Vape Supreme was founded by 4 childhood friends in December 2012. Our mission is to constantly innovate and evolve the company in order to weave vaping into the daily life of our consumers — we hope this promotes a sustained compliance against smoking while giving the customers a product personalized for their unique quitting experience.

Vape Supreme x Fullerton is located just a few blocks down from Downtown Fullerton (DTF) & minutes away from Cal State. Major cross streets are Commonwealth & Euclid, more than convenient for our eclectic customers!

Me and the hubby went in with no Idea about e cigarettes and what to expect. He hooked it up with all the info on the items, info on how to maintain the product, and listened to our needs so he was Able to full fill them. He based our experience on what fit us and not what he financially could get from us. His knowledge on answering all questions and attitude made me feel comfortable and confident on what I was purchasing. He even had a set up where u can taste the product before just buying them. They’re a distance from where we live, but the drive is worth it!!! My second visit to any vap shop will be again with them!!! This is my shop here on out!!!

This shops overrated. It has the most stars but the least amount of inventory. Juice selection was okay, service was neither great nor poor. Didnt have anything I was looking for. Wish they had 0mg samples. Overall unimpressed w the shop given all the great ratings.

**This review is for my online shopping experience** (But I hope to visit one of the actual shops during my next trip back home)
Long story short, my boyfriend borrowed my vape and never returned it… so I was on the hunt for a new one. I found this shop while Instagram stalking and I’m so glad I did. I’m not really a fan of the selection and prices around here in the DC/​MD/​VA area. I purchased hot pink safari kit along with a tip, tank, and juices.
Positives: QUICK TURNAROUND, (I placed my order on Sunday evening, it was processed and shipped out on Monday, and it arrived on Wednesday!) great selection of difference juices and products, cute wraps (tribal, animal print, camo, etc.), easy online shopping experience, accepts all major credit cards, and fair prices.
The only negatives I had were: 1) My tank is extremely loose and I can’t take it out without spilling any liquid (am I doing something wrong? I’ve built a kit before but it seems like something is faulty here) and 2) The charger it comes with is only a USB charger and not a wall charger. Boo! (The last kit I got came with a wall charger)

The shop is pretty small. Honesly, you can go into any vape store and they will have workers on hand with the knowledge and skills to help you with your vaping needs. So why is it that everything at vape supreme is relatively more expensive than other stores? I feel as if it’s just their marketing and name. They offer their own wraps but even those are fairly expensive. Vape supreme just tries to glamorize vapes but really all I need is a device to help me quit smoking.

I almost gave 4 stars because the wait time and crowding can be a pain, but still, it’s worth the wait.
The staff seems knowledgable enough and patient. They have a nice selection of juices to choose from and the prices are great!

Got my first setup here and brought a friend to get his first setup too. Staff was very helpful and attentive to all my questions. They make you feel welcome and don’t try to up sell you in any way. Very laid back atmosphere. They have a very good variety of setups, juices, tips and all other accessories. They showed me how to load it, use it and answered all other questions I had. I am a proud master vapor. I master vape whenever I get a chance to. Sometimes I go there just to sample their juice bar. They always have the best flavors from ube to pixie stix, pink starburst to papaya, captain crunch berries to sinigang. Someday they’ll have sinigang. Happy Vaping!

I ordered from Vape Supreme online, even though I’m located in Huntington Beach, because I am always stuck at work.
Their Joytech eVic tribal kit was sold out at the time but I really wanted to purchase a vape, so I ended up purchasing everything separately which cost a bit more (I recommend buying the kits ASAP when they’re in stock). The eVic worked amazingly (I’m a newbie at this okay).
Unfortunately, the tribal wrap I purchased didn’t fit quite right (I tried it both ways) and the drip tip was loose. I contacted their customer service via email, which understandably took about a week to answer back; I work e-​commerce so I wasn’t upset about the length in time it took for them to back to me (call or go in person if you’re impatient).
What will bring me back as a repeat customer is their no hassle response, «We are truly sorry for the inconvenience. I have forwarded your email to our online team and will be sending you out a new tip and wrap.
Once we send it out, you will automatically send you an email confirmation right away.»
I’m super happy that my problem will be taken care of. I love the e-​juice flavors purchased, customer service and my vape. I definitely recommend this place and look forward on saving some shipping costs by purchasing in-​store once my job gives me a break, haha.

