Geoffrey R. Mason graduated from the University of Florida (Bachelor of Science, 1990, Liberal Arts and Sciences, Psychology) and the University of Florida College of Law (Juris Doctor, 1997). He also engaged in graduate studies and research in Social Psychology at both the University of Illinois and the University of Florida
Geoffrey R. Mason is a former Adjunct Professor for the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He is a former President of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers for the 8th Judicial Circuit chapter. He is an active member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the National Lawyers Guild, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the American Bar Association, the 8th Judicial Circuit Bar Association, the American Civil Liberties Union, the Florida Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association Criminal Law Section, and a Barrister of the James C. Adkins Jr. American Inn of Court.
