I used Consolidated for an office move and will use them again in the future for any type of move. Jesse and Josh were courteous and professional, knowledgeable, efficient and careful. This is one of the few companies that doesn’t charge extra fees, just an hourly rate. Thanks Marc and crew!

Marc and his crew were fantastic. We used them twice, to move into a storage unit and to move back out. By the time we were done they felt like friends.
They were quick to respond to my request for a quote, happy to come out and give us an in-​person closer estimate, and completely friendly and professional throughout the whole thing. My toddler son was running around through half of it and, instead of being annoyed when he got in the way, they just laughed and talked with him.
These guys are great. I was extremely satisfied and would absolutely move with them again.

I called at least five companies for a quote when it came time for me to move. I went with Consolidated Moving because their pricing was very straight forward. There were no fees or tricky minimums. Mark and his crew showed up on time with a truck and loaded up my stuff, then moved it into my new third story apartment. These guys worked fast, making sure my stuff was taken care of and in the right place. I would definitely recommend them to anyone moving in town.

As with restaurants and hotels, I am always skeptical when it comes to businesses that have nothing but 5-​star reviews. I mean, can a business really be that good? Well, Gainesville isn’t that big and these guys had eleven reviews prior to my calling them. And let me tell you… they ARE that good. Almost all of their reviews mention «professional», and they are most definitely that.
Here’s our story and how Consolidated saved the day for us:
My wife had contacted another moving company that she had read about on one of the national review «list» sites. We had a very heavy (300+ pound) treadmill that we needed removed from an upstairs bedroom and transported into town. The company that came out first spent over an hour dismantling the thing only to tell me that they could not get it through the door and down the stairs. They assured me that they would come back in two days with a different crew and finish the job (or, actually, START it).
I saw Consolidated’s reviews and decided to give them a call to ask if they had any experience with treadmills. Marc assured me that they did and he offered to beat the other company’s price.
Mark and his crew came out to our home out in the country (25 miles from town) and, in about 30 minutes had the treadmill on their truck ready to take it to its final destination at my wife’s place of employment (nice of her boss, huh?). They arrived at my wife’s office in about a half hour and proceeded to unload the unit. Marc cautioned me that his crew might have difficulty setting the unit up again because the other company had left it dismantled. Well. these guys came through with shining colors.
About an hour after they left our house, I received a text from my wife telling me that the unit had been unloaded and set-​up and was working perfectly. Seriously, I thought that I was going to have to hire a fitness company to get the treadmill back in action. Not to worry — Marc and his guys took care of it for us.
I can’t say enough nice things about this company. I would hire them again in a MINUTE — and we will the next time we have something to move. You should, too.

It was so great working with Marc and his team. Marc arrived and we discussed the plan, i signed paperwork and off they went. I even felt comfortable and left the apartment to run a quick errand and felt very comfortable leaving them at our place. We moved from a smaller 2^nd floor two bedroom to a larger two bedroom third floor. Professional and on time and even did a little extra for me. Quick shout out to Tillman and Matt for their hard work. Will use this company again for sure!!!

When my husband and I started calling around for a moving company to help us move, we called a bunch of places but none of them were good enough. It wasn’t until I looked on Unilocal!moving companies and when I read the reviews for Consolidated Moving & Transport LLC, I knew this was the company to go with.
The day of the move (March 27, 2015), there were only two guys and they helped us move everything! From a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment on the 2^nd floor to a house out in Alachua, these guys did everything right! They were efficient, nice and did not damage anything. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who is moving. They are awesome! They charged a fairly decent price compared to other businesses we called in the Gainesville area.

Consolidated Move did an excellent job, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From a quick response to my email inquiry to a reasonable price to on-​site check ins to ensure everything was ready to handling a move from my 3^rd floor apartment with strength and grace to unloading into my new apartment in a quick and organized manner, they were professional and thorough. They made a busy and stressful period so much easier – thank you!