Let me tell you I’ve been to ALL the vape shops in OC — theres about 15 (as of this review) — this is one of the worst. All the negative reviews here are correct: the workers here are fuckin lazy, dont care and or even dont seem interested to do anything! My bf and I walked in and only one guy served us, (obviously someone has to attempt to take our money) everyone else didnt even smile or bother to say hi. In fact, this big guy looked dead straight at me several times and said nothing! WTF is that?! This industry is highly sensitive to customer service, you need to greet people and provide hospitality if you want to gain market share in the booming ecig industry. They treat you like you’re nobody, extremely unwelcoming and no hospitality. Like I said, lazy workers that just wants to kick it, not put in any work and get paid.
Now for my helper, he seems like a nice asian guy. However, he also seems antisocial or a quiet type. These traits aren’t exactly salesman complimentary. He seems like one of those guys with not much to say, one-​word sentences or simply doesnt know how to sell at all. Obviously, these situations can get awkward during a sell. and it did. And, I dont do well in awkward silence situations so I kept asking random questions to keep it moving and decided to help myself out instead since he’s not going to say much.ehhh. No bueno. Thanks anyways for trying to help even if you’re not talkative. I still like you :)
Ultimately, the other guy is the dealbreaker. Pissed me off. What kind of employee looks straight at you and keeps walking, I’ve met more friendly strangers on the street!

I’m a fan of vape supreme and it makes me sad that my dear Unilocal friends ally and evan had a total opposite experience as me. I’ve been to this store a few times and every time I’ve been there I’ve had great customer service. I guess they went at a bad time or I’m extremely lucky. I’ve gotten a few juices form this store and also recently got an itaste for my boyfriend and myself. I found out that their price for it was higher than another location so I asked them if they could match it and they did! It’s great to know that they will match prices for you and it makes sense because doing so will a. give them business and b. make the customer feel good and want to come back.
The selection of juices isn’t as grand as vapor bombz, but they’re still new and they have my favorites: bettie white and bonnie and clyde so it doesn’t bother me and I know slowly but surely they will expand.
PS I did have a little issue at this store and emailed the company and got a response instantly. They asked me to call the manager and when I did Jason told me to come in and they would help me out right away. When I did arrive Jason wasn’t there, but Ryan was and he was very helpful and apologized when it was just a miscommunication… overall I’m a happy customer and I will be back :]

Horrible service. I’m ALL about customer service. Treat me right, and I will spend money in your store, regardless of price. Treat me like I’m a nobody and be impatient with me, I will bash you on Unilocal.Simple. And I’ll tell all my fellow friends (and I can be pretty influential. Not to toot my own horn but … toot toot!).
Horrible location! Vape Supreme is located next to a run-​down bar I peaked in as I walked by and I already saw a drunkard at 1pm). Parking spot is VERY limited so I had to park in the back and it smelled like rotting sewage. Not a very good start to impressing me.
The interior of the store was very lackluster. It wasn’t appealing at all. It looked like a simple white box with hardly any imaginative/​creative decoration. They really need a women’s touch in there. It did not look inviting.
The main reason why I went to Vape Supreme was to pick up a bottle of Catepillar’s Cheshire (strawberry melon). My husband and I sampled the other juices but wasn’t too impressed. The juice bar was not comprehensive either. To be honest, it was just as lackluster as the interior decoration. I’ve seen a plethora of juices at other vape stores.
As for pricing, I found that a large Vivi Nova tank is $ 18! WTF? I know another vape store that sells it for $ 10! And, they did not have the small Vivi Nova tanks in stock either. Personally, I’m not a fan of the other tanks because they tend to get stuck and spill juice. The Vivi Nova’s are easier to use. But, $ 18. Um … no.
Conclusion: Found out that Vaper Bombz also carries Catepillar’s Cheshire so I think I’ll go there instead. Plus, it’s just down the street. I will NOT be going back.

Pretty standard vape store, nothing out of the ordinary.
Customer service is okay. I felt like the guy I was talking to was stoned or something because he had an extremely slow reaction to everything I was saying and I sparingly had to repeat myself because he was just… faded, dumbfounded, not understanding??? It was weird and it creeped me and my co-​workers out.
Not a store that I particularly make a drive for, just swung by because I work down the street.

Vape Supreme has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The reps that work there are patient, knowledgeable, and very respectful. I’ve never been in their store physically and have only made contact with them over the phone — yet, they still treat me as if I were physically there whenever I call. With that said, don’t wait for their online site to launch… and just give them a call. I guarantee you you’ll be more than satisfied with their services over the phone.
Also, in my opinion Vape Supreme has the best custom setups you can find in the Vape industry. I’ve looked into buying a Vape for a while now and I couldn’t find anywhere else that has setups like theirs. You can pretty much customize the Vape from top to bottom to your liking and personality.

