I had the WORST experience with them, they replaced my 2001 water heater, it died within 9 months, they wont guarantee it after 6 months so I had Quality Plumbing come out to fix it, only to find they sold me a 2001 water heater and said it was new, my plumber called Fergason with the serial # and that’s how we found out, when I called First Choice they said they couldn’t find my records and they knew nothing about this, when I pushed them they said they found my name and they insisted it was NEW, too bad the manufacturer knew the correct year. I was out another 700 $, but I will never use anyone but Quality Plumbing again!!!

Admittedly, this is my first experience with a plumbing company and perhaps this is typical but I would not recommend these people for any work at all. Also, we didn’t actually hire them. We had our walk-​in shower completely remodeled and the tile contractor used them as a sub-​contractor to replace the shower fixtures.
They don’t show up when they promise. They installed the wrong type of fixtures (they brought chrome where we ordered brushed nickel) and it took them over a month to come back with the right fixtures. And the worse part was while the plumber was changing out the fixture, he, for what ever reason, decided to tell me a crude sex joke that was extremely offensive. So, if you like lecherous plumbers who won’t come when they promise, ones who can’t do the job right the first time and then take over a month to correct their mistake, then these are the folks for you.
