with different instructions as to the QTY, paper type and Printing Sides for my son’s Birthday Decorations. Emily was extremely patient and provided excellent customer service. This was my first time here and after doing some shopping around their prices were phenomenal. I am super happy that I came to this spot, Complete Package made printing easier than I thought it could be it was all via email and I even got to pay over the phone. seriously, how easy is that?! Quality wise, all my prints turned out GREAT! No complaints from beginning to end. Please go to this spot, you wont be disappointed.

Amazing service! I had some baby shower invitations printed this week, and Emily was very accommodating. She is quite creative and delivered a superior product. Also, I am quite impressed with the opportunities that the owner, Bob, has provided his lovely daughter. If only all our businesses would recognize the value our intellectually disabled adults can bring to an enterprise. And, how sad that some of the previous raters were less than understanding when dealing with a young disabled adult. I’ll definitely be back!

I ordered several signs with Tony and they all came out perfect every time. He was super courteous and very patient with all the changes that I wanted. I will be a lifetime customer here.

I have never been to this place or even heard of it until I was searching for some place that would accept USPS packages. I was in a bind and needed to mail a package and couldn’t get to a post office in time. I found this business and decided to give it a try. I walked in and was greeted by a young girl. I asked if I could get a receipt for my package which already had a pre printed label on it with tracking. The girl told me they don’t give receipts but when it’s scanned, it will show on my tracking. I reluctantly left my package about 4:45 on a Friday evening. I checked all night and the package still showed as not scanned or received. When I woke up the next morning, it still did not show received. I called and spoke to a young man and asked why my package hadn’t been scanned, he looked for it, apologized and said he would scan it right then. 3 hours later it was still not scanned! I called back and spoke to the same young man. Asked if he remembered me and he did. I asked why my package still did not show as scanned, he said it would when USPS scanned it at their facility… That’s not what was told to me earlier! Needless to say, my package did not show as scanned until 28 hours after I dropped it off! I have never had a third party mailing facility takes I long in mailing a package… EVER!

Needed the services of a notary and this place was close to home, provided all that I needed and more. Lauren and her posse of paperwork professionals got me notarized and sent the docs where they needed to be. If you don’t like this local Fullerton business then you should eat rocks

Very best you may ever ask for. I love this place for many reasons: first, the work is high quality, next the customer service is outstanding. I love going here because it is upbeat and professional.

Before you leave any negative reviews please know what you are getting from The Complete Package… Honesty, Integrity, family owned and operated. First I want to say they do great work they would not have all the great repeat customers if they didn’t.
But the best part of all this Bob (the owner) and Lauren (his daughter) If you don’t know their story its a true testament of a fathers love for his children. Lauren was born with autism and found it hard to get a job so Bob decided to open a business to give Lauren something to do and to give meaning to her life. He chose a venture that would be simple and routine and would allow for flexible part-​time hours for Lauren.
Bob would work as her supervisor, ensuring that she would have a patient boss. He also wanted to ensure the people she interacted with would understand, be patient and supportive. (read the full story in on

I have been going to The Complete Package for years, perhaps since they opened. They have done both of my daughters wedding invitations, designs for many cards and miscelaneous items, my work stuff, stickers, copies, notary, I take all the packages from my business to be shipped UPS… Just name it, they do it! It is very convinnient for me and I love that it is a local family owned business in which everyone works hard to deliver great service, great products at a great price. Did I say GREAT many times? I did, because it is GREAT! Bob (the owner) works hard to please all the needs of his customers and Lauren (his daughter) who has Autism does a great job in the front desk. Bob has been an excellent father by quitting an executive job to open his own business in order to give his daughter the opportunity to work and try to better her skills every day, although we all know that having Autism is not an easy task, she does the best that she can and yes, sometimes she comes across as very direct and short, however… once you get to know her, she warms up and feels more comfortable expressing herself. It is our choice how to react, a little understanding goes a long way. Perhaps the people that have been negative don’t understand Lauren’s health issues (like Becky G.) I don’t wish on anybody the experience of having a child with a disability, because of the difficulty of it and because only then… one can understand how difficult that can be.
Sometimes we are so into ourselves that we can’t stop to think for a moment that not everyone has been blessed with perfect health and we are quick to judge. Some of us need to learn to be compassionate and to understand that it is not all about us. Some people are high maintenance and they are never going to be happy no matter what. Life happens while we are blaming and accusing… However, If you want to be treated like a Queen, act like one!
I do believe in customer service and I do know that The Complete Package offers amazing customer service. Thank You Bob, Lauren, Tony, Emily, Fernando, and everyone else for being great at what you do!

This business is conveniently located near Fullerton Courthouse, which came in very handy, since I needed something notarized quickly, and several copies made. Services were great, although, the girl that helped me could use customer service training.

This company has GREAT customer service and competitive pricing. The owner is very involved with the community and gives back often. All in all a wonderful company to do business with! I highly recommend TCP!