Definitely recommend this place. Initially heard about this place from my cousin and made the trip because I had been trying to quit smoking forever. Shop has a real cool vibe (comfortable couches and TVs) and staff here were real friendly and knowledgeable. Didn’t know jack about these vapes but they definitely took the time to explain and even helped show me how to put my first vape together. Started out with an eGo cTwist in January and already upgraded to a Provari. Even though its only been a month, this has been the longest I’ve gone without having had a cigarette and don’t see myself going back to it. Unlike other products, this helps with the nicotine craving and smoking habit (plus flavors taste good). This is a legit way to quit smoking (or be cool).
Definitely recommend this place. Great thing is I found they’re opening other locations very soon like L.A. which is closer to my hood. But this shop is worth the trip.
FYI: I’ve went to other vape shops that were closer to my hood in L.A. for juices and accessories but TRUST ME, they don’t compare to Vape Supreme. Juices are waaaay better and staff is more helpful.
Make sure to see Rommel. He’s a real cool cat. I kept cracking up though cus he looked just like my cousin who recommended this place, No Joke.

Visited from Las Vegas to check out a vape shop because the ones in Vegas suck. As soon as me and a group of friends walked in it was clearly busy and every person I see that worked here seemed to be busy with a customer but still did not fail to greet us. As my friends sat down on their couch to enjoy music videos, I was being helped by Robert, who was very knowledgable and can tell he confidently stands behind his product.
Flavors galore at Vape Supreme! he had me check out the menu and I almost vaped myself out trying almost every flavor from their extensive menu. The ones that stood out most to me was the Oober Goober (sweet purple yam) and the honeydew. All flavors were true to its name. Oh, and can’t forget about the Minty Menthol. Say bye-​bye to listerene strips. It leaves you with a dentyne ice sensation after every puff.
Overall a well runned shop that also puts local clothing brands on the map.

I first heard about Vape Supreme through Instagram and as for someone like me transitioning from smoking stoges to vaping, it caught my attention! Since I happen to be in the area I definitely had to check it out! First things first, immediately as I walked in the store I was diggin’ the whole vibe of the place, good music, spacious, and very clean and organized! The store was busy and all the workers had customers they were attending to, but as busy as they were one of the owners Robert assisted my friends and myself. I’ve already been using an e-​cig for the past year on and off so I wanted to see what VS had to offer and what made them so different from other vape stores. Sure enough Robert schooled me on all different types of vapes.
Overall the store is great! They carry a wide variety of true to name flavors, they also carry various clothing brands in their store, and have Shoepreme air/​car fresheners on deck! Dope store & great customer service. Definitely check out the store if you’re in the area for all your vaping needs!

COOL PLACE. COOL SERVICE!
Wow! They were friendly as hell! Frankly, I was expecting less, especially from reading all the other reviews, and didn’t want to go here because of it, BUT IT WAS THE TOTAL OPPOSITE! I came here to look around, and see some variations. I like to compare prices before I purchase anything. This place provided me the side-​by-​side comparison between their stuff with other places, and I was very impressed. However, I went over to the other store a couple blocks down, and they just dismissed me, thinking that I was not there to purchase anything… what a let down.
I returned to Vape Supreme, I purchased a few flavors through recommendations/​preference, and tried them out quickly! GOOD PURCHASE!
I do not know why the other Unilocalers’ reviews gave them ½ stars for service. They were extremely friendly, and did not mind me just looking and asking.
WILL COME AGAIN! And I’ll make sure to recommend this place to my friends, hands down.

Ive been an avid cigarette smoker for quite some time now, and I just recently heard about this store through a friend. If you smoke cigarettes and youre reading this, then you know the dangers of it; which is why i i found vaping/​ecigs as an excellent alternative.
At first i was reluctant to walk in because i knew absolutely nothing about vaping, but the employees were happy to fill me in on any questions or concerns I had. They even explained to me the mechanics behind it; describing how each compartment of the unit worked. What i thought was really interesting though was you could hand pick the components of your vape and truly customize it down to the mouthpiece or color. After a few test runs and free sample flavors, i was hooked.
The store has that urban street vibe to it, which i liked. And all the employees are super chill, down to earth, guys. The variety of flavors will blow your mind too. They literally have every flavor imaginable. I only had time to try out a few, but I’ll definitely be coming back for all those other ones. Anyways, I settled with the tangerine as my first flavor for my first ever vape. And if you havent tried it yet, i highly recommend it.

Located just blocks West of Downtown Fullerton (DTF) and several miles from the 91 freeway, the location of this particular store is more than convenient. This vape shop has great customer service and delicious juices! They haven’t had their grand opening yet but, they will be very soon. When I went there for their soft opening, the store looked amazing! Very sleek and classy. Well groomed gentlemen and they make you feel comfortable!
