Where do I start with this location. I went in to check and see if I had added protection on my son’s tablet. The guy asked for my phone number, I gave it to him and he told me I had the protection on the two phone lines but not the tablet which made no sense. He proceeded to tell me that I needed to purchase a brand new tablet for full retail price and I said no thanks and walked out. Him and the other representative were too busy trying to impress the girls instead of fully attending to my concern. I called Sprint customer service to verify and the lady indeed told me I had protection for the two phone lines as well as the tablet and helped me get started with having the tablet replaced(since my son dropped it and shattered the entire face). Needless to say the store reps were not helpful, gave wrong information and wanted to entertain the teenage girls so if you really have a concern and want to get your problem addressed Do Not go to this location. You’ll be better off calling customer service which saves you the gas and wasted time in dealing with teenagers who don’t value customers.

First of all, let me say that whomever left this review has the wrong store. This is definitely not located in Warrenton; it’s in Gainesville behind the Rite Aid in the strip mall next to Nora’s Hooka bar. I’ve been here before when I needed to have my old operating system back after one of the Android upgrades totally hosed my phone back in 2013. It was a pretty good experience(as those things go– you’re mad at the world, Sprint sucks and all that jazz):) Anyway, another Android update I couldn’t opt out of(on the same phone a week ago) finally pushed me over to Apple. I have an iMac and an iPod so it makes sense anyway; just wasn’t quite ready to go all in with one manufacturer– but Android experience is pretty flaky. I called ahead and spoke to someone named Damien and we made an appointment for 1000 yesterday. I asked him a couple of questions and also did some research on the web(which is where I saw this) and I have to admit I was a little nervous. I didn’t need to be. He told me what I needed to bring in advance, and he basically did all the work transferring my contacts, photos, music, etc. He helped me with the email forward I use, and showed me the basic functions of the phone. He also talked about some of his favorite features, and although he carried the iPhone; he was well versed on the Android equivalents. Besides Sprint having too many payment options(and confusing to even me– a longtime telecom bill person and former Sprint employee) Damian was awesome and I am so far loving my iPhone 6. I’ve been a Sprint customer for over 15 years and I would say this was one of the best phone swaps I’ve ever had– did not lose 1 contact! The only thing I had a question about has more to do with the agreement Sprint had to sign with Apple in order to offer the iPhone, which means the phones are NOT heavily subsidized and you cannot pay for the phone on your bill(has to be on a payment plan or outright). I did end up calling main Sprint and making sure I was told the correct information– and they verified I was. Everytime I go into this store though(and when I worked at the corporate store in Reston) there are always some sketchy characters yelling about Sprint service and how it sucks, the store sucks, etc. The real problem is these people do n’t understand what they are buying, and the original salesperson probably doesn’t know how to break it down in their terms. Believe me, like I said, the billing is really complicated. As far I am concerned, an educated wireless customer will have an awesome experience at this store. I did!

This is a non-corporate Sprint store located near the Harris Teeter on Lee Hwy in Warrenton. BUYERSBEWARE. There is a NOREFUND return policy that the store does not tell you about until you have bought the item. The policy prints out on the receipt once they have your money. I bought an Iphone charger for $ 30 here and it quit charging my brand new iPhone 4 days later. They would not take the item back for a refund, even though the item was damaged and DAMAGEDTHEPORTONMYIPHONE. I called the manager, who finally said that he would take the product back and refund my money. However, I returned the product 3 weeks ago and the money was never refunded to my credit card. I have been by the store 3 – 4 times and called twice and they just don’t ever«get around to» refunding me. These people are BADNEWS to do business with. Thank goodness I did not purchase a defective phone from them for $$$$. I would have never seen the money again… I guess the next step is with my credit card company – I will dispute the charge.
