The plus was extremely clean place, the food was like all the other Jerry’s I’ve been to before(good), and food came out at a normal time. However, what got me a little mad was when they brought out our food they spilled my drink all over me and my(expensive) smart phone which I practically have my entire life’s data on. All I thought about was going through the hassle of getting a new one and transferring everything. Accidents happen I understand but all the server had to do was apologizing and at least get me a napkin.

I ordered chicken Philly cheesesteak, didn’t take much time and the food was really good .The ownership has changed and they are trying very hard to provide best customer service . The food tastes much better now . I would recommend a must try.

I ordered a small tuna sub and large turkey sub. The people in front of me in line ordered a pizza and 2 Philly cheesesteaks. Three staff people, no one else in the place. Over 20 minutes after, the pizza people had their pizza and hot subs and I was STILL waiting on my cold subs. Really wish I had gone to subway.

I’ve loved Jerry’s ever since I was a kid in 2001 and have been going back since. This location however continues to disappoint with its lackluster atmosphere and customer service. The food always takes way too long to make(17 minutes for just an order of fries and onion rings?) and they skimp on dressing. On the plus side, it is kept pretty clean. I’d say go to Pepperjacks down Rt. 216 for real subs.

Went to the Jerry’s on Maple lawn Boulevard, I had horrible service, asked for a side of salad dressing and I got a quarter inch of dressing for a tiny salad. Plus, my salad had a piece of plastic wrap for the middle of it… trash in my salad! The staff member who came up behind me at the soda fountain smelled so badly of cigarettes that I knew he was there before I saw him. I doubt he changed his clothes. Had I smelled his clothes before ordering, I would’ve walked out of the restaurant and gone elsewhere. Stay away!

First attempt on 6÷12÷14 ordered online was told that they were out of jalepenos for my tnt sub. Placed a $ 70+ lunch order and was missing half the order and all the drinks. expressed my concern to corporate and the owner. I was told I would get a free sub the next time I ordered. all in all a horrible experience. I gave them another chance on 7÷8÷14. did not get the sub free as promised. was not told they were out of dipping sauce until it was missing and I called back. wasn’t offered a replacement or a substitution prior to the delivery that took twice as long as estimated by the computer during online ordering. had to call and argue to get replacement of onion straws and a substitute sauce. called the owner several times as well as the incompetent manager. she said the kitchen didn’t understand the instructions. short version is that I was promised a replacement order and a refund. the refund shows up without the replacement order and no explanation. still have people waiting for food at 2.5 hours plus. had to drive to the store to pay for another order. the service from owner to manager is horrible at its best moment. if you are looking for a cheesesteak in maple lawn I suggest you keep looking. this is by far the worst food and customer service situation I have experienced in recent memory, and I work in customer service. how hard would it be to call the customer and say sorry we are out of that would you like to substitute something else? or sorry but we aren’t bringing replacement food. the convenience of ordering food to be delivered is that you don’t have to make eleven phone calls then drive to the store to get the rest of your order. thanks for ruining my lunch again. Unbelievably rude employee. Wish I remembered his name but my interaction with him alone makes me sure I will never set foot in that establishment again. Hope the owner reads this because he is making your restaurant unappealing and I’m sure thats the last thing you want to hear from a customer, especially one from the business community. Would never give them my business.
