Jerrick with three16 photography is a stand up guy. He walked us through the photo shoot process with class and had awesome wedding planning advice. As for our engagement photo’s he made my fiancé and feel comfortable & was flexible with our schedule and «creative» photo ideas. When we received the final pictures we were in LOVE and cannot wait to have our wedding shit by him & his team. I recommend his services.

What can I say about Jerrick O’Connor! Amazing in an understatement for the type of work he does! We met Jerrick at a Bridal Show in Anaheim, a few months after we got engaged. Just like most future brides, I just signed up for all the contests and raffles they offered at the bridal show. One of them was with Three16 Photography, to win a free engagement session. About a week after the bridal show, my Fiancé’ and I received an email saying we were one of five couples that won an engagement shoot. Of course we didn’t pass up the opportunity. We met up with Jerrick shortly after, talked photos and what we liked, and before we knew it he became not only our photographer for our engagement sesh, but also our official photographer for our upcoming wedding in April. Jerrick was not only helpful, but also willing to work with our budget that we had. Given that Wedding photos in general were up there in price, Jerrick was willing to work with us. We told him what we wanted, and he delivered.
Jerrick was super helpful with everything! I mean talk about going up and beyond for us. He also introduced me to my hair and make up person for my wedding!
We decided to take our Engagement Photos in Los Angeles, and ended up going to a few locations to capture amazing shots! He Truly has an eye for not just photography, but for moments like these that very few photographers have an eye for. We later sat down that day, and he jotted down a «timeline» for what our wedding day would consist of. Definitely helpful, because these were things I would not have thought of on my own!!!

Jerrick O’Connor is an amazing photographer! He took our family Christmas photos this past year, and did a fantastic job!
We have a family of six, with four kids ranging from 9 years old down to 18 months old, and through a combination of professional skill, charm, and goofiness with the kids, Jerrick was able to wrangle everyone together for a truly stunning set of family and individual photos. The photos Jerrick took of our family were not only loved by those who received the photos with their Christmas cards, but my wife and I will truly cherish the photos for years to come.
An added factor with Jerrick was that he never made us feel like he was rushing us, or that we were inconveniencing him, or that (in the midst of toddler tantrums) he was getting frustrated. He was patient, calm, kind, and very professional through it all. He put our entire family at ease, and really endeared himself to all of us.

I had photos taken awhile back by Jerrick and he did SUCH a beautiful job ! He really had an eye for creativity and helping pose (especially when I have no modeling expierence!) one thing I really like is his eye for color. He really knows how to capture the surroundings without the photo Being «to cluttered «. Also he’s great with kids if your looking to do family photos !

Jerrick and his team of photographers are so great to work with! They capture our lighting and décor, which for some photographers is hard work, but they do it with ease. So easy to work with and get along with that they consistently make my brides feel comfortable working with the team knowing that they will receive a great product. Our big day is over and all I have to say is: Jerrick is the real deal.
He just sent us a sneak peek from our day and I am so satisfied. We provided a very precise and short shot list of family pictures we were sure we wanted for that day. And then we just let Jerrick use his eye to capture the rest.
As in our engagement sessions, he had very useful and non-​cringe inducing direction. At no point did I feel embarrassed or uncomfortable with myself, feelings I often have when a camera is around. He had lots of good pose suggestions and was open to our idea of an «Abbey Road» inspired shot (my husband is a big fan of the Beatles).
He was friendly to all our guests, so accommodating and helpful. We wouldn’t change of thing– he is a 7 star rating. Can’t wait to see all the photos from the day!

Great photographer! Our family was looking for someone to take our family portrait and we used Jerrick after recommendation from my brother who used him for their wedding photos.
We asked him to take some Christmas family portraits and we were all happy with the quality we received. We went to a local park with full trust that Jerrick will make us look better than we actually do. Lighting was perfect, backgrounds were perfect (even though park was busy that day, he managed to take shots that didn’t show people in the background), and the poses he made us do were fitting. With only did an hour of photos, it was amazing all the different shots/​outfit changes/​poses we were able to fit in. We even brought the pup along and he was able to catch our dog’s personality pretty well! So thankful for a photographer with great patience as we were a pretty large group. He was able to direct us in terms of poses and ideas. The lighting on the photos were amazing as well. I can’t stop raving because we are all extremely happy with the photos we got. Also, turn around time is pretty fast. This is a winning factor for me since our photos were seasonal and we needed them in time to turn them into Holiday cards and mail them.

I called Jerrick on a whim I got while packing to move out of state. I saw my wedding dress hanging in the closet collecting dust and wanted to do something fun and memorable. We unfortunately made the mistake of not hiring a professional for our wedding photographs and don’t have many to look back on. Even with such last minute notice Jerrick was able to fit us in before our big move. We took a few formal photographs and then did a «trash the dress» shoot. Jerrick is extremely down to earth, funny and was able to bring out genuine joy during or shoot. My cheeks were hurting by the time we were done! I don’t know when we will be in California again, but when we do visit we will for sure book Jerrick for our next photo session!

First of all Jerrick is one of the kindest wedding vendors I know. Secondly he takes fabulous photos. I have worked with him on weddings and photo shoots for about a year now (I am a florist) and every picture is just fabulous. He captures the inner and outer beauty of people so wonderfully I think because he is just such an easy going and sweet guy while still being a true professional. I never give my fellow vendors reviews but had to make an exception for Jerrick because he is really something special.
