Office Pro’s

Been using Office Pros since their beginning. They have always had the best and most knowledgeable employees of office furniture, machines and supplies that I have come across. We use them for all our business needs as well as our personal needs. They can do it all!

Went in looking for a file cabinet to keep home office records and papers in an organized manner … thought it would be a no brainer. With help from a friendly member of staff, I was quickly disabused of that notion, and skillfully led through the series of choices I had to make to find exactly what I needed: Did I need letter files or legal?, flat files or hanging?, two drawers, four drawers or five?, Black, Grey, Woodgrain, or Tan? … and so it went.
In less than 20 minutes, I had a used file cabinet in very pristine condition (5 drawer, deep, locking, letter, hanging, black, with file stops) paid for … and loaded by them into the back of my truck … for a very nice price. Thanks guys. Do you come unload and set it up at my house too?

These folks try very hard to be better than the ‘chains’ and it shows. Very helpful in locating items or operating machines.

In a quandary this morning about where to have an over sized copy made without heading down to FedEx Kinkos/​Office (or whatever they are called these days) near the Mall of GA, I headed, rather, to Google and located Office Pro’s in Gainesville. We have passed by this place many times and always talked about checking it out. No time like the present since their website indicated they could make me a 24×36″ copy of something for .99! Really? I’ll take 10! and off we went.
This is, by far, the largest office & school supply store I have ever been in and the thousands (yes, indeed) of pieces of furniture (both new and pre-​owned and reconditioned) is wonderous. Their selection of any other office supply stuff is great, too.
So I was able to get my 18×24″ copy plus 9 more for $ 10. plus tax. What a deal! Service was instant, speedy, courteous and friendly and John provided my husband and I with bottles of water (free gift to us) for our journey of errands. It is my understanding that this is a family-​owned business and considering our experience today, they have a couple of new customers. I would much prefer giving our business to a locally owned business than one of the «big guys». We will be back later to do some real price comparisons. This is definitely the local go-​to place for all things office-​related.
