Good friendly customer service not easy to get to. Parking leaves a lot to be desired. It ok but Haymarkets easier to get in and out of and offers banking service

Place is great!!! Staff is always super friendly and always accepting my packages with no issues! It’s always clean and organized! They always get my packages shipped out promptly I always go to this one with all my ups drop off needs

So, I’m of the opinion that home computer printers are a racket. They cost a ton in upkeep in maintenance and are just a general hassle. And I try not to abuse the government by printing at work too much. So, whenever I need to use a PC to print something (usually a shipping label — convenient), I come here!
It costs a couple bucks to use their computer and print a few pages, which is to be expected. It’s definitely cheaper than the abhorrent rates at the local FedEx Office, though.
There are two women who primarily work here, and while I can’t remember their names, they’re both awesome! They are very helpful, efficient, and attentive.
I wouldn’t suggest buying boxes or other packing materials here, as they can be costly.

This stores prices are outrageous. I don’t know how they stay in business. Just tonight, 2 people, besides myself, walked refusing to pay their quoted rtes for packing and shipping. One lady said she will never be back. I was litterly given the quote of $ 32 for a box and packing peanuts, shipping was on top of that.

I’ve been using this UPS location for about 2 years now. My primary reason for going is the notary service, for some reason I always seem to need something notarized. The customer service here is exceptional, very friendly, helpful and patient (especially with over-​caffeinated customers with 10 pages to notarize and lacking basic file-​management skills). Kudos to the staff!
Tip– In prime hours, try not to park in front of the door, it gets somewhat difficult to get out due to parking traffic.

I stopped off in Gainesville, VA to find a place to get online with my computer and get on a conference call I was conducting at the last minute for my boss — I realized I had left my notepad at home. Thankfully — there was a UPS Store next to the Panera Bread. So I stopped in — got my yellow note pad. Gotta take a lot o’ notes during the call to satisfy the bossman!
