This dental office goes above and beyond for their patients! My daughters and I came here for the first time today. Mercy in the office was so helpful! Our new insurance info wasn’t showing up and she made numerous phone calls to them and to me to straighten it out. She was always positive and never seemed irritated with all the back and forth. The hygienists, Carol and Cathy, could not have been more amazing with my kids. You get what you pay for. We had been going to a dentist that took our less expensive HMO insurance for years. My kids teeth were super stained and yellow and I couldn’t figure out why. We thought it was just genetics since we took them for routine cleanings and they had no cavities. Well, the dentist we had been going to had not been cleaning them properly! Cathy and Carol worked so hard to remove that hard layer of plaque and make my kids teeth white again! We were all crying at the results. I felt so bad that they had to suffer with discolored teeth for so long due to mediocre cleanings! On top of that, they made the hour long appointment enjoyable for my kids and obviously really love their jobs. Dr. Hedrick himself was helpful and friendly and so thorough with his exams on my kids and I. I will never go anywhere else again, with or without insurance! You only get one set of teeth!

Dr. Tim Hedrick has been my dentist for about 15 years. I highly recommend him and his staff. They are all very friendy and have the utmost concern for their patients.

Very good experience. I loved how Dr. Hedrick explained every step of the examination. For the first time in a long time I wasn’t apprehensive at the Dentist’s office. I felt very welcomed by the many friendly faces of the office, such as Mercy (front office receptionist), Sandra (dental assistant), and the bubbly Carol (dental hygienist). So happy to be referred to this office. And did I mention they have massage dental chairs?!

I have always, and I mean ALWAYS, had horrible experiences at dentists. I have really sensitive gums, and avoid teeth cleaning if I can. When I heard about Hedrick Dentistry, I had not been to a dentist for 10 years… YIKES! I walked in, ready for pain…
I walked out in LOVE with this place! I go every 6 months for regular cleaning. I have been going for three years now, and I have NO complaints! Dr. Hedrick is professional. The hygienists are gentle, and very skilled at their job. The receptionist (Mercy) remembers your name, and is an absolute sweetheart. They are very aware of pain management. The office is modern and clean. Five stars, just for the level of professionalism alone!
The only negative is they don’t take all insurances. But if they take your insurance, CALL now… they are so great, they get booked fast! I love Hedrick Dentistry!
