University Collision Center Inc

I visited University Collision Center twice now. The first time was in regards to the repair of the front bumper and grill of my Sebring convertible. They were actually the second shop I visited in order to get a second opinion on the cost of the repair and I ended up actually using them for the repair.
Patrick was extremely friendly both times I visited and was honest about the cost of the first repair and parts. The second time, he was actually unable to help me with the vinyl roof of my convertible (not something they really do except for a full repair) but was kind enough to call an auto shop close by and see if they could help me (which they were able to do).
As far as the repairs went, it’s been two months now since I got the bumper and grill replaced and everything still looks gorgeous. The office kept me informed of what was going on and I greatly appreciated it, especially when the part they had planned to use for my car came in damaged and they let me know that they were getting a new one in. Talk about great customer service!
The only downside I can say was that originally I was told it would only take a day for the repair but when I brought it in I was told it would take a couple of days (something I was informed of when I went to drop the car off). This wasn’t a problem for me so I didn’t mind but definitely something to keep in mind.
I definitely recommend UCC for their customer service (especially Patrick) and will definitely reuse when the time comes.

My husband and I took my sons truck for repairs and from the «get go» we felt assured that we made a good choice. Patrick and his staff were very professional. I am in the service /​sales industry and work with people all day long and appreciate being treated fair and respectful. Our experience was 5 STAR. I will recommend University Collision to any one.

University Collision Center took care of my Jeep without a problem. Patrick has excellent customer service skills and knows how to handle a problem even when it is the shop’s fault.

I took my car to a mechanic because I had water leaking into my car and oil leaking out. The chain mechanic told me I had to take my car to a body shop because the water leak was structural (not the AC) and they gave me an outrageous estimate to fix my oil leak. Because I was a previous customer at UCC and had great service during my first visit after a car accident a year ago, I decided to take my car back to fix the water leak. It turns out the leak was from my AC and the mechanic just did a poor job of investigating. They fixed by water leak free of charge and gave me tips to prevent any mold growth. Additionally, they went above and beyond and had a mechanic take the time to more accurately diagnose my oil leak. I would highly recommend these guys to everyone. They offer friendly, helpful and honest service.
