Sound Depot and Performance

These guys, what can I say? I would come here just to hang out with this crew even when my car doesn’t need any work. Sound Depot is professional, beyond polite and thorough in their work. They make sure your car looks showroom perfect and get you eager for the next time you need to get some sound work done on your car!

Omar and Brian have been friends for a long time. About 19 years now. We have done business where i was buying from them, working with them, and them buying from me through the years. Great guys that are definitely worth checking out.

They installed a Kenwood 9990HD in dash Nav Unit in my car. These guys know what they’re doing. I’m completely satisfied with their work. When I walked into Sound Depot I knew that I wanted an in dash Nav Unit. I knew what I wanted it to be capable of and what I expected in it’s performance. Danny found the product that matched what I wanted and they installed it that same day. There was no pressure, their attention was on getting me what I wanted. Not on trying to sell me something. Awesome Job guys!

I went to SD&P after reading their positive Google reviews for help with road noise interfering with my radio. Omar jumped in my car for a listen and as we drove around he basically said «Yeah, there’s no problem with your car — you should just turn the volume up more. I could sell you something expensive to try to dampen the road noise, but it’s not really worth it. Your stereo is fine, don’t worry about it.»
I was a little chagrined in the end, but really happy that he was honest and didn’t hard sell me at ALL. I thought he was so nice that I would go back here for any future car audio needs — assuming I actually need any this time :)

I was in the market for tinting my car windows when I contacted Sound Depot and Performance (SDP) via email after calling about four other automotive window-​tinting companies. They all had good reviews on Google and their prices ranged from $ 160 to $ 200. However, I had very specific needs in terms of the tinting material and this usually jacked up the price closer to $ 200+. After reading about the 3M tinting that is used at SDP, I decided to email them. Omar was quick to respond to my email and answered all my questions in a professional manner. He told me exactly what model of tinting would be used and the cost before I even made the appointment (which I did via email).
When I arrived, I was greeted by Danny and he was very friendly and re-​confirmed everything that I told in the email. He took the keys and I had a friend pick me up. Later that day, I called and Danny stated the car was ready so I went there and picked up the car. Everything was the same as I left it (except the car was tinted exactly as I expected it). Omar, Danny and the staff were very friendly and helpful and made me a believer that there’s still some good aftermarket automotive shops out there.
