Established in 1986.

My father (Jim Griffin) started doing hvac repairs on his days off while he was employed as a Raleigh firefighter. I (James Griffin) did service work when he was on duty at the fd. I took over the business in 2000. I will 90% of the time pickup the phone when you call, unless I’m under a home and have no cell signal. I am a one man operation and I like it this way because I have to answer for everything that happens and this way I can control quality and reliability. Thank you for taking the time to check us out.
