If I could give zero stars I would. This man Javier is nuts!
One week ago we got a quote for drywall repairs after we had attempted to do it ourselves. We never claimed to be professionals that’s why we called for one. He quoted us for something completely opposite of what we asked for. I contacted him after the quote to ask for a quote reflecting the repairs we wanted and he begin to be rude and call me condescending for asking for what we wanted, I hung up and he proceeded to text me very rude things and I told him to not text me anymore.
Today about 5 days later he texts me again because my husband left a review that was tactful and truthful. The picture is of the text from today, I deleted the others. In the text you’ll notice he mentions my business and he knows this because he stalked my fb account! Creepy
This is NOT okay from a business owner, and extremely rude. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I found a drywall repair that didn’t criticize us for not knowing how to replace drywall and gave me a quote based on the repair WE (the customer) wanted done.
Also, the owner took done the screenshot of the texts. After that he began to insult me calling me a weird Asian bird on Facebook.

I had someone from Freshcoat, Javier, come out to my house to give me a quote to replace some drywall in our bathroom. Instead of listening to what I wanted Javier decided the best option was to put texture on our walls instead of replacing the drywall like I asked. His quote was a bit pricy compared to other quotes I received. Once I received the quote I told him it wasn’t what I wanted and asked if he could quote me for what I wanted, which was more expensive. Then my wife called him and he proceeded to text her after their phone conversation and told her that «we jacked up our bathroom» and «wanted them to fix our mistakes» Overall, my experience with Freshcoat and Javier was awful and I would recommend going somewhere else if you want to have what you want done.

I had my front door painted black and my soffits cleaned by Fresh Coat. Painting a door black is not an easy task. They did a great job. The soffits had been powder coat at the factory so they couldn’t be power washed. Javier Harrington, the company owner, hand scrubbed them. They look so much better. So in addition to the quality work and great prices, Javier and his crew are a delight to work with — they are friendly and fun with personality!

We had a great experience using Fresh Coat for our interior paint. They did the entire living room (cathedral ceilings), hallway and dining area in just one day, as promised. They were very professional and the price was reasonable.
