Our General Hauling is LOCAL to the Angier, Lillington, Erwin, Dunn, Holly Springs, Willow Springs, And any other area with in a 20 mile radius of 111 Tasha Lane, Fuquay Varina, NC 27 526. Delivery areas may be expanded depending on the need.

Our 247 service areas for emergency services such as water line or sewer line repair or replacement are typically in the following counties, but not always limited to Harnett, Lee, Johnston and Wake Countys.

For the past 30 years, RLT Construction’s mission is to provide our customers with great satisfaction in a timely manner. We believe in getting the job done correct and going beyond for our customers’ satisfaction.

We have our Public Utilities License and are able to provide on-​site utilities, grading, lot clearing, concrete slabs, hauling off debris and hazardous waste removal. We often partner with our sister company, RLT & Associates. RLT & Associates is a Minority Licensed General Contractor at the Federal and State Level. Together we can provide a wide range of construction project services.

We are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week for emergency utility services.

RLT Construction is owned and operated by Ricky L. Temple and facilitated with the mind and heart dedicated to community service and recreational youth sponsorship. Ricky Lane Temple is a lifetime resident of Harnett County, North Carolina. Receiving the «Man of the Year» award in 2010 by the town of Angier, and serving as president of the Angier Chamber of Commerce in 2011 and 2012; Ricky handed the gavel over on March 12th, of 2013 and was presented with a plaque of appreciation for dedication and leadership by the Angier Chamber of Commerce. In 2011, the town of Angier honored Mr. Temple with a resolution of appreciation for his generous donation of funding and labor in the Jack Marley Park project. Ricky is a long time sponsor of «Relay for Life» and enjoys participating in community sponsorship. In 2013, Town of Lillington also honored him with a resolution of appreciation for the donation of funding the press boxes at the Rec. Park
