Founded in 1977, AMJ Inc. of Gainesville is one of the leading commercial and multi-​family real estate development firms in North Central Florida. The majority of our operations and holdings are based in Gainesville but our portfolio spans to many other areas of Florida, including Tampa/​St. Pete, Ft. Lauderdale, Southwest Florida, and Jacksonville. We are developers with a long term approach to real estate — developing, building, and managing higher quality assets for the purpose of long term ownership. We are long-​term investors seeking appreciation through development and construction; through revitalization; through leasing and management. We preserve and enhance our urban tree canopy. Manager

Debbie Huff joined AMJ in early 2009 taking the position of Residential Property Manager. Debbie brings more than 15 years of customer service and property management skills to AMJ. She served on the board of directors of the North Central Florida Apartment Association Debbie holds a Florida Real Estate license, and she is currently pursuing her CAM (Community Association Manager) license. Debbie resides in Lake City and enjoys hiking, swimming, cooking and spending time with her family and friends
