Needed my car towed to my house early this morning and everyone I dealt with was fantastic! Great customer service, great price and good follow-​up through Unilocal!on a quote request I placed. These guys are first rate and probably the best rate in town!

There are not enough words for me to express how wonderful these guys are! Company van was stuck in a very large mud pit and they took the time to get it out the right way and had a great attitude while doing it and all for a very fair price!

Very nice, professional service! Towed my car to repair shop in middle of the night and nice enough to drop my mom, my son and I off at a hotel down the road so that we weren’t stranded. My car battery was drained. I called Shelby’s Towing for assistance. Travis answered the phone and was very professional. They sent a driver out, Dean, who jump started my car and was very friendly. These guys are high quality and if you need help they are dependable.

Do not use this towing company (especially with any form of luxury car).
I was recently involved in an accident, and the police officer that came to the scene called this tow company because I was unfamiliar with the area.
Wait time was typical for a flat bed, but service was terrible…
Not only did the employee that came out not know how to hook up my car (after flipping through his 500 page manual, he ended up having to call his superior), after towing my BMW to their yard, they left my window open and taped a TRASH BAG over it. They could have easily closed my window if they had just powered on the vehicle (my vehicle still had power, only the engine was disabled) and given it ONE ATTEMPT.
Luckily for me, it rained that night and my interior was soaked.
The cost of my repair increased by over $ 5,000 because of the water damage in my vehicle (the repair shop had to replace my interior carpet, door panel, and speakers as they were all full of water).
Here’s the best part: Shelby’s towing denies any responsibility (even 2 months later)! Good for you guys. Creating problems for your customers and then making THEM deal with them.

Car broke down and these guys answered before they were supposed to open and gave us a tow to car repair shop! Super professional and super nice!

Short and to the point review for good short and to the point service.
My truck’s radiator blew and needed it towed to my mechanic. Called, got a reasonable quote ($ 77) from Gainesville to Alachua. They were on the scene about 25min after my call. Got my truck hooked up without any damage, charged me what was quoted, and then delivered the truck. No way to improve the service I received unless it could magically be free.
I hope I don’t need a tow anytime soon, but I’ll be calling these guys if I do.
