History

Established in 2013.

In August of 2013, Erica founded Canine to Five. She left her information technology job in the corporate world to form a dog walking and pet sitting company and do something that involved her love for animals. Recently, Erica has brought on Patty as a partner and dog walker. Erica and Patty will be the only people walking your dogs.

In August of 2013, Erica founded Canine to Five. She left her information technology job in the corporate world to form a dog walking and pet sitting company and do something that involved her love for animals.

Erica grew up in suburban Chicago with dogs and cats and has always had a passion for animals. Growing up in Chicago, she always had a house full of pets. One of her first jobs was at a local veterinarian where she was a receptionist. She spent more time with the animals that came in than actually working. In 2008, Erica moved to Maryland where she currently resides in Gaithersburg with her husband and her two lab/​pitt mix dogs, Angus and Roxy.
