If I could give zero stars I would. I had sooo many issues scheduling an appointment and that should of been a red flag. But I gave the place the benefit of the doubt. Anyway to make my bad experience short. Last Friday I had a second ultrasound for my pregnancy and the technician was so cold and quiet, I asked to see the screen and she responded with «the doctor will you the results» at that point I was freaked out because from her attitude I realized something was wrong. She walked me over to my appointment with the nurse practitioner and asked me to take a seat. I waited and waited. Then I got up to asked what was going on and the receptionist said «you have to see the doctor and it’s going to take an 1 to 2 hours, we are doing our best to put you in the schedule» meantime a parade of pregnant, happy moms kept coming in and out, while I sat in a corner feeling so fearful of what was going on. Two hours later they put me in a room and tell me that my pregnancy is not viable and that my 12 weeks old baby is dead inside of me. SERIOUSLY!!! They showed no sensitivity to my situation. Told me the baby would come out on its own, or schedule a D&C. Why the heck would you make a woman in this situation wait so long amongst other pregnant women? I felt like they really didn’t care. To them it was just another dead baby, someone to chart out and get over with. My memories of this place are awful and the emotional stress they inflicted on me should not be anything any other woman goes through.

I had a 9:20 appointment for a normal pap check up. Something that would take 5 – 10 minutes MAX… And I got there at 9:15… Waited until 10:50 before I was finally called into the room… Are you kidding me? It wasn’t even busy in the waiting room there were probably three other patients that came after me and one of ten even got called before me. Not like I had errands to run or a lunch meeting or anything hence why I scheduled the earliest appointment possible… Ridiculous… And the check up took five minutes.

Boo, it’s annoying how you have to pay for parking just to go to the doctor’s! However, the facilities here are nice and new… plus the doctors seem very knowledgeable and prompt. But… I can’t get over the parking situation — and the nurses are a bit rude! So for that, minus 2 stars!
