Took my Tiguan in for a courtesy factory inspection. All in all, good experience! I’m hesitant to rate five stars right off the bat… I think they’ll have to earn that from me over time :)
They were able to give me an appointment the day I wanted; addressed my concerns about squeaky breaks. Took about an hour for the checkup. Meanwhile the lounge is pretty nice (much nicer than alot of other maintenance places!). It has some free snacks and free bottles of water. Much appreciated.
Got my car an hour later, with everything inspected and attended to. including adding air to my tires, topping off my washer fluid, and giving the car a good wash!
See you in 7,000 miles!

I’ve been so pleased with my experiences at VolksWurks. Jeff does a great job fixing my car and is awesome about answering my questions. VolksWurks was the first place I went when my car needed repairs when I first came to Gainesville and I’ve been a loyal customer ever since because of the great service I’ve received. If you have a VW and live near Gainesville, I’d strongly recommend coming here for maintenance and repairs.
