Frittata was amazing. I tell you why. Home fries was made from fresh potato and was not greasy and browned to perfection. I was not overwhelmed with toppings like most Diners. Amount was perfect and they used fresh eggs. So hands down best diner frittata I had in over 100 I have tried.
