Mitchell Lock

This morning when I came into work, I discovered a door lock that was broken. It was on a door that is used often, so I called the guys at Mitchell Lock. The lady that I spoke to over the phone was very professional. She informed me that she could probably have a tech out to my office this afternoon, and that was completely okay by me. I put a note on the door so that people would not attempt to go through it from the broken side.
The tech that arrived on site was Tom, and he was phenomenal! He was very nice and very professional. He came in and took a look at the door, and then recommended that instead of just replacing the door paddle, to replace the entire locking system. I went ahead and gave the okay to do this, and he got started. He made sure that I was aware that the current hardware we had on the door was not compatible with the door at all. It did not take him long to fix it, and the door now works better than ever! I really appreciate all that they do, and the attention that they give to their customers.
