This is the best place in Gainesville to get your eyebrows threaded. I’ve never been here for a long long wait time but if you go and there’s a long wait time, it really is worth it. She will do the best with your eyebrows

Minoo is exceptional! I have been getting my eyebrows done for years and she is HANDS DOWN the best brow expert I have been to. The wait can get long, but it’s because she really takes her time with each client. I always get compliments on my brows after getting them done at Minoo’s. Cannot recommend highly enough

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE & PROFESSIONALISM EVER!!! EXPECT A LONNGG WAIT
I booked an appointment for permanent brow cosmetics and sat waiting for 1hr ½ then amazingly was asked to come back tomorrow. I explained I was to fly out in the morning and at the time did not live there (putting me an uncomfortable position) the lady began my process of tattooing my brows. Fearful that our disagreement did not please her my process was very uncomfortable but the outcome of my brows was very pleasing.
It was explained to me that I may have to return for a small touch-​up so after healing I made another appointment. When I arrived I was asked to come back a different day & nothing seemed to fit her schedule for a customer that had already paid for a somewhat expensive service, waited forever for the initial service and was now being told to come back a different day after I had already made the trip because she was busy. We finally came to a day that worked but I received a text message 2 hrs before my appointment saying she had to cancel and would reschedule me for the next day.
Which brings me to this very moment where my appointment was set for 6:30pm and it is now 7:45pm with me still sitting here as she even works on all of her walk-​ins that came in after me for a simple brow threading. I had planned before to also have my permanent liner touch-​up but ABSOLUTELY NOT after all of this. This has been such a disrespect of my time!!! Maybe she’s content with just performing for her lower paid services. He performance was definitely BELOW AVERAGE for mine.

She is awesome. I’ve been going to her for over a year now. She always does a great job threading. I even trusted her to do my brows for my wedding, and they looked great. There is usually a wait, but she is worth it.

I just called to get a price on eyebrow threating and the woman was incredibly rude! Not only that but my sister tried going there a few weeks ago as well and the women was on the phone, the whole time while threading peoples eyebrow. Go somewhere else!

This place is awesome the wait times can get a lil but long but well worth the wait I will never go anywhere else to get my brows done. The owner is very nice and takes her time with each client. You can expect an A+ job. Very happy two big thumbs up.

Wonderful place. Wait times will vary since it is just one person but she is the best. Has a great eye for shaping brows. Really nice, patient with sensitive skin people like me! Always go to her.

Minoo and her husband are very professional and excellent at their jobs!!! I was very afraid to get permanat make– up as I found other places failed to return calls and cancelled appointment with little or no notice. Minoo put my mind at ease and I have had sooooooo many compliments on my eyebrows, eyeliner and lip liner. I am a runner and firemedic this make up helps me to look my best without any work. I was wondering where the good brow place was in Gainesville. I finally found this place on a whim and while I was hesitant of only one good review I decided to chance it and I’m glad I did. The woman here does amazingly thorough work. My brows haven’t looked this good since I left St. Pete 10 months ago.