From beginning to end, these guys were top-​notch.
A human answered the phone when I first called and provided me with the answers I needed. He promptly followed up by email, and was responsive throughout.
On the day of, they were ten minutes early and ready to go. They were professional, friendly, and quick and efficient, and had all the wraps and pads and everything.
They loaded things up very quickly, took apart my couch as well, to make moving it much easier.
The whole loading up our 2BR upstairs condo, driving across town to our house, and moving it all back, including re-​assembling our dining room table and couch, took 4 hours.
Also, the price was the most affordable I found out of 4 total quotes I got (from some other big names in Gainesville).

I moved to Gainesville from Kansas. My family utilized a separate company to move all my belongings within a semi trailer to get it here in Gainesville. We had packed the trailer ourselves in Kansas and it wasn’t done very well. Once the trailer was in Gainesville I got ahold of Consolidated Moving for an appointment for them to unload the semi trailer. I actually had to reschedule last minute and they gave me no issues at all about doing so. Consolidated moving took care of every little piece in the trailer even though things in the trailer were very unorganized and thrown together causing things to be anywhere and everywhere. They worked tirelessly throughout the day and late into the evening. I was not able to be there in the afternoon myself, but my wife was. She said they put every box and did any tasks involving the furniture that she had asked of them. They were doing such an awesome of unloading the truck and putting furniture where she wanted that my wife ordered dinner for them, on the clock! I met them later in the day and they were nice and awesome to work with. I plan to use them for future moves! They only charged me from the minute they started moving equipment until the minute they are done, no more. No paying by quarter hour increments like I was getting quoted by other companies. You pay for the time they are there working for you. They didn’t charge me for random fees. Awesome company!

I highly recommend Consolidated Moving & Transport. They did an outstanding job with a difficult move from Gainesville to the Space Coast. Marc and Vladimir were professional and worked very well together to ensure things were done right. They went above and beyond with my move and kept the price where they said it would be. They beat all their competitors on price and another company tried very hard to talk me out of using them! I am happy I didn’t listen and stuck with Consolidated Moving & Transport. Definitely highly recommend Consolidated Moving! I moved from one apt to another apt, both on the 2^nd flr. They were on time, fast, efficient, and very careful with more delicate furniture. They wrapped whatever needed to be wrapped in nice thick fabric covers to prevent damage, and offer to help assemble things too! Nothing broken, nothing damaged, very reasonable pricing, no hidden fees, nickel & dime-​ing, or anything else sketchy, and they were done very quickly. Great, awesome guys! Couldn’t have been more pleased, I’ve already recommended them to my roommate for her move.

We recently uses Consolidated Moving to help us move from an apartment to a house and we were extremely pleased with them. The guys were very polite and had a good attitude the entire time despite having to lift heavy items in the Florida summer heat. I changed my moving date last minute and they had no problem with it. They even came later in the day so we didn’t have to take time off work. They worked very quickly, but still handled our items very carefully. Nothing was broken or banged up in the process. The price was very reasonable, and the price we were quoted was the price we paid. There were no hidden feed built in, like many other moving companies do. Overall, I couldn’t have been more pleased with this company and will definitely be using them in the future.

I chose to go with Consolidated Moving for a residential move from Gainesville to Delray Beach. They offered a very competitive rate and Marc was very professional in all of our interactions. They showed up right on time on the day of the big move and were able to get me out of my apartment in the small time window that I had given them. i did as any other responsible person does, i had gotten a few estimates for my move from gainesville to st. pete. mark was very professional in appearance and very knowledgeable in what needed to be done for me and my move. trust me, it wasnt a easy thing to do. lol lol he gave me a price i found to be very workable, for me, i dont always go with the cheapest bid, been there done that and have gotten burned. he showed up on time with his crew, had me packed and loaded safely. he delivered my home contents safe and sound. he delivered what he promised. even thought it was a unnaturally hot day and a big job i heard not complaints from him nor his workers. all i can say is this is the one to use for all your moving needs. thanks mark your a great business man.
