I have been licensed since 1998. My expertise began in the last REO era. I was in charge of the valuations department and responsible for managing the required BPO’s by their deadlines. In 2004 my wife and I opened a Real Estate office, Mortgage and Escrow Office. I run our 2 locations in Diamond Bar and Fullerton California servings Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Orange County. We are dedicated and focused in the Default Servicing Industry. I have sold over $ 40,000,000.00 in REO assets in 2008 – 2010. I have been selected to become a Local Listing Broker for HUD properties in the Los Angeles County. We sell Bank-​Owned homes, HUD Homes and Standard Sales. We also have developed a Short Sale department to assist homeowners with options with their current home situation. We have been in business since 2004 and are committed to rebuilding our current housing market.
