update again as of 8÷30÷2010 i dont have my refund. Have called countless times, and had a guy tell me he refunded me already, and when i asked him to fax that he indeed had money transferred into my account, he agreed. only to never fax me, and now they arent answering the phone. Opened a dispute with my bank over the charges.