I just stopped by this location to have a paper notarized and was less then impressed with the service I received. When I initially walked in, I was stared at with the deer-​in-​the-​headlights look until I initiated a greeting. Then, I was «helped» by an extremely rude employee by the name of Lauren. Every question I asked was met with a short, sarcastic response to the point that I almost walked out to have the process completed somewhere else. I will never return to this location again for any service because of this employee.

I love this small business! One of Fullerton’s best kept secrets for business printing needs. Great communication, fast and reliable service, flexible, and you will NOT best their prices for the quality of work they do! Guaranteed!

Really wanted to like this place… Maybe even love this place. But nope…
Tony, the manager of The Complete Package was so nice when I had to get some important documents copied and mailed out. He tried to get them done ASAP, but since I had some booklets, it took a while.
I came in when the booklets were done and Tracey, one of the girls working here gave me my original copies and sent out my copies via USPS. Because I didn’t have any tape to tape my box, I asked her to tape the box and send it out. She said she would and told me not to worry about it. So not worry I did, to find out after two weeks that the recipient of my package still hadn’t received the copies of my documents!!! What?! So I called in, asking to make sure that the documents were sent out and Tracey picked up the phone and told me there was not much they could do. I asked to make sure the person that had taken care of my package did send it out (at the time I did not know Tracey was the girl’s name that did take care of my package). Worried to pieces (because they were tax documents to file my tax report), I called again and asked for the manager, Tony. He told me to call USPS and check to see if I can trace the package. No luck. Couldn’t get connected to USPS via toll free number. I called again, Tony took care of it for me and filed an investigation for the lost package. He told me that if USPS didn’t get back to me within 24 – 48 hours, they would make the copies again and send it out at no charge. I was getting anxious at this point and called The Complete Package the next day and Tracey picked up. I asked her if she got any updates from USPS and her response? «No, we haven’t. We’re as upset about this as you are and we will make the copies for you if not found, but we will charge you for the postal service.» Uh… Okay that’s not what Tony, your manager told me the other day.
Eventually my package was found after three weeks from the day it was sent. When I went to drop off the original copies to have it recopied, they did not look pleased. When I went to pick up my original copies after the first package had been received, Tracey did not even look at me and said, «what copies?» And handed my copies to me and did not say a thing. No apologies, nothing. Not to be mean, but I honestly thought she was high or on something every time I went in the store. She didn’t seem like she was 100 percent.
Oh, I just remembered. The first time I went into the store, I brought in about 200 pages worth of copies and first thing Tracey says, «are you serious? I’m supposed to be off in five minutes…» Honestly, I’ve never been treated this way as a customer nor have I been in a situation where an employee told me «he/​she is off soon, so I really don’t want to take care of you» attitude.
Last thing, I saw some of the copies of my original documents had been made when I went to pick up my original documents for the last time, but the worker just left it there and gave me only my original documents. I hope those were shredded and discarded.

I came in with a complicated order; front and back flyers that needed to be cut into thirds with color to the edges. They were friendly, helpful and reasonably priced. But, most importantly, fast and accurate! I will take all my printing needs there. And a shoutout to Emily!

Bob, his daughter Lauren and the staff at TCP are THE BEST…
They have the best service, best prices and truly care about the customers. I have been doing business since 2008 and have never had a bad experience. Printing, signs, mailboxes, UPS, FedEx, you name it they do it, and do it BETTER and LESS EXPENSIVE then anyone else.
It’s like family there…

If you need to have signs, banners or any and all other printing done quickly then Bob Cummins is your guy! The entire crew at TCP are the best in the business! I have been ordering signs and banners since I started in the real estate business 16 years ago. I have to say that TCP is truly at the top of their game. I have recommended TCP to all of our real estate agents at TCP and everyone has come away with a positive experience. TCP is conveniently located on Harbor Blvd. across from the Automobile Club. Give them a chance & I am sure you will be please with the results.

I have never been so pleased by the great works Complete Package has to deliver. My boyfriend, now husband, went here to print out posters, wedding invitations, announcement cards, EVERYTHING. He worked with Tony and this family business is one of the best business we have worked with during our wedding process. The timing and completion of the project was quick and efficient, and affordable!

I came here back in November 2014 to have memorial fliers printed for my father’s funeral service. Although they are a small shop, they actually perform a variety of services, and at an affordable rate too. I placed my order on Monday and they were ready on Wednesday. They also included extra fliers at no additional cost, due to some mechanical issues earlier in the week. They even wrote a sweet note about my father on the top of the box when I picked the fliers up :) I will be coming here for any future printing needs, instead of expensive Kinkos!

Went by the complete package to see what types of deals they run for real estate agents and was extremely impressed with what I found. They have several packages depending on what you need. I got the deal with 10 open house signs, 1 listing sign and 250 business cards. Thank you Bob you do great work. Customer service is 5 stars!
