The scariest looking human being on earth served me the other night and not with a smile. I was the only customer and I placed a simple order of 5 Krystal’s with cheese and only ketchup and pickle. I got 5 completely different burgers, none had pickle and some had mustard. All were old and stale. And they want to raise the min wage to 15 an hour. Employees do matter, I will never be back.

Wow!!! This is the place to go for a manager with a sailor mouth and really nasty to the employees! If that and cold burgers and fries is your thing this is where you need to go! Even after the first order was cold they tried again and refired and it was just above cold. Just ask for Chan. Truly disappointed!

Usually fast, solid fast-food. Closest you can get to a White Castle in this area. I personally love their little chicken sandwiches with cheese. We don’t go here often, but it definitely has a niche. Always good service, and late hours. Friendly staff most always, too.

Never been to Krystal. Had my first visit recently. Sat down and tried soggy burgers while cashier vaccuumed the carpet flooring 7 feet away and another employee went out to smoke by the entrance. The fries were OK. Enough said.

let face it this fast food sometimes you feel like a krystal which is the closest thing we have to white castle down here but when you get awful service, combined with fast food it makes for junk food worst drive through experience ever, so we just drove off after waiting for 10 minutes at the window without even a hello will not be back

Ahhhh Krystal… like the friend who’s always there for you. This place is open 24⁄7 and pumps out some great tasting different fast food. I am a White Castle fan… but since I’m south of Murfreesboro, TN(White Caste’s southern most store) this works well in a pinch. KNOWTHELINGO: I always order my Krystal’s «off the grill». That means they just come with Onions. This Krystal has always been consistent albeit a little slow. I always go inside to get my fix. The drive thru just takes too long for my liking. Also, the frozen coke’s here I’d skip. They’re not the best and not even close to 7 – 11 quality but then again, you don’t go to Krystal for that do you?

Good food, again! Got the #3, 5 Cheese Krystals and some Chili Cheese Fries. I’m jealous that we don’t have these out West, because they are good. Service was just as friendly as the other Krystal I went to. Food was just as good too. I really like the Krystal burger versus a White Castle one: There are no holes in it! I also like the little boxes they come in, kinda cute. I tried putting some ketchup on one of the burgers… icky tasting. Mustard and Pickles are the way to go it looks. They had more of a drink selection here too. I saw something I didn’t think I’d see on the East Coast — VAULT! Coke’s third attempt @ Mountain Dew(Mello Yello, Surge, and finally Vault). I like Vault, it just goes flat way too quickly.

I have seen«Krystal’s» for a while but never had the urge to try what I suspected was a nasty burger. Sorry, but I never heard anyone proclaiming that they are giving up all other fast food burgers for the glory of Krystal’s. However, I have been dying to go to a White Castle for years and heard Krystal’s used a similar technique, so yesterday, there I was, driving on through the drive-thru by KMart on Newberry… Their menu was full of fatty combos and I had to ask if they even sold just single sized Krystal’s burgers. She said yes, at 79 cents a piece(these are bite sized burgers, for those of you unfamiliar with the place.) I got two and 30 seconds later, I had paid and was done. They are about 2.5″ in diameter and consist of a large, fluffy, steamed bun(yum!) and a thin beef patty with onions. The kicker that makes this different from White Castle(so I know via the frozen packs at Publix) is that Krystals comes with a pickle and mustard. No ketchup, folks, let ye be warned! It was a tad too mustardy for me. It was filling, but having a sweet tooth, I craved either ketchup or less mustard. It was worth the cost, filled me up, and I sort of wanted another one an hour later with the taste of the last ones lingering… I’d go back again if I really craved it.

Nothing like some cheap Krystal burgers after a night of drinking. Open 24 hours on the weekends. Not always the cleanest place, but the staff is friendly. Stay away from the fries, they are always soggy.
